I created a test email campaign and send it to 4 persons, it is showing that the email has been delivered to all of them, but it was actually delivered to 3 of them. The person having outlook account, did not receive the mail.

Hi, Yesterday I created a new campaign in Zoho: 'Toshiba : Special Deals on Toshiba Satellite Pro,Portégé and Tecra'. I uploaded the html file and images and sent a test mail to test the deeplinks, as I always do. Result: Every link was redirected to a unknown url (page cannot be displayed). Email sending very slow today...
We had a campaign scheduled to send today at 10 AM EDT. As of now (3.5 hours later), it is only 40% complete sending. Normally, it would be complete in under an hour. What is going on? In addition, when using the Zoho Campaigns website yesterday, the website was very very slow. After I would edit content and press save, it would some times take minutes to complete saving. Mails with draft status
I want to be able to see mails in draft status without having to filter each time I go to 'My mails'. Does anyone know if it is possible to set this up as the default? Alternatively any suggestions on how I can adjust my dashboard to include drafts? Thanks for any help offered. Karen

Sync Contacts from CRM custom module to an Automation Campaign
I set up a sync from a CRM custom module "SLI LEADS" to ZOHO campaign, "burnout quiz taker". The sync happened on schedule yet the one lead in SLI LEADS was "ignored". Looking at the sync record is put the eMail address of the lead as a "group email". I'm not sure why the eMail was ignored? Why is is considered a "group email"? Can you help? Also - Is there a workflow or automation that can automatically delete the records off of SLI LEADS after they are synced with a campaign? Thank you.
Campaigns-Add other managers/admins to zoho campaigns
I created some campaigns, i need to allow other individuals in our CRM to get in and see the same campaigns I made and help manage them. How do I add other users from our zoho account? I tried adding them and I got a message saying "that email is all ready associated with an account. I did this - Settings > Manage Users > Add User > This email address has been already used in some other organization. So you cannot add/invite this user. I also tried adjusting privileges. Campaign Automation not working
I created a 2-eMail automation and then associated it with a list. Set up so the first eMail goes out immediately and the next an hour later. I added a test subscriber to the contact/list that is associated with the automation. The automation isn't triggering. I've tried many times and waited hours... no automation eMails are going out. Donot mail list issue
Hi, This is the first time I'm running campaigns. After I imported my mailing list by mistake I marked all of them as donot email. Now I'm not able to move it out of the donot email list. I tried deleting the list and recreating again, but that doesnt seem to work. How can I send my campaign, if all my contacts have gone to "donot email" list? Any help would be appreciated.
Contact Management issue
Hi, This is the first time I'm creating campaigns. After I imported my contacts, I mistakenly moved them to the "Donot Email List". I'm not able to move them back to the subscribed list. I tried deleting the list and reimporting again. But this doesnt seem to work? Since most of my contacts have moved to the "Donot email list" I dont know how to run this campaign. Please help

Hello, I would like to enable the "Push Member Status as Fields in Zoho CRM". I have created a custom text field called "Email Campaign Info" in the Description section of a Leads' detail page. However, when I go to select the field to enable the "Push Member Status...", the new custom field does not show up in the drop down box. Only the default "Description" shows up - which I do not want to use as I do not want the data in that field to be overwritten. What did I do wrong?

I have several clients where their e-mails bounced during a campaign. However, after discussions with them, they stated that these bounces were the result of system errors on their end. I need to "un-bounce" the specific e-mail so they can receive our campaigns. I tried to fully delete the contacts in CRM and then re-sync to Campaign. Did not work. What should I do?
Question about geographic segmentation
I'm trying to do geo-segmentation for one of my campaigns. I would like to, for example, limit a campaign to an area roughly 30km radius of a city. I don't see an option for that specifically, but I see that I can perform the segmentation by filtering only those postal codes within a 30km radius. Problem with the limit of sync
Goodmorning! I have a problem with my zoho campaign account : I know that the limitation of sync with zoho CRM is 5 per day, but Idon't achieve to sync a new list for the first time. I didn't use my 5 sync per day, or my 15 sync per moth but the website tells me that I already used my 5 sync per day and that I have to wait 24 hours. Also, even after 24 hours, the contact never syncronised with the zoho CRM list. Hope you can help, thank you!
