zoho Workdrive invalid url error after loading for a long time

Hello,

Most of our Contacts Records on Zoho CRM have a number of Attachment and it always worked fine, however this week, sometimes we can access the files and sometimes we get an error.

After clicking on a file, another tab is open for WorkDrive and it starts loading for a long time and the we get an error (attached) Invalid URL. But it's a file we opened before.
