Auto Filters Activating more than one at a time
Hi, I have a view with auto filters derived from form Lookup entries One filter is the name of the Sales Rep, One filter is the Status of the sale So i can autofilter on the Sales Rep name OR i can auto filter on the status What i would like to do Auto filter on the Sales Rep and then further filter on the Status So an Auto Filter of an Auto Filter Any ideas ? Accidental Mass Delete - Help!
I have created 2 views that receive data whenever a form is submitted. They both store user input, but one view also records the user's application status. The other view is only a holding place until user input is process by a real person. After processing the data from the second view today, I did a mass delete on the view, since I only want data stored in that view that has not been processed by a human. To my dismay, I found out that all of the input user data in the first view was also deleted,
Edit a related field in a combined view
I have a combined view with fields from an employee application form and fields from a related manager review form. When I use the edit button on the combined view, the fields from the manager review form are not available to edit. Is it possible to edit fields from both forms from the combined view?
Cannot fetch data in reports.
Please look into the report title: PANB Contact Participation based on view of the same title. The report, it cannot fetch complete data from the field :Individual contacts (a pick up field, single entry). It can only pick up 5 out of 60 entries. Edith

HELP! URGENT! Custom views: 'There is no such form in Zoho Creator'
Hi, We've just tried to categorise our data by saving it in different views. However, when we go to edit an entry, the site crashes and we get a message saying 'There is no such form in Zoho Creator'. How can we edit our entries now they are split into different views?

ZC Support, What causes your REST responses to come back with all the record fields CDATA'd? PLEEASE help me on this one. Also, why did you decide to go with named attributes for each column rather than true elements? Putting data in two separate forms at once
I have an equipment form and an IP address form. Currently I have it set up that to connect these two forms, I have a lookup field on the equipment form where you choose the IP address and on the IP address form there is a lookup field for the equipment ID. However, that means I have to enter data in two places. What I'd like to do is when I put in the equipment ID on the IP Address form that it automatically will put that information in the IP Address form and in turn puts whatever that IP address
Change a shared app with no source to have access to source?
Hey i have been trying for way too long now to get an application to share properly and be able to update it and move the data. This seems to be impossible. I have several support tickets open on this one and have run out of time to fix this. Finally, I have decided to scrap this completely. Usage Limit for Schedules

Accidental Mass Delete...help!
I have an application that is feeding 2 views. While I was editing one of the views, I wanted to delete all of the information, so I did a select all and delete. To my great dismay, when I went to the other view, all of the data was gone in that view too! What happened? Is it possible to retrieve any of the lost information? Extend with Wrappers
If you follow my posts, you know I'm extending ZC with custom php scripts (api's) hosted elsewhere. It would be really cool if we could do this here. I suppose the developer would submit a code block to ZOHO for analysis and approval, where it would be wrapped inside Creator as a custom function (with defined input requirements that produce specific output results). These functions could then be offered in the marketplace where others could buy the custom function (think app store) and install it.
Search for negative values in view
Hi all, One of my views shows records from a form that contains one "number" field. This field is used to imput numbers, which are either positive, or negative. Negative values are entered preceeded by the "-" symbol. For some reason, in the view that displays those records, all negative values appear alongside the positive ones, but it is impossible to search for the negative values: whenever I input a negative number in the "search" field corresponding to the field, I get an error message "Please

2 columns layout
I'm creating a form on Zoho Creator and I don't like the 2 columns layout. I didnt manage to change that. I can use 2 columns but then I should at least be able to insert a note that will be one column only. This note will introduces a new part of the form, and then 2 columns again. Is that possible? How to import multi-select or checkbox fields?
I am new to Zoho Creator and I am exploring the application to see if it will serve well as a shared database platform for our small group of users. The database we would like to share is currently in a single Excel spreadsheet where a checkbox field is stored in multiple columns containing binary values (0,1): Focus_1 Focus_2 Focus_3 etc. I have looked through the Help documentation and I'm starting to look through forums, but I don't see an explanation for how to import this type of field. Slow calendar display
For the same data I have a Calendar view and a List view. The list view comes up in a few seconds. However the Calendar view took just over a minute and a half to show. There are only 68 records for the month of August. Why does it take so long and is there anything I can do to improve the speed? Herb Wexler
View criteria and nulls
I have two views of the same data with different criteria. The first is ((Status == "Active")) The other is ((Status != "Active")) I imported data with no value for the Status field. Filter specification in form view
How can I specify a filter on a date field using a filter specification such as "This Week" or "This Month" ? This is available in the reports filter criteria but not in the view format. Any Ideas ?

Anybody knows how to do this : I have 2 Forms: -Users (with a Checkbox field name Country, multiple select) -Customer (with a field for Country) I'd like to show in a view only the customers that a user belong to. Here are my parameters for the Customer view: Country=<%=User.Country%>&Country_op=26 I think the op=26 is applicable only on the left side... Is there a way to apply it to <%=User.Country%> ? Create Reports is Broken?!
I am trying to create a new report from a view and no matter what options I select, I get a popup error message stating: "Sorry Error Occurred while creating report". No further info is given, and I cannot create any new reports. This is more than a little annoying.
Repeating Fields?
Let's say you wanted to create an online Purchase Order application that would continuously add lines and number them until the user is complete. i.e. would repeat fields for Manf. Part Number, color, quantity, notes How would you do this?
