My team and I are currently in the process of moving over all files into the Zoho Work Drive.  However, we are running into issues where the files do not sync properly.  The two most common problems are:

1.  Not all files in a folder will sync when it is uploaded or drag & dropped.

2.  Some file names or extensions will be changed when they are moved over.

These issues are making it impossible for us to complete this important task that will allow us to work remotely.  I sent a request previously, but have not yet heard back, so am posting here also.

On a separate, but related, note, we would also like to be able to sync Zoho Docs with Zoho Work Drive.  How can we enable this function?
