500 Internal Server Error
I'm trying to post a new record to my Zoho Creator app via the REST API POST and JSON format, but I get a "500 Internal Server Error" back. I'm using the format: http://creator.zoho.com/api/private/json/<applicationName>/<formName>/add/ What might I be doing wrong?
How to have seperate filters ?
Hi, Currently all the filters are put in 1 drop-down list in the View. Is there any way to put seperate filters for seperate fields ? And a way to define the combination logic (should be "AND" anyway) Thanks

Just noticed ... In List Views ... when specifying Set Criteria ... with Show Restricted Records ... it lets you select the Field Name and the Field Value ... and allows you to click on the Done Button ... but when you return to this section, the Field Name is reset to Modified User IP Address. Tried it in multiple Views with different (single line text) field names ... same result. Is this another case of Another Update ... Another Defect ????? Missing fields from report screen?
Hello, I'm trying to create a report based on a form I've set up in Zoho Creator. The form has five fields, but when I try to set up a report, only one of those fields is available to drag into the report. Searching for the other four by name shows no results. The field that's showing up is a 'single entry line' field, and so are three of the four that are missing. Does anyone know why these other fields aren't available on the report screen, please? Intermittent strange text artifacts in Free Flow editor -- what is it?
I occasionally get very odd text artifacts in the free-flow editor (image below). I've seen this effect in both Firefox 3.66 (Mac) and Safari (latest version), and I think I even saw it in Chrome (Mac) one day when trying to escape the effects. For no clear reason, the editor sudden displays a shadowy replica of the code in light gray shifted down a few lines. It creates problems with cursor placement and readability. This effect is intermittent, not all the time. But I've seen it almost daily.

Maximum number of executable statements per deluge action (e.g. on load or validate or on submit ) is 5000 2. Get Data statements per day - 500 3. When I have an employee complete an inspection/survey the e-mailed product contains all the questions and answers, but the e-mail has no definition, its hard to tell the questions and answers apart, and it is hard to distinguish what is what. Is there anyway to edit the e-mail view I am receiving so I can share the results with clients and they can understand what they are looking at. Confusing script save message
It says "Script modified" It says "Please wait" "Please wait" goes away and script modified stays. It always stays. I'm confused. If I'm compiling and waiting why does it say 'Script modified' simultaneously?

How do you restrict viewing of solutions?
I am using Zoho Creator Helpdesk through Google Apps. I want only certain users to be able to see the solutions. I couldd have some private and some public, but if the only way to do this is to make them invisible to all but the techs, that is okay to. I tried to use the criteria for the Solutions List, but could not find a way to make this work. Any ideas?

Can't input data into forms
I was using ZohoCreator fine about two weeks ago to build out forms and views and start to add data. I came back last night and tried to add data in a form, and several times, when I hit submit, I get a "Please Wait" circle icon that never goes away. I cannot input data. It seems ot be an an issue with this particular form, as another form works. How can I troubleshoot the problem with this form?

Chart Group does not work
I want to make a simple chart based on two fields one is a user name the other is a number. People fill out a form with their name and a dollar amount in another field. I want the chart to sum all of the dollar amounts for the user name. So combine all user names on the x axis and sum the dollar amounts on the y.
