Lack of clear documentation which could enable us to proceed faster 2. Issues with the Zoho payment module for which we are awaiting a fix. Hide Views in Menu Drop-Down List
I have an application where I've created a number of views to provide a data set for some reports. I do not want the views to be an item on the View drop down list as that information will only be used in their report form (Chart). How do I restrict the appearance of table views in an application without denying access to that data or associated forms. I've tried playing with the user settings but that just blocks complete access to the table and all associated forms/tables. Anyone know if this

I am so excited for new payment option you've added to Creator! I began to set up a new Membership application form for one of my non-profit clients. But, when I found out the minimum account to access this feature was $100/month, I abandoned it as I know they are on a restrictive budget. Please consider discounted membership fee for non-profits. view option broken for form in view mode
Currently my links to other forms do not work in only one of my forms, but are fine in the others. clicking on the link begins to load the view but then the popup fails to open fully. Instead, the beginning of a popup is created. I've attached two images, one showing the normal viewing of a linked record and the second showing this bug. Please advise.

Display a duplicate record warning next to the field
I am new to Zoho and coding in general. I am trying to keep track of orders that need to be refunded using a form. I would like to keep other employees from entering duplicate records. To accomplish this I would like to have a warning message come up next to the actual field saying "this order already has a refund on it..etc". Zoho Creator, Google Sites and my payment gateway
I have built a Zoho Creator app that I have embedded into a Google Site. I need to link from the Site to a payment gateway. I am not able to integrate the Site to the payment gateway. The payment gateway requires the post query to emanate from my website domain, but since the request originates from a ZC iFrame wihtin my domain, the gateway rejects this. Is there a work-around? I am in India and local regulations practically prohibit the use of Paypal. Please help.
Advanced Filtering in Views (two level filtering)

What is the Default Font and Font Size?
What is the default font and font size when typing in an rtf box? I tried typing the same word next to other words (ex. the) and then changing the font and font size for it and it looked like Arial 10, but when I saved it that way, the rtf boxes did not match the drop down box fields in terms of font and font size. If I copy paste something in I want it to match the rest of my fields (ex. drop downs are in the default font and font size.) Thanks!

Generating a unique case ID #
How might I go about having a unique customer number emailed to my customer on submission of a form? I am needing to keep track of my customers cases by way of a 6 digit "case/customer number" which would be generated automatically and emailed to them at the time of form submit. I would also require that the case numbers progress by 3 digits with each new submission. Any help? I am grateful in advance!

How do you I enter script text into a Rich Text field without it changing the text?
I'm tracking XML data feeds and when I copy the feed script from my XML document into my records Rich Text "Details" field, update the record, and reopen the record, the script is treated as if it were meant to be performed and is executed within the field. I just want whatever is entered into this Rich Text field to be left alone and look exactly the way I left it. Example: Original copied text... <name> John </name> Text after update... Automatically generate a record name?
Is it possible to automatically generate a record name based on selections within dropdown fields within it? I have a form that allows users to add records by first selecting 'A' from dropdown1 and then 'B' from dropdown2 and finally 'C' from dropdown3. Because this record is made up of selections from dropdowns it has no name or unique identifier other than the hidden ID created automatically. What I'd like is to create a single line field that would be automatically populated based on the choices

Hi there. I have a view called: used cars. When using the form to add an entry to this. There is a field called: make which does a lookup on a view called car types. However. car types has 2 fields. make and model. so if there is 2 records like so: BMW Z3 BMW 320i. then the lookup returns 2 * BMW to my drop down list. How can I remove these duplicates? Thanks. But how can I protect a form of being sent or even viewed while keeping my application public to access download file ? What I need : - Uploaded files should be downloadable from an email - The form used to upload file should only be accessible from allowed-only users. Hi, I would like to know how I can have a view in which I have the summary of a selected record (Form 1) , and then below a list of records (Form 2) linked to the record summary listed above. Allow attachments - other that just Scheduler
I have a script set to run in Scheduler to send an email with a view PDF attachment. I am trying to now make a funtion to do the same thing (rather than just making it scheduled). it is telling me: "Attachment is only applicable for scheduler actions" Is there a reason for this limitation? Does not make sense to me.

How can I create a view that shows a record summary on top and a list of various records linked to the one on top. Say, we have a sales order with client, date, etc.. on top. We want this info on top of the view for the selected record. Then another form (sold items) holds products sold and are linked to their sales orde, i.e. the sold item record have a look up field linking to the sales order. Zoho Creator csv feed to Zoho reports
According to your slideshow available at the below link to make data available from Creator to Reports, from view mode, you select 'more actions', Export data and select CSV feed (a screenshot is provided). However, the options within export data is different for me and all export data options exports and downloads the data in the selected file format. There is no option to select a feed. Please advise urgently as I have just spent 2 hours trying to find pages in your help section as your 24/7 phone
