How can i add drop down option in table columns individually.
I want create a table having multiple columns and each column will have one drop down selection. user can select the option from pick list. I tried hard but not able to get that view. Thanks.
Query with mulitples Joins
I have this query from AccessDB (it works fine). Help with reporting stage duration :-(
Hi -- I'm having some trouble with two reports in the Advanced CRM Analytics. Here is what I want to run: 1.) An average of how long unsold potentials have been in their current stage. So if a potential was converted from a known opportunity to a proposal 5 days ago, I want it show stage duration of 5 days. Right now I can only see a report that uses closing date, but that is giving us inaccurate readings as the closing date is the estimated date a potential will sell. Therefore I am seeing a stage

Analytics - Old Stages that have been deleted are still showing up
When I run my report in analytics, it shows two stages in separate categories due to the stage name being changed in the CRM. How do I get it to combine them like they've been updated in the CRM. "No Show - Tour" is the new name and "No Show - Tour or Open House" was the old name. It's making my dashboards and analytics reports look sloppy and we're having to manually add the numbers together to get the correct numbers.
Scaled and Prorated Data to Time Period
I'm hoping someone else has had a similar need and figured out how to do this in Analytics. For one of our company divisions, we have set Goals for each sales person related to obtaining new contacts for us, and completing certain types of tasks for each contact throughout a 12 month time period. We'd like to be able to create reports that show how many tasks they have completed alongside how many tasks they have left. The goal will depend on what type of task, but it needs to be able to be scaled

Hello, I am trying to sync my CRM data so that I can create a report with new updated CRM information, but whenever I try to sync the data it says sync in progress endlessly until i refresh, and it then says sync failed. I have used up 3 out of 5 sync attempts trying to do this and I am wondering if anyone can help figure out why the sync is failing. - Thanks

Adding Date into Query File
Hi There, I am working on improving our data analytics and have come across Zoho. After a month of trialing it we are going ahead and getting all our data in it. So far I am very impressed with this. Only issue im stuck with and with many google searches and reading I am still stuck with this. Problem: We have 20 stores and will be importing sales data into Zoho on a weekly basis via CSV file. Each store has its own CSV file We currently have no automatic way to do this due to system limitation.

Importing data from a cloud database using a local variable
I need to import data from a cloud database but restrict the query to records that have a value in a sequence column that is greater than the last import. ie select * from mytable where ID > MAX(local copy of ID) Is there anyway to do this, maybe with a local variable? Retrieving close to a million rows needlessly every refresh doesn't make much sense......
How do I create a custom formula field using date from another formula field in a summary report?
I've created a couple of custom formula fields in my summary report and I'd like to use these fields to create other fields showing percentages and other formulas. However when I go to the add formula section like I had previously, none of the formula fields that I created in the summarize section are able to be chosen as a column to use in a formula. Dear Sir I have a scheduled Import group of html files from google drive. the scheduled interval time is 1 hour. but the scheduled not start every one hour. Pivot Table Help
I was wondering if I could get some help on a pivot table I'm building. It takes info from two different tables, a contact table and a deal table. The parent table is the contact one. That file is shared with several people and sometimes they apply filters, when the scheduled refresh occurs and a filter is applied only the filtered data is loaded. Quickbooks Journal Entry and Invoices
Hello, Does anyone know if there is a way to link invoices with their journal entries? I was told to try classes but the class ID column in our invoice line items table is empty so I can't do a query to join the tables. I do know these Journal Entries are linked to their Invoices because if I visit Quickbooks, you can see which invoice the journal entry is linked too so I don't know why there's no foreign key I can use to join them when creating a query. Any advice you might have is appreciated.
Distinct Count issue with Grand Total
