How to add custom formula?
I am currently using ZOHO Reports, and would like to add a custom formula. I tried following these instructions in the FAQ (https://www.zoho.com/reports/help/table/add-formulas.html#Custom_Formula), but don't seem to be able to find the 'Add' button in the first place. Please advise, thank you.

Zoho Reports using Data from Exel Spreadsheet or XML file?
My company's main software platform provides revenue and customer reports in the form of PDF, Exel, or XML, but the report formats do not provide any flexilbity for producing a management report that would compare YTD and monthly data this year vs last year. In order to obtain the data I need for my desired management report. I am currently running 30 to 40 reports each month, and I save them as PDF files, then i type in the required data into an Excel spreadsheet that serves as my management report.

Zoho Reports - New Tabular View does not show panel with tables and fields
I have two tables with an auto-join relationship between them. When I click on New Chart View, the tables/fields panel appears on the left for the two tables to enable me to create a chart with fields from both tables. But when I click on New Tabular View, there is no tables/fields panel displayed on the left. I want to create a tabular view with some fields from each table. I am trying to analyze a plain-text field that is several sentences, pull out keywords and assign that keyword as the "Reason" (in a new column). The goal is to avoid using multiple query tables to do so. This is what I came up with, and seems to almost work, however when looking at the results, the assigned value in "Reason" does not match any keyword in "Timecard Comments". Hey there As a company we have the sales pipeline we use where we have leads that are then converted to an opportunity. We also apply a 11-hot ,2-war,m,3 cold rating to those leads and opportunities. Each week we have sales meeting for the company which has 5 offices and multiple regions and industry. I'd like to change the date format of the columns in a pivot view, but when I click on the field in the design view, I get the following message : "You cannot remove this column, as there is a dependent column xxx in Data field".
