zoho unattended installer - network connectivity not present

Hi,

I have a win10x64 pro machine on which i have zoho desktop, i am logged in to zoho web, and able to start a zoho remote session to other unattended devices and manage them.

Can someone please tell why the ZA unattended agent setup (installer) exits with:
"Configuring unattended access failed due to the following reason:
The network connectivity is not present or not started."

I see the agent installed, i can start it, but it does not log in even though i have already added as allowed app to firewall.

so all works normal except this function but this is a killer. any suggestions please?

        Unattended Access (Beta) is live!   Unattended Access, a feature requested by a lot of our customers is live now. Currently, it's in beta. You can add up to 100 computers per Technician subscription. They can also be accessed by your organization members.  My Computers  list in Zoho Assist home page will  always  display the online status of your unattended computers. You can rename the computers whenever you wish.  Currently, Unattended Access can be configured only for Windows computers. Nevertheless,
