Unable to add user account to our organization
I added campaigns module through our Admin account and then logged into my personal account and went to campaigns, assuming it knew I was from the same organization through google apps. Instead it created it's own campaigns account. I cannot invite my user as a user under the main campaigns account for my organization as it says it's associated with another. Can someone please disassociate it so it can be added to my admin campaigns account.
Problem with sync the contact from CRM to Zoho campaign
I want to ask about our problem with syncing the contact from CRM to Zoho campaign. When one user in my account sync contact from CRM to Zoho campaign, this user can see and sync all contact in another user in our account. So if i upgare my account, can i manage this problem? Automation Not Sending To New Subscribers
I have an automation that is set to send based on when subscribers are added to a list. I have Zoho Campaigns set to sync with Zoho CRM, and it is successfully importing leads nightly. However, the automation is NOT being triggered to go out to these leads. There are messages set to go out 1 hour, 1 day, 2 days, etc. after the contact is added, but none of them are being sent to new contacts as they are synced. Please advise.
Sending New Automation To Older List
I've created a new automation to be sent immediately as users subscribe to the list. I would also like this automation series to go out to the entire list as well, but since the list was created a few weeks ago, the system doesn't appear to send messages to those users, even if the automation is brand new. I understand that the trigger is the time from when the user was added to the list, so if they were imported prior to the assigned time of the automated message, they won't receive it. Is there
Allow contacts to subscribe to campaign

Sync not updating one of my fields
Hi I have a sync set up to update various fields in my customer list in campaigns but one of my fields isn't updating. We changed a date in CRM 2 days ago and the accounts are supposed to sync every evening but it is still showing the old date in Campaigns. I've checked the mapped fields and the field is now missing from the list. I tried adding it again but I get a message to say that the field is already mapped and it will not allow me to re-add it.

AB testing - Test Run Duration
Hi there, I've tried to send 2 campaigns today, with an AB testing feature. I've set-up the campaigns as follow: A/B Test Recipients: A 30.0% Recipients B 30.0%Recipients Remaining Recipients: 40% Recipients Winner Type: Open Rate Test Run Duration: 1 hour Testing with: Subject I pressed "Sent" almost 2 hours ago, and the campaign is still processing. Form Custom Fields Not Appearing In Workflow Options
Hi, I'm new to Campaigns and am trying to set up some email automations for leads we have coming in through Zoho Forms & CRM. I created one list called "Leads", which syncs with CRM. The next step seems to be to create workflows that segments the leads and starts them on different email autoresponder campaigns
Can a segment be edited after creating an automation?
In the automation creation process, I've selected a list segment to send the automation too. If, at a later time, I wished to edit the segment parameters for this automation, could I do so? I see I can "view details" of the segment that the automation is going to, but I do not see where I can edit the segment parameters. Thanks, J
Cannot view campaigns more than three year old.
I have campaigns going back to August 2013, but the list stops at September 2013 (three years ago). Any reason for this limit? Also, now that I've got LOTS of campaigns in my history, it might be a good idea to revisit how they can be quickly accessed...
Campaigns Reports - Top 5 etc...
Would it be possible to have some work done on the reports? When I run a report, e.g. Top 5 Opened, my top 5 opened campaigns are some test campaigns sent to a handful of test recipients. Not useful at all. Sure, I could go and delete some of those campaigns, but instead, would it be possible to set the report to include only those campaigns that have, for example, 50 or more recipients? In that way, all my reports would be more meaningful and automatically exclude the test campaigns.

I have sent many campaigns before and and always been able to exclude addresses off a different mailing list. Such as send a campaign to mailing list A but exclude anyone that is on mailing list B. I can no longer select a mailing list to exclude and can only select a previous campaign. Is it possible to go back to how it was before?

Zoho CRM Sync using Field Criteria
We're setting up a sync between Zoho Campaigns and CRM. Looking for clarification on the Criteria function. Our criteria is the value of a custom field (Stage). e.g. "Stage isn't 'Cancelled' ", so that all CRM contacts without Cancelled will be imported into Campaigns. If the value of the Stage field for a contact that is already in Campaigns changes to "Cancelled", will that contact be removed from the Campaigns list during the next sync?

Merge content into several campaigns

Can't add user to ZohoCampaign
hi. I'm an admin (and owner) on a ZohoCampaign account. I just tried to add 2 users to the account, both of whom are already users in ZohoProjects and who are have been Vendors (they are administrative contract workers) in my ZohoCRM.
