How can I create a report based on users roles?
I need to create a report based on CRM showing the accounts per user role. I don't see any way to get the users roles on reports. Can this be done? How could I achieve that?
A report value created from the Desk data is wrong despite it being correct on Desk reports
I'm not sure about when this problem did occur. It was displaying the same value as the Zoho Desk report. My guess is that I did check it for the last time about a week ago and it was correct at the time. I have synchronized the data for more than one time to be sure that it wasn't a synchronization issue. Could you please check the reason for it. Using one dashboard filter for more than 2 tables

User filter search
I have a user filter which has a list of more than 100 items. To search through this, I need to "select" the search box in the dropdown and type. Would it be possible to search as soon as I dropdown by typing without having to select the search box? Sony
Is it possible to hide unnecessary fields from the drilldown options on a stacked bar report ?
When you select the "Drill Down By ..." option on a stacked bar graph then you are presented with all of the fields available on the related module (We are analyzing the Zoho Desk data therefore I'm calling the tables used on the report as 'modules'). Is there a way to hide the unnecessary fields from the drilldown list or change the order of the fields listed ? It would also be useful to have a predefined drilldown option separate from the standard "Drill Down By ..." option.
Export as PDF Function in the embedded code
Good day! We have just recently tried the Zoho Analytics Application. Based on what we've explored that the exportation to PDF of a chart or a table is only done in the Zoho Analytics Application. Is there a feature in Zoho Analytics that can export the pdf version of charts or tables generated when it is already embedded in the website we are using? Updated Mongo DB Java Driver
I see the Zoho Analytics Upload Tool uses the mongo-java-driver-2.14.1.jar version of the driver. It doesn't look like that version is not compatible with MongoDB 4.0. Percentages in table with Top N are limited
We've created a Top 10 table using the Top N filter feature, but since our top 10 shows the percentage that each of the records represent, we found out that Zoho actually ignores everything else, which means a record that would normally represent 30% of the total values, is shown as representing 45%, as it only considers the 10 filtered records. Converting a Date from imported data which is in Plain Text to a date field to use with "include Timeline Filter" in dashboard

Custom Field in Zoho Projects pulling into Analytics
We have a client that we have built our their new business process using Zoho Projects, and we have build a lot of custom fields with their their Projects where they are capturing specific data points that we want to be able to track and pull data, as well as give them some semi-real time dashboards using Analytics. Facebook ads Integration bug when using account in MXN currency
Hello Guys I've been trying to retrieve data from Facebook ads and campaigns, however, when I open the Accounts table created by zoho, I see the columns "Amount spent" and "Balance" quantities are wrong. They display $37,947.00 and $15,407.00 this is wrong, since when I see this in facebook, Amount spent is $379.47 and $154.07 its like is not reading the decimals or some weird conversion is happening. Why is my filter not working in my CRM report?
Hello! I have created a lead report and want to filter out leads from shows. We have designated these in a field titled 'Lead Quality' then denoted as '5 - Show List'. I have this filter set as 'Lead Quality isn't 5 - Show List' but they are still showing on my report. Any idea why? I also have a filter of 'Lead Status isn't Disqualified' and the pattern set as OR. I have also tried AND, but that doesn't work either. Thanks for the help.
Selected Desk Ticket Field is not being synchronized
I've created a few reports to see the weekly ticket status on all departments in our Desk data. One of the departments was missing a field called "Serial Numbers" and I have added it into the synchronization setup just now but after forcing the synchronization I can't find it on the "Show/Hide Column" of the report settings. If statement with Date
Hi, in Zoho Reports I added a formula column with this If statement: If("Fecha">='19/10/2018', 100, 10) The field Fecha is a date field. What I want to do is that all records that have a date that is equal or greater than 19/10/2018 should have in that column a value of 100, the ones that are less than that date should have a value of 10. My problem is that all records appear with a 100 value in them, instead of the corresponding ones. My DB have records since 16/10/2017 up to date.
KPI widget - set filter, but have Maximum Range ignore it?
I'm trying to create a KPI widget using bullet or dial chart. The data table that I have has a column with date and time, and I would like the Value on the chart to be count of entries with date/time being within a certain range (which I can easily set with a filter), however, for Maximum Range, I'd like to use the total number of entries in the table (but the filter is preventing me from getting that metric). Is there a way around that?
Tip of the Week - Read by Color intensity
Zoho Analytics allows you to categorize the data by color intensity. This will be pretty useful for visualizing data based on factors like volume of occurence or create a performance scale (bad to good) etc. To read the data by color intensity, you need to add an aggregate numerical column to the Color shelf, and set the legend to continuous band as shown in the below animation. Pulling data from two Zoho Books modules
Hi, I am trying to figure out how to pull data from the Invoices and Expenses modules from Zoho Books to make a Income vs Expense table. I have tried multiple versions of joining tables, but there is no column in the two modules that is named the same. I think the logic here would be to join the tables on the date, but the date columns are named differently. Any ideas on how to do this?
