How do I right-align an image in a Campaign message?
I can't find a control to right align an image inside a paragraph in a Campaign message (I'm moving a message over from Mailchimp). Strangely I can't even find a discussion of image alignment for Campaigns anywhere :-o Is there a simple way to right align that I'm just missing?

Since today it seems to be mandatory to set the "Purpose of sending email". When choosing multipurpose - our existing mailing lists cannot be choosen is this a bug? do we have to make new list? how does this feature work? whats the effects of this settings? How to create an automatic mailing list
Howdy everyone, I've got 7000+ contacts, and need to create my first campaign to ~250 of those contacts. I've created a report in CRM that successfully isolates those recipients by pulling name, email from Contacts and filtering on a couple of custom fields in Company. The report works quite well! So I can export that report and import it into Campaigns. That's cool. What happens when we get other people that meet that criteria down the road? The cool part about Zoho One is the integration.
Issues with Website
We keep running into issues where the Campaign's Save buttons don't work or take a while to load. No other Zoho product is this bad. We're using the Latest version of Chrome on Mac. Anyone else experiecning this issue?

Consent Email Reminders
Hi, I have tried to speak to support about this but having no luck. The first consent email is due to be sent on Friday (I know we are late to the party) I want to send the reminder email on Tuesday and the final one on Wednesday so that we are all done before the 25th May and the law comes in. However, it will only allow me to schedule the emails 7 days apart. Why is this? I need to get 3 emails out in the next 7 days. Please help me get this fixed asap.

We have ZOHOCRM Professional and our customers are consumers. Their account is their name and so there are no CONTACTS within the account, as the customers name = the account name. Restart of the canceled campaign
Hi, We had tried executing an email campaign on Saturday 23-09-17 and unfortunately we had hit the default 5% bounce rate, owing to which the campaign was canceled automatically. Upon raising a support ticket, we were informed that the campaign will restart on its own in 24 hours however, we don't find any re-initiation as of now, even 48 hours later. Save email campaign as template in new UI
Hi, I would like to use an email campaign that I have already run as a template in my library. I used to be able to do this by cloning the campaign, editing the content then clicking "save as template". However, I no longer see that "save as template" option in the new UI. Why offer personalised subject lines in places where they don't work?
As the video at http://nimb.ws/TOlG3E shows, when editing the email for a subscriber to change their email address, the help under the Subject line field says "Personalize your subject line. Learn more". But if you do try and personalize the subject line, you get an error message telling you that "Special characters are not allowed". I appreciate that this facility may not be available for these emails but then why offer the suggestion and a link to a help page that is of absolutely no use? Yet another
Template border delete option
Hi, I was just wondering if there is a way to removing the border from the template. I created my campaign on Microsoft publisher and as this isn't supported on Zoho, I saved it as an image and it fits nicely into the template. However, there is the white border around the coloured background which I don't want there, and instead of having to find the exact colour on the colour wheel to match the image colour, I was thinking it would be easier to simply delete the border? If this is at all possible
Template builder Editor history misses the 1st deleted element
Editing a template when elements are deleted, and Alert comes up saying "Data in this element cannot be restored. Delete anyway?", so everybody has to click Ok. When going to the Editor history to recover an old Version the 1st element deleted is impossible to recover. Tried multiple times with same results. You can recover up to the 2nd element deleted and up. The 1st one is lost forever.
Scoring Campaigns and syncing with CRM
We have used scoring in CRM for a while and are new to Campaigns. The scoring rules for a Campaign differ between the two platforms - even if they are being calculated on the same emails. is there a plan to sync them so they can show the same result? There are more options for scoring in Campaigns that can't be replicated for the same records in CRM - they should be the same?
Disabling Click to open images
Is there a way so that the images in my email campaign automatically show up? I do not want the images to show up as right click to open. Thanks

Only 200 subscribers are allow to be selected in search results
We have used other "Campaigns" providers like Sendgrid and Vertical response. When you are building your lists using actual subscribers you search using filters and then you add the resulted subscribers to lists. Actually you can select up to 200 subscribers. Email Template Editor Color Picker Broken
There are certain things that break the functionality of the color picker and make it pretty frustrating to use: 1. Cannot highlight certain text and apply a hex code color, it deselects the text. I have to use a specific hex color that goes with our brand so I never pick the swatches. 2. Entering a hex code is just buggy in general. It won't let me click or type in the box half the time. 3. If I enter a hex code color, it doesn't change to that color automatically, it only puts it in the swatches.
Not Supported HTML Tags
Why is the template editor using not supported HTML tags like <font>? It makes it confusing when I edit the HTML. Is there anyway this could be updated? It's not up to HTML5 standards right now. Thanks
Synch is active between CRM Contacts and Campaigns, but not synching
I set up the synch from the campaigns module to synch the CRM contacts with a list. It shows the synch as active, but imports are empty. It isn't synching.
Cannot change integration with CRM
Our Zoho Recruits integration with CRM is pointing to an old account that is not valid anymore. As a consequence the syncs are not working anymore. I cannot find how to change it. Cannot delete the existing integration to create a new one, and cannot add the new, correct account. Please see the screenshots attached. How can I fix this? Tks
