How to Send Test Emails Using Zoho Campaigns API?
I am using the Zoho Campaigns API (https://www.zoho.com/campaigns/help/developers/campaign-management.html) to create and send campaigns. I would like to know if it's possible to send test emails through the API, similar to the functionality available
Resending Email Blast to Unopened Subscribers
I am wondering how you can filter the unsubscribed and opened emails out of an existing email list so that you can resend the email to the unopened subscribers. I don't see how you can perform filter functions besides to manual removal for list. Any ideas?

Zoho Campaigns - emails not sending to whole mailing list
My mailing list has 211 current members; however my latest email campaign was only sent to 129 people - I have no idea why.....only 8 are hello@ or mail@ addresses which I know won't receive the emails.
You cannot send this email campaign as it doesn't have any eligible contacts in the selected mailing list. You can try adding contacts or choose other mailing lists.

HTML Email Template Edits Not Saving
Good day, I am currently editing my Zoho (New ticket) email template (HTML), but after editing the code I am unable to save the changes made. I find it odd that I am able to create the email template and save it, but as soon as I try to edit the code, it won't save at all. What do you think the issue could be? (The code is roughy 500 lines, but the content of the email template is well under the maximum 32,000 characters.) Thanks

Unable to create new sync to crm
Hi, I'm trying to add a new sync to CRM in Campaigns. When I click on 'new sync' > 'immediate' & select 'contacts', I get a message 'Unable to connect to Zoho CRM.' I already have 2 syncs which are working so it SEEMS connected. And in the integration dashboard, the CRM tile has a green dot saying 'connected', so I don't know what else to do. Please help!

I spoke with several IT people, and discovered that the server associated with zcsend.net is blacklisted, which explains why many responses to our emails are either not being received by us, or even worse, our recipients are not receiving emails sent by the "zcsend.net" server.
