Problem with "info@"-E-Mail-Adresses
Hi ZOHO-Team, we have several clients which have info@ address added to the newsletter. ZOHO Campaigns put this emails automatically on the opt-out-list but we need them to receive e-mails. This are small business wich often use a info@ or similar address and we are not able to send them newsletters. Any suggestions? Best Hans

Hello, I am using Zoho 'Sign in Forms' to enable users to subscribe/register. I want to turn off the 'ouble opt in' functionality i.e. Users should be able to subscribe without having to confirm their email. Zoho campaign emails are not being delivered to Office 365 mailboxes
Hi None of our Zoho campaign emails are being delivered to Office 365 mailboxes. Campaign emails are delivered to other email systems eg. gmail We have run Office 365 message traces and there is no record of the email arriving so Microsodt systems are not receiving the email. We have also tested it with alternate Office 365 tenancys so the problem is not specific to one office 365 tenancy. Is this an issue with Zoho delivery systems or are there any specific tweaks that need to be configured? Many

Wrong contact total - Soho Campaigns
Hello, When I do an export of all my contacts, it adds up to 2367 (2345 are on a list + 22 not on a list) but when I check on the dashboard, its shows 3641. Why is this difference? It's a problem because I have a 5000 contacts plan and if already 1200+ contacts are taken by ghost contacts, then I can't import all the contacts I planned to... thanks for your help.

I am looking for a report that enables our team to see if a subscriber engaged (opened or clicked) with two recent campaigns. The reporting I see is restricted to one campaign only, or one subscriber list only. For example, subscriber John Doe is on Email List A. Subscriber Jane Doe is on Email List B. Hi everyone, I am trying to send bunch of invitation emails to our customers, but ZOHO campaign feature will not load html file I have prepared. The file is almost exactly the same I have used in our previous campaigns, and these had loaded without any issues, but this time it is just stuck on "loading html file" message and won't go any further. Can't change button settings.
Hi, I'm setting up Zoho Campaigns and working on Settings > CUSTOMIZATION > Signup Pages and Emails end discovered two issues that prevent me from finalizing this stage. Suggestion to save new user frustration - Tell them timings don't become visible till email is approved
I found myself frustrated by this, even though I'm fairly good at picking up software. When trying to set up a drip email campaign (a confusing term the way it's used in the product by the way), it can be frustrating for those of us who learn by doing and testing to not be able to find where we can specify the timing interval between emails. Hi there, I enabled Zoho Campaigns on our Zoho One account and logged in to test it out. One of my colleagues tried to do the same, although I had not added him in the One Admin Panel. Now when I do try to add him I get the error message in the title. When he logs into Campaigns it says he is using a trial. On mine it says I am using my Zoho One subscription. Zoho Tracking Image location
So we've been having an issue with tracking email opens. Specifically in Gmail. Our emails are not that long either, maybe 4 sections of image/250 characters of text/button per section. But all my test accounts I used via Gmail we're showing opens. But then come to find out the tracking image is at the very bottom of the email. My own TEST emails from Zoho are going to my Junk email
Hi, I have the free version of Zoho Campaigns since I don't have that many contacts yet, and I'm just getting familiar with it to see if I like it. Why is it that my own emails are going to my Junk inbox? I already confirmed my email address as safe.. AND I've told my email that is not a spam. How can I fix this? I'm guessing a lot of my emails are ending there (Junk inbox) as well. Thank you! I would really appreciate your help.
