Cant see all my report
I am just starting to use Zoho creator. I have a small problem which is probably due to my failure to understand how it works. I have a query which returns 22 rows in the report. In the edit screen I can see all 22 rows, printing a PDF produces all 22 rows but the report you only shows 10. There is no scrollbar to enable me to look at the ones lower down (see the screen grab attached) and using the navigation arrows only lets me see one more row. How do I display all 22 of my rows?
Update two records in two differents stateless forms
How can I can Update records in two forms by a stateless form by a stateless form? Those two forms are "Container" and "Sample Tracking". They are linked by a lookup field "Container" in "Sample Tracking". I want to update the lookup field "Container" and also some fields in the form "Container"...By cliking on a button "Attach Container" in the "Samples Received View". I don't figure out how can I can do to update the current record and also do the link to the record in "Container Form". Thank you

Embedded form does not load
I have embedded a form in an html view with a <div> tag like this: <div elName='zc-component' formLinkName='myForm' params='zc_Header=false&recID=473791000001064107'>Loading Form...</div>But only the text "Loading Form..." appears. Otherwise nothing happens. The recID was a entered by script before. I hardcoded it to make sure that was not the problem. I tried it with different form. Same there. The html view in which the form is embedded is opened within a Zoho dialog (href with zc_LoadIn=dialog).
ZC Email Format Options?
Greetings, When a form is processed, I need to send an email out based on certain criteria. Is there anyway to have the email formated with any other than basic text? For example, I would like to have boxes, squares logo etc. If I can not originate out of Zoho Creator, can I use a different program in order to prepare and send a more advanced email format? Using a different email address in To field of scheduler.

Calculations with data from another form
Say I have a Form-1 with fields: Transaction-Date Product-Number Product-Price Transaction-Currency and Form-2 with field: Date EUR GBP where values in EUR column are x-change rate from EUR to USD. How can I add a formula field to Form-1 where Price-USD = Product-Price x x-change rate for the Transaction-Currency at Transaction-Date? How is this done to get the value in Form-1? How is this done in the HTML view?

I am very new to zoho and still trying to find my way around, but could anyone shed light on how to have an autoindex entry starting with the year of the date set in the form so that each entry can be indexed using the format: YYYYnnnn where nnnn is a four digit index number. Limiting Form Sign-ups
I'm new to Zoho and was wondering if there is a way to limit the number of people who can select an option on a form? I'm used Creator to create a form to allow my students to sign up for various instruction sessions. I used checkboxes as the function type, but want to limit each time slot to 15 students. Form access refused to application user
Hello, In my application, VirtuLIMS, a custom action "Enter Resulton "Under Testing View" lauch the "Sample Tracking" form in edit records mode. The user can not access to this form after have clicked on the "Enter Result" button. Why? And how can I let it accessed by users? Thank you

I read some posts 2 years ago that zoho.currentdate returns server date and time and that this will be changed. What does it return now? The date and time specified in the aplization timezone or the server time?

Hello, My application doesn't work properly for an user. My application VirtuLIMS. When he clicks on the Button "Open" in the "Batch View", it redirects him to the "parameter" tab. Can't delete field
Hi, I can't delete a Formula field on one of my forms. I get the error message.. Data in this form is being processedfor Formula calculation. You cannot add/modify/delete fields in this form till the process is completed. Please wait till it gets over. Populate drop down with multiple fields
I've been looking around for an answer to this but I can't find anything to help me. Say a form named 'employees' has a field for First Name and Last Name, and a related form wants to do a lookup for each employee. It would make sense for each entry in the drop down list to contain First Name, and Last Name (and most likely the unique ID). So far I can only see how to add one of these fields to the drop down. I am trying to enter in a "if statement" and I do not know how to write it. I know how to use the email portion, just not the if statement syntax. Use a String-list rather than multiple "OR" statements
The question I have is if I can make an arbitrary string list: ZOO={"cat", "dog", "bird"} And reference that against a database: For each row in DATABASE [ZOO.contains(animal)] { //some code } ...would return true if the animal column is cat, dog or bird. I cannot figure out how to do this, or if it's even possible. Usage Limit for Schedules
I have talked to support 3 times to confirm that the usage limit on schedules in creator was removed for paying customers. In all cases i was told, yes this limit is removed for paying accounts. Upon reaching, and exceeding, my limit of 31 for a free demo account, i signed up and paid for the Professional edition. I am trying to make my form public but when I'm clicking 'click here to request for public access' it's not working. What to do now?
Empty second column displayed in form
I have a form in my application ('PlayerEntity') in which I moved all the fields from the right side/column to the left side of the form. When I edit a record the second column still displays. Except for a text in a field of type Note that streches accross both columns it is empty. Can you do anything about this? Regards Filip

I have a client with an application I have developed for them and they have just reported data missing from the database. It is significant. Is there anyway to track who deleted the data from the database? Or when the delete requests were made? column total from a loop...
The large 542.81 is meant to be a total of the column of amounts. As you can see it is displaying the last piece of information in the column rather than the total. Hello, I have signed up for Zoho Invoice to investigate if it is useful for me to create invoices from Creator.
