Problem breaking up Time/Date field
I am trying to write an expression to count the number of leads set for the current date and say 9am. right now my field is Date/Time. If the Date/Time field = zoho.currentdate and Date/time field = 09:00:00. Any Ideas? Thanks!
Forms not appearing in "Edit This Application"

Constraining Format for Time Input

There are two forms: Add New Ticket and Reserve Ride Would like to make it so that when customers select the number of riders (up to 6 riders) for a specific record (Choose Date and Time) the date/record stays "Available" until the ride is full at 6 riders and then is "Reserved" Example: (What it does now) Customer chooses record 12 march 2012 at 2pm. Hi, I have stringlist variable (multi select field) containing different elements, such as type1, type2. I had to import excel data in this field and because of input variations I now end up having similar elements but with or without special characters around them: type1,[type1],(type1), type2, (type2), etc. I would like to remove the brackets in the example above (so as to end up with harmonised elements) but I am not sure how to do that. I want export in csv BUT result is unavailable to read because I have multiline fields. Please, make full compatibility with specification RFC 4180 which use other programs. Csv format details: rows are delimited by a newline cells are separated by comma cells containing comma, " double quote, or newline are quoted; quotes are escaped as ""Zoho Creator are not quoted multiline fields. How do you share DEVELOPMENT with other users?
Sharing applications is OK in Zoho Creator but other users don't seem able to EDIT applications (just data). If this is possible, is there some way to find out who made changes to what and when? Thank you.
Copying data from one field to another in the same form
Hi: I am a new user to Zoho creator. For the most part "deluge" is very intuitive. However, I am stuck trying to figure this out - I have a multi-line field called "Billing Address" I created a checkbox called "Same As Billing" I also created another multi-line field called " Shipping Address" If the user checks the box "Same As Billing". I want the input from "Billing Address" copied to "Shipping Address". How do I do this? Thanks, Ram.
Schedule when records get below any number
Hi, is it possible to make a scheduler so it reminds you when there are below 30 records left. For example I have huge database of bar-code entries which are classified by categories. One category has around 100-300 bar-code entries in it. And I have many categories. What I want to do that scheduler would send an e-mail to me when entries in any category gets below 30. So I know that the stock is low and I need to take an action. Thanks in advance.
Google Calendar HTML View - Broken?
For over a year I have had a link to a Google calendar embedded in an HTML view (so that the users can see their Google Calendar within my Zoho Creator App). All of a sudden this appears to be broken. In Firefox this will just not display and in IE8 I am getting the error "this content cannot be displayed in a frame". Is this a Zoho issue or a Google issue? Is there any way to resolve this?
Formula Field Not Saving
I understand that a formula field will not be seen by the form user - only on the view. However, after I successfully create a formula field in the form editor, then leave and return to the edit form page, my formula field does not persist (and subsequently does not render in the view). Any thoughts? I've tried repeated the behavior in Chrome and Firefox.

I have a field with a number 9 to 12 digit number. the first two numbers and the last three numbers represent a store number and a sales ID. File upload feature hangs when used to update record
So, I have a inventory app where I'd like to store pictures and update the pictures when needed. I've created a form and used a formula to display the pics in a view using the following formula: ("<img width='100' src='http://creatorexport.zoho.com/DownloadFile.do?filepath=/" + Image_Upload + "&sharedBy=" + zoho.adminuser) + "'/>" I pulled this from the KB article: "How to render the images uploaded in Zoho Creator." It works when I'm just adding a record and displays in my default view just fine.
want a report of counts of multiselect selections
Hi, I'd like to be able to do the following. 1. Create a DB with a form with a Multi Select box with (say) three items, call them Apples, Grapes, and Bananas. 2. Add a bunch of entries with various combinations of the items selected. 3. Create a view that gives the following report: Apples: 43 Grapes: 7 Bananas: 14 That is, I want a summary of the marginal counts of the selected items. The Group By feature in views is cool, but doesn't seem to do this. Is there a way to do this in the current version

Is there a way to NOT do a form submit when the user hits a carriage return in a single line field?
I'm using a bar code scanner to enter data in a form. The scanner always appends a carriage return to the end of the input. On multi-line input fields, that works great, but on single-line input fields, the carriage return causes the entire form to be submitted. I'd like to either have the carriage return ignored, or have it move to the next field in the form. Any way?

Why so many brackets / parentheses?
I am just curious as to why the system adds superfluous brackets to code? For example, this: if (A && B && C && D) { //statements }is automatically converted by the system into this: if ((((A) && (B)) && (C)) && (D)) { //statements } The former is much easier to read and follow than the latter. Duplicate Entry Restriction on hidden field
Hi, I have a drop down called "Client Type" on my form. One of the values in the "Client Type" drop down is "Realtor - Team" and the other is "Retail". If I select "Realtor - Team", I am showing a field called "Team Name". This field has the "No Duplicate Entries" check box selected. Here is the problem, if I select "Retail", this field is not even shown. However, when I try to submit the form, I am getting "Duplicate Entry For Key 3". This validation should not even be checked for "Retail".
Concatenate, and Formula questions ( Project at 98.8% done) ♠♠ ♠♠
So I have a some fields I would like to combine ... Hour, Minute, and AM_PM .. and Concatenate this into the Time field The form you see , lets users select, hours from a drop down, minute (in 15 min increments) from a drop down and I have script to a form.. that figures if they mean AM or PM. its only from 9am to 8pm.. so its easy to.. So I would like to have the Time field shown in image... to combine whatever they place in hour, minute, and AM/PM So that the time field will say [ 10:00 AM ]
