In my opinion, Zoho just needs to stop with the online seminars. I have had NO luck attending them. My history of some of my issues:
1. I can't understand the presenter. I am in the US. I assume a large part of your clientele is as well. Give us only seminars we can understand.
2. I can't connect because...you're in India. My IT department isn't willing to open up the country of India for me to watch a Webinar I can't even understand.
3. The webinar won't load. Just today I had REGISTERED for a webinar, and when I went to logon it said the room was too full. What the hell? I pre-registered and should have had a reserved place.
4. There is absolutely no real-time technical support available. Sometimes I get a response 3 or 4 days later. That doesn't help me at all.
Come on Zoho. I spent a LOT of money for this program, and 4 months in I am STILL struggling with getting it online. The honeymoon is over, and I'm ready to get things rolling.
And why are you using GotoMeeting? Is your platform not up to the task?
