Custom Merge Tags
Hello, We are using Zoho to send a confirmation email for a membership. We set up a merge tag that includes the date of enrollment, but would also like to include the expiration date. Our membership is for one full year. Right now, we are only capturing the customer's initial enrollment date. Is there a way to set a merge tag to display the enrollment date and then the enrollment date + 365 days? For example: "during your policy period from $[UD:ENROLL]$ through $[UD:ENROLL + 365 days]$" Thanks!
Formatting and slow
Creating campaigns are difficult. I'm fairly computer literate but some of the way Zoho Campaigns formatting works is painful. Images fail to upload or are very slow. To top it off, syncing the contacts is a pain as well as temperamental links to create Segments. At this rate I'm afraid we might need to migrate back to Mailchimp.

Uploading Microsoft Publisher Document to campaign
I created a Microsoft Publisher document that I wanted to upload to an email campaign. I saved it as a htm, html file, but most of the content was lost. Is it possible to upload this document to zoho campaign while still keeping the same format? I tried to create the same document using one of the basic templates, but it is not allowing for all the images and content I would like.

CRM contacts won't synch at all with Campaigns
I have been using Zoho for 2 years and am not a newbie to this process. I grabbed the key from CRM and added it to Campaigns. I have 2 syncs I need to perform. I initially set them several minutes ahead as weekly. Nothing happened. Then I reset them several minutes ahead as one time. Nothing happened. Then again. Nothing happened. Invalid pattern Issue with Valid Emails
Dear All I am using Zoho campaign account from last one year. I have tried to import my three different lists into my account. Only 32 contacts from my 2300 contacts added while all other were tagged with invalid pattern. This situation is frustrating for me and I need to add my valid contacts. If in your language these are still invalid then kindly point out how to clean the same. However, I have cleaned the same as per your given instructions. Kindly reply as early as possible. Syncing CRM with Campaign
Hi, sometimes when i sync leads from CRM to campaigns not all the leads will sync. Today I had filtered over 2000 leads but only about 600 were synced for my campaign. Why is this?

I have been trying to set up synchronisation between my Zoho Campaigns service and my Zoho CRM service. I have been following instructions found here: https://www.zoho.com/campaigns/help/contacts/sync-with-zoho-crm.html#sync-contacts-from-accounts-module I want to "Sync Contacts from Accounts Module." According to the help page, I should have access to a Criteria option after selecting the Contacts module from the drop-down. There is no Criteria option that appears. At all. Please help!

Hi there, I've set up my account to receive a daily list of new subscribers. Unfortunately, those emails are blocked by our internal security filters. Custom field not showing up in mail segments
Hi everyone, If people subscribe to our events (seminar day, symposium...), I want to exclude them from further reminder mailings. I added a custom field check box to the Contacts module. If checked, I want to use that value to exclude them from the mailing list using a segment. Problem: this field is not showing up in my criteria to segment. What am I doing wrong here? Did I add he check box to the wrong module? Something to do with the box settings? Am I missing something in the segmentation part?

I need something that I can track email analytics that are sent to our leads and clients. Right now: our lead funnel starts with web-to-lead form creating a lead in CRM CRM triggers a function built in creator that sends an email product list to the lead. Unable to add user to ZOHO Campaigns

Can you remove the space between the message and the footer of an email? The additional space makes it more difficult for users to unsubscribe.

Does Zoho Campaign send to gMail users?
I have two gMail eMail addresses and I entered them both as "test" contacts in my Zoho CRM - to the burnout quiz takers list. Zoho Campaign says the eMails were sent to both test contacts (both gMail eMails). But, neither gMail account has received a new message and neither message can be found in the gMail spam folder either. Any ideas?
