Problem Inserting Record Using XML API when there is a URL field included in the XML.
I am trying to insert a record that has a URL value which is actually a google map address. If I exclude the URL the record insert works fine. But if I incude it fails. URL: http://maps.google.com/maps?q=-27.53150579971,153.07693150793&t=h&z=18 I have tried wrapping with CDATA and it still fails. Problems updating the field value in my form!
Hi I have problems with my form. If I change the value in the drop-down list and try to update the form nothing happens. It seems to have started in the beginning of last week. This is becomming a bit anoying so any help will be appreciated Any ideas? Dennis

Could someone please create an example so we can grasp the idea of mail merge in Zoho Creator. I have a for with Name, Address, Telephone No and Email. I have a form with a multi line field that I want to include a mail merge so each email is personalised with the name and address. I then want the text in the multi line to be emailed to the correct email for each recipient. Thanks for any help you can offer. Nigel
Form changes will not save
I tried to edit a form by inserting a second address line but every time I go to use it, the changes are not there. It looks fine in edit mode, but not when I try to use it....
Error occured while uploading the file
I'm unable to load files to form. I get the above error.
Add a "Run Now" option to the scheduler.
Since the only way to write a custom script to be performed on the database and process it on demand is by creating a custom schedule. A "Run Now" option would be a simple and nice feature instead of entering a time in half hour increments. This way once the save button is pressed the script would run immediately. This would be helpful when there are thousands of records that need bulk edits made instead of using the bulk edit feature and only being able to update 200 records at a time.
HTML Reports
Hello, I am looking at write a HTML report for my Zoho program but I am not sure where I can get help from to write it. I want to have a report for each order which will have information on it such as customer order numbers, delivery dates, and then machine times and notes which are all related to the drawing number. Could someone point me in the right direction in making this report? Is there a tutorial or a template I could play around with to learn how it works? Thanks in advance

Dynamic Field Color in Calendar View ?
Is it possible to have dynamic field colors in a calendar view ? For example if I have a FORM called celebrations, which contains 3 fields (Type, Date, Description) and Type is a dropdown of three choices {Birthday, Anniversary, Wedding} and I build a calendar view based on this form, I would want 'Birthday Entries' to appeare with a 'Blue' label, Anniversaries with a 'lime' label and Weddings with a 'Yellow' label. Creator Form -> Potentials
Hi, I am trying to create a form when upon completion a new "potential" is created in Zoho CRM. In my implementation, the potentials tab has been renamed "Sales". When a form is submitted, nothing appears in Zoho CRM. I think the problem relates to the mandatory Closing Date field. I don't think the formatting is correct for it to link correctly into the CRM. Drop down list not displaying records - has stopped administration for today - When will this be fixed??
Hi there, Our drop down list now longer displays all the records from the drop down list. We have a large no. of records to choose from. This has halted the administration for our company for today, which is costing us alot of money. We desperately need this fixed ASAP. Can you please provide us with some feed back, or at least let me know if I should look into alternative options (adding a new text field and getting rid of the lookup field if its not going to work). How many simultaneous form entries can happen if we embed the form in our website?

For Subform on user input it does not seem to update main form unless you click another field first
Hi I am updating a main form field from my subform Main form = balance each row in the subform is for payments For testing only one row in my subform If i enter a payment and click another field the balance changes and upon clicking update it is stored correctly in the main form If i enter a payment (DO NOT CLICK ANOTHER FIELD) I can see the Balance change (the on user input script is working) but when i click update the value in the main form is not updated Thanks

Form does not always clear on entry
I have a form which seems to be working fine and storing information as expected. However I have a small problem in that on submit, the form does not clear, unless all fields were complete...even non required fields. Not sure if it matters but it is embedded in an iframe
Reports on multiple views in Creator
Hi, I have created several views in Creator and they are all linked to each other in some sort of way. I am trying to find the best way to report on them. From what I see, I am only able to report on one view in Creator. Do I need to import/export the data into Zoho DB & Reports in order to be able to generate reports using multiple views. Hi, I was wondering if it is possible for the dropdown list to be autopopulated with values from another field. For example: View 1 "Authors": Name, Books written View 2 "Books": Title, Author(dropdown) Now, I would like the Author(dropdown) in Books to automatically contain the list of records from the column Name (in Authors). Student Conference Counts
Newbie here... I have a form for student data in which I enter all demographics. I have another form used for each conference we have with a student. In this I record the student name (pulled from the demographics form), date of conference and notes. On the first form, I would like a field that calculates how many total conferences I've had with each particular student. transfer field data from stateless form
I have two stateful forms - "Entry Form" and "Entry Detail Form" and have set up the Entry Form with Entry Details Form as a sub-form. Subform: problem with 'Decision box'
Hi ZC ! we use several 'decision box' fields in a Subform, used to do calculation. Creator believes that all the DecisionBox are checked (true) as they are all unchecked. All I want is a No Results Found message when no data is found.

Support have screwed up my lookup field
I requested help with sorting values alphabetically in a lookup field. Then on the 19th Bhaskar from support informed me that he had made changes to the script. Now only one value appears in the lookup field. Can anyone from Zoho get in touch with me and tell me what is going on there?

Would like to know if there is any possibility to select multiple records from the address diary application that I have created using ZOHO? There are 100's of records in the address diary application along with email ID as a field. Openurl - problem with date format in url needing to be different to default application date format
Hi, I am embedding date ranges that come from form entry data fields (date format) to be used in an OPENURL command to select records for a view based on the record date being between the specified range of the dates passed via the OPENURL command. I couldn't get any recofrds selected so I tinkered with the URL and changed the date in the actual URL in the browser (as input from the form in the URL) from dd-mm-yy to dd-mmm-yy and to my surprise, it worked. And after much changing of date format
