Bulk Editing a Check Box Field
I'm a new Zoho Creator user and I've been impressed with the service overall. Very robust and simple to use. But before I can bring my organization's data over fully, I need to figure out a solution to one problem ... I can't seem to figure out how to bulk edit a check list (multiple item) field without deleting the existing data in a record. This is a frequent need so I need figure out a work around. Auto mis-direction in Internet Explorer - link to form
I have a public view embedded on our website. There are links on the view that take people to a form. http://www.gormanfarm.org/volunteer.shtml When the links are clicked in Firefox or Chrome, they work as expected. When the links are clicked in IE, they re-direct to the wrong form. If you watch the navigation bar, you will see the correct URL for a second, and then it redirects. This is a huge issue for us. I am creating a class registration database for a nonprofit, and Zoho looks very promising. I have run into one stumbling block. When creating a field of type "import data" you get a drop down interface showing all the values of a specified field in another table. You also get an option to "Show link for adding new value" Is there a way of getting the "link for adding new value" without creating a dropdown list? I am creating an app with the form name Salesman Data . Now in this i have different fields . Building a PTA Volunteer Database
New to Zoho! I'm looking to build a database app to: 1. Record volunteer names and contact information 2. Record the interests and skills of each volunteer 3. Record committee head contacts 4. Ability to link volunteer based on interest and skills to one or more committee Any suggestions would be appreciated. I have experience with Excel and Access. sort order of past entry items
i add a lot of data into my forms that is the same over and over again. if i click on a field twice, i see a drop down with the past entries into this field. i would like to sort and/or edit this list. i use the same verbiage over and over again to input into my forms. i may have well over 100 entries that i would like to click to add to the field instead of having to retype each time. But this is difficult if there is no order to the entries in the drop down box. Is there any way to access these

Duplicate AND Bulk Edit at the same time
I often need to add records that are exactly the same as others but have 1 or 2 fields that are different. Currently, I select each field and duplicate. I then select each duplicated field and bulk edit the different fields. Unfortunately, because some of my forms can't have duplicates, I can't get past the first step in this process. Saving Record Freezes ZohoCreator into Saving.....
I am copying some blocks/paragraphs of text into some records in ZohoCreator. On about the first 10 fields, everything goes well. Then at some point, when I paste and hit "save", Zoho just gets stuck on Saving.... Seems to happen alot. These records are for the most part about 400 words worth of stuff. An average word is mabe 5 characters, so the entire text is maybe 2000 characters. At first this was just annoying. Now its becoming a show stopper. Does anyone else have this problem? Where Saving
Cannot delete Application
Hello I am testing Zoho Creator and everything was going fine but, I have copied two applications to "My Apps" and now I want to delete then but I cannot do it. I can disable but I delete then are impossible. I want to create an application to show to my boss so he buys a subscription. In the free edition I can just create 3 applications. I've created a form with data view and want to embed the data view into my webpage. The data view form is displayed correctly on my webpage, but when I click on the buttons of the data view form on my webpage, none of them work (The buttons are for printing an entry of the form). Solution Search Component
I have modified the Solutions view so that it contains the following fields Title Description Content By default the Search mechanism for solutions on all pages uses the input.keyword variable to search inside the 'Description' field. I want to make this more granular by searching only the Title and/or Content field. How can I change this? Filters removed from views
This morning I have found out that all view filters that reference fields that have more than 100 values have been removed. How can this happen. This has a massive impact on my application and I am sure it does on others too. This change has to be reversed and any such future major changes must be analysed for impact and communicated before simply being released. Who else is affacted by this?
