Edit on linked forms from Views
I am very excited about being able to enable links from within views to related forms, can we have the ability to edit, once you have clicked thru to a linked form? Currently, if I want to edit, I still need to go thru and search for it, and then edit. This would be a really handy feature if enabled. Many thanks!

changing field units ($ or %) based on user input
I have a field that has a pick list that contains "Growth rate" and "Cash Flow". I then have 3 number input fields, Min, Target, and Max. How can I change the units for these 3 fields based on how the user chooses growth rate or Cash flow?

I am working with a client DB and need to track various level of information over time. The central nucleus is the client, so all information will loop back to them. Different forms will be used at different times to enter information about the client (i.e. a patient, and all records relating to each visit will contain different fields, but we want to be able to bring up a view that has the client and shows all information about the client pulled from different fields.) Problem with sending email to list out of Scheduler

Lookup field not working
Hi, I've got a couple forms, I work with a work and travel placement company. One with Candidate info; their name, email, contact info. The other with their work placement preferences. The problem is that when I use the lookup filed to the Candidate Names in the Placement info form, every time I select a few of the names the list sometimes updates with the wring name. Usually the record just before it with the same first name. When I try to edit, I select the right record but when I save it goes
Can't properly format an If-Then statement
This is probably an easy one: (sorry) I have a database in which I want to first ask the respondent what continent they are from, for example "North America". I have a drop-down field with 3 choices for continents. If they choose "North America" from the drop down choice list, then the second field, "countries within north America" would then display. I can't seem to understand how to format the If/Then statement to get this to work. I have clicked on "Actions on User Input" for the first field.

ZC API statements - Not application owner issue
I have come across an issue several times in the last few weeks. If my client is allows me to develop an application in his workspace I cannot add API commands (zoho.crm.updateRecord etc) to the ZC app as I am not the application owner. This only becomes an issue when the client will not let me use his ZC credentials to build the application as they are his Google Apps credentials. (It doesn't happen every time either. Sometimes I have added the statement as a comment and asked the owner to 'un-comment'

Hello, I have two forms, FA and FB FB needs to access the latest record from FA's table FA has an input field FA-NewRec set to "New" FB finds latest record like so.......... Problem with importing ds file and duplicate the application
I took the Application(which is shared ) back up as .ds file and i login as a another user and i imported the .ds file then i am getting the error "Problem encountered while creating the application api functions can be created only by application owner" And if i create a duplicate of that application some functionality is missing . Create a Function to Call a Form
I'm trying to create a function to call a form and embed in a view so that the user can click on the view (limited columns) to call the form and see all fields in a pop-up. I'm pretty sure this is possible but I can't seem to figure it out. How do I create this function? iFrame issues againg with https and http
Dear Danny and all at ZOHO, I tried to follow up directions to make creator use HTTP protocol instead of HTTPS. Customized views for a "desired_item_number" in a relational database
I have a relational database in Zoho, with many related forms (tables). Link between these tables are created with import data lookup field. So as a result, for all tables, the first column is "item_number" Always there is an record for each item in the parent table but not always for a child table (because there are no entries for some items in child tables). Can't access Applications
Hi, I have been trying to get hold of Zoho support for the last 2 days but not getting any replies, so hopefully this forum can help. I am unable to access any of my applications in Zoho Creator ever since using the Google apps version to integrate with Gmail. Since I installed the app every-time i go to log in to my creator account I am presented with the Shared Apps Screen, but nothing to access any of my Applications. ther's' no menus or anything to get back to my applications. Custom schedules with attached files are no longer executed
Three days ago the custom schedules which are meant to send attached exported views in XLS format were no longer executed. In my account at https://creator.zoho.com/showScheduleUsageLog.do in last 3 days there is shown that the schedules failed and the reason is... Zoho Creator Search Engine for Applications
Recently I've been working on Zoho Creator applications that require search tools. I've been using the stateless form in conjunction with HTML view approach; however, the scripting involved is a lot of work and can get very complex as more search fields are added. I've noticed that the List View has a pretty good built-in search capability. It would be great to be able to use this search feature separately from the List View within forms. If it is not possible, it would be great for Zoho Creator
Scheduler won't work
Hi, Can someone help me figure out why this script apparently fails to work with scheduler? The script is valid if executed elsewhere on the site (for instance if I stick it in the "on user input" of a field somewhere). Dear All, It's ok to add record into the picklist, but how to just add DISTINCT records? For example: Here are records in FormA.FieldName: Item-1 Item-2 Item-1 Item-3 Item-1 I would like just to add Item-1, Item-2, Item-3 into the picklist (the DISTINCT records). Sharing an application
If I share an application in the developer zone to a client "Without Source" and then later i do an update to the application and want my client to have access to the source is this possible to change? When they more to the updated application can they have access to the source on the updated version? Zoho creator csv feed to Zoho reports
According to your slideshow available at the below link to make data available from Creator to Reports, from view mode, you select 'more actions', Export data and select CSV feed (a screenshot is provided). However, the options within export data is different for me and all export data options exports and downloads the data in the selected file format. There is no option to select a feed.
