Is there any way to keep a history of the email campaigns/autoresponders a subscriber has been a member of?
Hello, In MailChimp you had a historical view of what had been sent at the subscriber level. Is there any such feature in Zoho Campaigns? I had thought there would be a record but, once a person has been removed from the list, that info is deleted from Zoho CRM. I need to be able to see what people have been sent past the last 5 that I'm pushing back to Zoho CRM. Current process is 2 master lists ( one for Leads and one for Contacts) and then people are added to lists based on workflow criteria.
Sync with Zoho CRM not importing generic email addresses
Hi, I want to import a whole list and the generic email addresses are not imported. I need them in my list. Could you let me know how to change the setting in Zoho Campaigns to have those email addresses imported too? An example would be jobs@zoho.com Please let me know. Thanks, Bogdan

I am the marketing coordinator of a utility billing company and we are in the process of switching over from Mailchimp to Zoho. I have created an autoresponder with a single email for each 30/60/90/120 day period where I manually add subscribers to a list who are eligible for the reward. Hello, Currently, I have 2 Zoho CRM Syncs set up. 1 for Leads and 1 for Contacts. In my Zoho CRM Leads Sync I've selected "Remove from mailing list" however, I see my numbers change unexpectedly and when I go back to the settings to check, Dont Exclude is selected. Are my settings not being saved correctly or does Zoho Campaigns default to Dont Exclude when I'm editing (meaning, it might have been on Remove from mailing list before but since I'm editing it's gone back to the default)? Zoho Campaigns - have users share templates
We have several CRM users that would like to create their own campaigns as well as share the campaigns with each other. It appears when we sign in that we are not linked to each other's campaigns. Is it possible to do that? I thought that I would add the sender email address...but it will not allow me to use that email because it is used by another user.

Sorting subscribers in smart lists based on score with workflows
I have an issue with sorting subscribers based on their score in Campaigns. (See images attached for precisions) To explain, i have a list of 10k+ Subs. I want to classify them with a score based on the scoring capabilities of the software. So i established a scoring and i want to classify my subs this way : Most engaged ones : Score >= 50 pts Occasional readers : 50 > Score >= 30 pts Rare readers : 30 > Score >= 10 pts No reading : Score < 10 pts My subs are obviously scored when they open a mail

Add All Subscribers to Email List for Campaign
I synced by Subscriber list with my CRM, so anyone added as a Lead will automatically be added as a Subscriber. Until now, I have segmented that population into separate lists and only sent campaigns to those lists. However, now I want to send a Campaign to All Subscribers, but I can't figure out how to add all Subscribers (8100) to a single List (without adding 200 at a time) Ideas?
Automatically making my Zoho Campaigns hyperlinks blue & underlined
Am I missing something? Whenever I create a hyperlink in my Zoho Campaigns, I have to manually change the text to this color of blue. Isn't that just standard HTML to make all hyperlinks blue? The attached screenshot shows a link I had to manually set as blue – the "Zapier has a fascinating guide with a look at seemingly every email tool" isn't automatically turning blue.

How do I edit the raw HTML of the templates in Campaigns?
I want to edit the <style> tag at the top of the email, but I don't know how to switch to a full HTML editor. It's only letting me edit the HTML in segmented chunks based on my page layout.

What actions can we take if we have a subscriber, we use double opted-in, hit 'spam' on one of our emails? They probably just wanted to unsubscribe. What directions can we give them to reverse their action so our email domain does not get tainted?

Synchronisation error
Hello, A user from our team made a synchronization to Zoho CRM yesterday. The Synchronization was accidentally activated and imported a large amount of unwanted contacts from the CRM to campaigns, topping off our contact limit as well. My question is: how can we retrace the contacts that were added yesterday and remove them from our Campaigns database?

Can we have multiple website signup forms for a single list? I want to have one list that I can segment using three different forms. URL is untracked
I included a link in my email. Sent it to a list (all addresses are to me so I can test it). Clicked the link. In the reports it says 0 clicked, and when I check the Link Click Activity it says the link is "untracked." What setting has made the click report inactive?
Unable to delete domains from Zoho Campaigns
This error occurs while deleting a domain "This domain cannot be deleted because we've found $1sender addresses associated to it." But I have no more sender addresses of this domain anymore. I can't delete the domain.
