Enfold WordPress theme conflicts with Zoho Campaigns for WordPress
It seems the plugin that integrates our website with Zoho conflicts with the theme we are using. Is there an issue with compatibility between Enfold WordPress and Zoho Campaigns for WordPress? Thank you for your help.

Hi, I'm not able to find any type of receipt or invoice for the payments we have made to Zoho Campaigns on our company credit card. I have tried using the self service portal (https://store.zoho.com/html/store/mytransaction.html) to access our payment history, but there is nothing there that I can download/print. Contact originally put our e-mail campaign on a no receive list (spam). They now want to receive our campaigns. The e-mail address is the same. How can I reset the contact so they are NO longer on the bounce list?

Unable to add user account to our organization
I added campaigns module through our Admin account and then logged into my personal account and went to campaigns, assuming it knew I was from the same organization through google apps. Instead it created it's own campaigns account. I cannot invite my user as a user under the main campaigns account for my organization as it says it's associated with another. Can someone please disassociate it so it can be added to my admin campaigns account.

When one user in my account sync contact from CRM to Zoho campaign, this user can see and sync all contact in another user in our account. So if i upgare my account, can i manage this problem? Automation Not Sending To New Subscribers
I have an automation that is set to send based on when subscribers are added to a list. I have Zoho Campaigns set to sync with Zoho CRM, and it is successfully importing leads nightly. However, the automation is NOT being triggered to go out to these leads. There are messages set to go out 1 hour, 1 day, 2 days, etc. after the contact is added, but none of them are being sent to new contacts as they are synced. Please advise.
Sending New Automation To Older List
I've created a new automation to be sent immediately as users subscribe to the list. I would also like this automation series to go out to the entire list as well, but since the list was created a few weeks ago, the system doesn't appear to send messages to those users, even if the automation is brand new. Sync not updating one of my fields
Hi I have a sync set up to update various fields in my customer list in campaigns but one of my fields isn't updating. We changed a date in CRM 2 days ago and the accounts are supposed to sync every evening but it is still showing the old date in Campaigns. I've checked the mapped fields and the field is now missing from the list. I tried adding it again but I get a message to say that the field is already mapped and it will not allow me to re-add it.

Hi there, I've tried to send 2 campaigns today, with an AB testing feature. I've set-up the campaigns as follow: A/B Test Recipients: A 30.0% Recipients B 30.0%Recipients Remaining Recipients: 40% Recipients Winner Type: Open Rate Test Run Duration: 1 hour Testing with: Subject I pressed "Sent" almost 2 hours ago, and the campaign is still processing.
