Zoho contact record updates from Campaigns
Is there a way that we can make changes to Zoho contact records from campaigns? For example, if we get a bounced email, is there somewhere in campaigns that we can click and be taken to the contact record to update it?
Autoresponder for NonOpens
When I set up a nonresponder for email unopens, if they don't open the first email, but open the next email in the unopen series, will they still keep receiving the rest of the emails in the unopen series?

Email Template Editor - Button Suggestion
I noticed that only the text is clickable on the button once the email is sent. The colored button area is not clickable. In a medium where the point is to get them to click over to something, I think this would be an important feature to have. Not to mention it doesn't work how people normally think a button should function. I can do a workaround and make the button an image, but that kind of defeats the purpose of having an easily insertable/editable button. Thanks for your time.
Is there a way in ZohoCampaigns to move contact to new list based on email action
I am working on some automation in ZohoCampaigns. My goals are: 1: If a contact in list A opens an email, they would be automatically moved to list B AND/OR 2: If a contact in list A clicks on a link in an email they would be automatically moved to list C I can see how to send autoresponders to people who click on links, and I can see how to change lists based on criteria in fields, but I cannot see how to change lists based on actions! Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Blank lines not respected in iOS 11 (iPhone).
My Zoho Campaigns email is formatted with a blank line between each paragraph. This displays correctly in all tested browsers on the desktop. But on the phone, in iOS 11.X, there are no blank lines so the email looks awful and unreadable.
Stop an Email Action Auto responder to specific contact
Hi, When I'm setting up an Email Action Autoresponder (e.g. Send a follow up email 72 hours after to subscribers who open an email), if a lead opens an email and then before that automated follow up email goes out, they contact me and I DO NOT want that automated email to be sent, how do I disable it for that specific lead?

Discrepancy in subscriber limits
Hello, My Zoho campaigns dashboard shows that I have 8863 contacts subscribed. I want to add a list of 993 subscribers and I get a warning saying that I have 9602 subscribers. My subscriber limit is 10000. Could you please tell me what is going on? I need to act quickly and do not understand why there is a difference between the warning and the number of subscribers on the dashboard.
Campaign sign up form does not work if IFRAME
The reason is simple, the iframe auto generated code tries to fetch its style sheet at : https://css.zohostatic.com/campaigns/static/css/ui.theme.css But this returns a 404. I would like to use iFrame forms so that the source of where its hosted does not have to change if I want to change my form.
Will the CRM show that my contact was sent an email through Zoho campaigns?
Johnny is a contact in my CRM and I have imported him into my Zoho Campaigns list. When I send out the Zoho email campaign to that list, will it show up in CRM that Johnny received the email? Will that appear under the "Emails" section of Johgnny's profile in CRM? Can someone share a screenshot of what it looks like in CRM app that a contact received a Zoho Campaigns email? Thanks!
Are bounces automatically removed?
Does anybody know: I have a campaign that was cancelled due to too many bounces. Will the email addresses that caused the bounces removed automatically from the mailing list? Unable to retrieve records more than 200 when using API getlistsubscribers
I have around 600++ records for my certain mailing list. I'm only able to retrieve the first 200 records by using index=1 and range=200 when using method getlistsubscribers. How can I retrieve the remaining records? I've try by using index=201 and range=200 but I'm just getting the first 200 records as well.
Image+Text Option doesnt shortents Text window
There are no option to shorten the width of text window in Image+Text option. The smallest option available is of 30:70 ration, which doesnt work out for Company Logo and Company name scenario.

However, despite not having used the account for this month, I am requested to purchase additional e-mail credits due to "insufficient e-mail credit". May I request for assistance? What kind of campaign, workflow or autoresponder to do this?
Hi guys, I made an automatism that send an email (by Campaign) to lead that use chat and in this email I say "bla...bla....bla.....do you want subscribe to our beautiful newsletter?" Is a question so customer can don't replay (in this case lead is remove from list) or replay and write YES. In this case I want add to this lead a TAG that works as trigger for a sequence of email but I don't understand well how to made this. can somebody drive me to make this?
