[Help] Online to Offline Marketing Campaign setup
HI there, I'm new here for seeking advice for some Online to Offline Marketing Campaign setup. We will setup a mini site which for giving out souvenir after user registered their email online. We want the registered information will be sent to Zoho, and Zoho will be able to generate a confirmation email with unit code and send to that registered email address. Images not loading into Campaigns from computer files
I am trying to add my organization logo to an email campaign. I have uploaded the logo file to Campaigns, but every time I try to add it to my template I get an error message saying can't load from the provided URL. I am not trying to load from a URL. Please help.

Images Not Loading
When I'm testing my emails, despite looking fine in the campaign builder - and working fine in previous campaigns. In this test email, some images aren't loading. This is highly frustrating.
Emails not Saving
This has happened multiple times now where I create my content add all the fields in and select the 'Save and Close' option only to be taken back to the 'add content' page and the content hasn't saved. This is really hindering my ability to get work done. Can this be fixed?

How to activate cloned message in auto responder
Just set up a 7 message auto responder. Added myself as a contact to test before sending to clients. I had to make changes on a few of them, therefore had to clone the message so i could edit it. Have done so. How do I delete original message and use cloned message or activate cloned message?
Updating new address at bottom of email. How do I do it?
I can't seem to update the address. I did it in a place in 'settings' and it saved as the default. Now it's updated to an entirely different address, one that isn't even in that same place. How do I manually update it????
Can't add a contact

Delete/deactivate Zoho campaigns account
Hi, We have purchased Zoho campaigns account. I want to add a User emma(dot)travers(at)purelogics-mail(dot)com in campaigns but Emma accidentally made a separate campaigns account before me. Now it says This email address emma(dot)travers(at)purelogics-mail(dot)com has been already used in some other organization. So you cannot add/invite this user. We can't see a way to deactivate Emma's campaign account so I could add her as a user to our purchased version. Can you please help me out asap? Thanks!

Out of curiosity, why is it that some campaigns are approved within minutes while some campaign approvals can take hours, for what is essentially the same content.

I have noticed times when a valid email address is not allowed to be added to a list. Is there a way to force the addition to the list?

Tenia la siguiente duda: Quiero aumentar el número de direcciones del remitente, porque zoho campaigns da como máximo 5, para que cada cliente que llevo salga en el pie y en la dirección de correo electrónico de la campaña su correo electrónico en vez de el mio o el de los 5 que me deja como máximo. Empty RSS mail
Hello, I have sometimes my RSS feeds sent without items, empty content sent ! In the FAQ, i can see that : 2. What if there's no update or new content in the website or blog. Will it trigger the RSS Campaign? In this case, no campaign would be sent. see https://www.zoho.com/campaigns/help/advanced/rss-faqs.html What could be wrong ? Why Zoho Campaign send empty emails ? Perhaps a not empty RSS feeds that contains wrong characters ? How can i debug that ? Thanks in advance

Hi there, My company is currently migrating to Zoho (using CRM+ to integrate CRM with Campaigns) and I wondered if you could answer 2 questions for me? We're moving our list of current hard and soft bounces from our current email marketing platform to CRM and wondered if, when importing thois data, there is a 'bounce code matching' we can do? For example, one code offered on our current system is 5.1.2, does Zoho use the same codes when mapping bounces that we can match up when importing this info?

Co-working on a campaign and mailmerged tag
Hi, I have two questions! 1) I am added as a user to my company's zoho campaigns account but I can't see any of the campaigns that another user is working on. Alignment issue on outlook
The email campaign which I am sending is having alignment issue on outlook. Previously i have never faced this problem. On mobile, ipad etc the email is centrally aligned, however on outlook its is coming on the left side, also there is 1 story which is coming under another story and again having issue with alignment.
Zoho [Email] Campaign - "Total Opens" all showing 0 - not updating correctly??
There must be a glitch in my Zoho Campaigns, b/c on every recipient it shows 0 for Total Opens. It registers that they opened the Email (via the email campaign) but on every recipient's 'total opens' it has a 0.

Email Based Autoresponder?
Hello, I am trying to set up an autoresponder to be sent out based on a previous autoresponder. How would I go about doing that? Meaning I already have campaign ready and if the subscriber fails to open the initial campaign email, I would like an autoresponder to send out the same email again. After that if they open the autoresponder, I would like another email to reply with new information. Is this possible? If so, how do I go about using this?
Zoho Campaigns Account has become a Zoho CRM Plus trial account
Hi I've just noticed a warning message in Zoho Campaigns advising me that my subscriber count exceeds my plan limit. I have never seen this before as I have always run this account on a pay-as-you-go basis. On closer examination I see that it has now become a CRM Plus trial account that limits me to 2000 contacts. I've not had any notification that my account was being switched and I seem to have lost the large number of email credits I had on my account.
mistakes in time zone?
Hello Support I still have "in progress" a campaign set with the option "Send later in recipient's time zone" and sceduled for today (28 June) at 9.30 a.m.(Rome/Italy time). Here attached you can see a snapshot of the "unsent" recipients. Actually all they are Italians and they should have already received that newsletter. Cannout update contact as it says it is a duplicate.
I had two contacts for the same user. One was entered directly into the ZOHO Campaign contacts and one was imported from my zoho crm. The zoho crm had a bad email address, I deleted the contact that was entered directly into ZOHO campaigns and then attempted to update the contact from my crm. It will not allow me to update it as it says it is a duplicate. how long will zoho campaigns think the deleted contact is still active?
How to add more than 1 Twitter integration
I can see in the help manuals that if you are a monthly subscriber as we are, that you can add more than 1 Twitter integration to your account. 1. Can I add multiple accounts for Facebook, Twitter etc? You can add an account each for Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn as a free user. If you wish to add multiple accounts for each social media network, you need to be in Monthly Subscription plan. However, when I am looking at our integrations page, I cannot see an option to allow me to add more than 1
Three Columns Image Alignment Issues?
I'm trying to create an email campaign which features three columns of images with a button underneath. Despite advertising the three column layout with the ratio of 33:33:33:, for some reason the layout automatically changes to 34:33:33 which screws up the alignment of the button underneath. I've tried everything such as changing image size, but it all seems to be down to the fact that you can't change the ratio of sizes. Can I do anything to fix this?
