Hello. I have 2 KPI on my board. For example I have a board with: - KPI 1 - Total of balls (10) - KPI 2 - Red balls (3) I need calculates the percentage of red balls refer to total balls I need the KPI 3 - With result 30%, in this example. There's a way? Thank you

Hi, I think the file importer for ZoHo reports is great but is there a way of saving everything you choose when defining the import, such as the column mappings, date format, etc, so that you can just run exactly the same import the next time without having to re-enter these details each time? Hello, I have been a ZOHO CRM user for the past 3 years and am just getting my feet wet with ZOHO Reports. What I am trying to do is an "All Activities" Query that the sales managers can use to manage their teams. There is an Activities query that I used to develop this as it essentially gave me what I wanted with one exception, the Account Name. Instead I get the Account ID, which is meaningless to most people. I am not a programmer and am more used to Access 2010 where I link tables that I need.
Aggregate function doesn't work with non-aggregate
Hello, I've pulled my data from Zoho Projects and I am trying to work on creating reports for the hours that have been performed. Specifically, I'm trying to show the remaining hours for a project on the pivot table. So, I'm taking the Budget Hours from Projects table, and then I sum the Total Billable Hours from the Timesheets table that have been performed, and then I subtract that sum from the Budget Hours. Cannot view underyling data when pie chart shows 100%
I have built a report which displays a pie chart, with a drill down to lower levels (product range -> design -> customer type). In some circumstances, drill down on a segment of the pie chart gives you a new pie chart with only one segment i.e. 100%. If you hover over this segment, you get the usual floating dialoge which shows the segment value and the text 'Click to see the data' - however, clicking does nothing - no underlying data is displayed. Everything works fine if there is more than one
How can I create custom views?
Hi, I have been using Zoho Reports for a year and it would be very interesting for us implement this option. We use Zoho as Inventory with info of each item such as Serial Number, price, accounting code, name of suppliers, date, country, location, technical name... Every team have their own info distributed in columns, but technician department not interested in know the accounting code, price, accounting code etc and admin department not interested in know technical name, date of setup etc..

Show collective average and item total in one graph
I have query that would like some help. I have a table where each row shows the monthly total of 15 items. I would like to show in a graph the average of all and compare that to the individual monthly total. The individual monthly item, I would like the end user to be able to select. change the sender of an email report
I am currently sending scheduled email reports to a large group of people. The sender info (Name and email address) is mine. How can I make it a different sender address? It's not really appropriate for such a report to come from me. It should be something more general, like "Reporting Server" or "Daily Reports". Is there a way to do that? Thanks, Alon

Hello, I try to import a csv file with date columns in format 2016-06-17T15:21:07.891+02:00. I used several formats but none is working. At the end i tried to get only the date part before converting it to date with this formula : convert_string_to_date( left("Date",10), 'yyyy-MM-dd') but it does not work. Please help. Regards
Average formula in pivot and Total average
Hi! I have 2 questions: 1) I want to add a widget with secondary value of AVG. Ex: Store 1: 50000 Store 2: 23000 Store 3: 10000 The average revenue here is 27000 So I want to show the next value 50000 (up 92%), because it is 92% better than the average 50/52 How do I do that? 2) I want to use Avg in my calculation in pivot table, like instead of show total sum, I want it to show total average of the column. Hi, I need to create trailing 12 month reports that list the month results on the X axis in a chronological order, not calendar order. For example if I were to create a trailing 12 Month report for June 2016 it should have June 2016 all the way on the right and July 2015 all the way on the left with Aug, Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec (2015), Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr, May (2016) in the middle. pivot table advanced summarizing missing?
i create pivot tables that use % of column advanced summary of data using this blog: https://www.zoho.com/general/blog/zoho-reports-advanced-summarizing-options-in-pivot-tables.html but just today, i noticed the advanced options menu are no longer visible. now it just shows a grey popup about the sum. see attached screenshot. is this a bug?

Hi all, I have chart showing sales volume by year. When users want to apply a filter, it is more likely to be recent years. So, is there a way to sort the picklist in descending order so that users don't have to scroll through the list to get to recent years?

Problem to insert right date format from JSON file
Hi, when importing data to Zoho Reports the column with the date isn't identified. The column has the dates formatted in ISO-standard 2014-01-04T12:15:00.000Z I´ve tried to specify the date format to "yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ss.SSSZ".but a error is shown. Also I tried to transform the date format in a new column with following structure: yyyy-MM-dd hh:mm:ss I choosed the right date format but a error is shown again. How do I turn off Report Scheduling?
The how to doesn't help. There is no Reports Scheduler button anywhere on the Reports page. I get two reports emailed from Zoho weekly. I could just report that as spam but I'd rather turn it off.
Is drill through (to source columns, not rows) possible?
Hi I know drill-down to row-level information is possible. However, I would often like my users to be able to drill through to source columns. For example, I plot only the Gross Margin column along Y-axis which is derived from Sales and Cost columns. Let's say for the year 20xx, profit is 100K and only when users click on this do they need to be shown Sales and Cost for the same year at the same aggregated-level. In this example, it would be just two numbers, let's say 250K and 150K, respectively.
Use 'Look-up' Fields in Formula columns
Hi I was excited to hear this announcement but now when I try to use a formula column as a lookup column, I can't seem to. I was hoping to get around the problem of Zoho Reports not supporting lookup on date column by converting data into number using convertdatatype function and then doing lookup on it but I encounter the same message as earlier- that formula column can't be changed to a lookup one. Not sure if my understanding of the announcement is wrong or I'm not doing the lookup properly.

Hi I created a query table with below code. Select *.A from Table A At the time of saving this query, Table A had three columns- B, C and D. After saving the query, I added two custom formula columns- E & F. I would have expected the original query would automatically fetch the new columns upon refreshing but it doesn't. I'm not a software guy, so not sure if this is normal in SQL or a constraint in Zoho Reports. Please help understand.
Query with 3 joins not working
Hi, I'm trying to build a query table by joining 2 tables with 150,000 records each. My data are such that I need at least 3 fields to match to get unique records. In fact it is four but because I encountered issue in saving, I used Concat function to combine two text fields but alas, I'm still not able to complete the query! FYI, of the 3 fields I'm trying to join the tables on, 2 are text fields (e.g.company name and currency) and 1 is date field (e.g. financial year end date). I see the following
Potentials report with actual Account & Contact names (text)
evaluating Zoho trying to make a simple report with Account Name, Contact Name, Amount (from potentials) only allows me to choice columns from the one Potentials table, so i only get the hidden Id#s. Not useful. Need a join. don't see any way to add other tables (modules) to a report.
Lookup field not showing in Zoho Reports
