Template Image issue
When I added an image in the template it looks fine, it's in the right size and set as banner. When I send this template via email, certian recipients see this image lot smaller than the original image/banner created in the template. Could you pelase help on how this can be resolved.
Workflow for AutoResponder
I have multiple calendar-based AutoResponders active as of now, and I'd like to connect a Workflow to them to push any clicks into a new list (and then on to CRM). I am able to do this with regular campaigns without a problem, but I cannot see a way to do this through the AutoResponder. This is a final step to fully automate our process, which right now requires me to manually check the AutoResponders and move the clicks over to a new list via copy/paste or export/import. This is time consuming

Uploading images to campaigns for an email blast
I have been trying for two days to upload a single image in Zoho campaigns for an email blast and it continually shows up as an unloadable image (see my multiple attempts below). I have sent out other blasts after this one and their images loaded just fine. I have even tried to delete the campaign and start a whole new one and it did not help. I have also tried uploading it as a png and a jpeg. Any diea on how to resolve this?

Blacklisted addresses and list count
Hi, I've seen that your price depends on the number of subscriptions. My list has more than 5,000 address of which some are not valid anymore ( just a few have unsubscribed, opt-out, some are addresses not valid anymore, hard-bounce). So my valid addresses are less than 5,000. With my present provider those addresses are inserted in a blacklist list so that email won't be sent anymore. How are they treated in Zoho campaigns? Do they count as subscribers? Will I fit in the less than 5,000 price range

Hello Everyone, I was wondering if there was an easier way (than manually reentering accounts) to import accounts created in the CRM and creating lists with those accounts into the Campaigns. Hello, In MailChimp you had a historical view of what had been sent at the subscriber level. Is there any such feature in Zoho Campaigns? I had thought there would be a record but, once a person has been removed from the list, that info is deleted from Zoho CRM. I need to be able to see what people have been sent past the last 5 that I'm pushing back to Zoho CRM. Current process is 2 master lists ( one for Leads and one for Contacts) and then people are added to lists based on workflow criteria.

Hello, Currently, I have 2 Zoho CRM Syncs set up. 1 for Leads and 1 for Contacts. In my Zoho CRM Leads Sync I've selected "Remove from mailing list" however, I see my numbers change unexpectedly and when I go back to the settings to check, Dont Exclude is selected. Are my settings not being saved correctly or does Zoho Campaigns default to Dont Exclude when I'm editing (meaning, it might have been on Remove from mailing list before but since I'm editing it's gone back to the default)?
