Zoho Vault Usability and UI

Zoho Vault Usability and UI

I just wanted to say that the Zoho Vault UI/UX is terrible and needs a complete redesign. The issues we have are:
  1. No one can figure out how to use it properly.
  2. You have to jump all around to do simple things
  3. Organizing secrets by chamber is a hassle because it's slow and unintuitive.
  4. There's 3 ways to get to any secret, and they all are slow and confusing.
Compare the UI of Zoho Vault to any other password manager, and every other one has a simpler more intuitive interface.
I like the feature set and don't want anything to go away, but doing things like moving a secret to a different chamber shouldn't take 10 minutes to figure out and result in me moving an entire chamber to the wrong place because the UI is so unclear.

Rant over :-) But seriously, please re-do the entire Vault UI with usability in mind.
