empty fields
Hello, I have table and i would like to create 2 different views with 2 different criterias. one criteria is: that a multichoice field called "received" is empty. in the form its a yes / no choice, but since i cant choose a default value (which would be "no") i have somehow to also define the state that the field is still empty. But i dont get it: it doesnt work. I tried it with length = 0 with !="" but i don't get it And the other criteria is that a DATE field is empty. i thought about it and than

Please Wait msg not closing
I have a form that allows the user to upload 4 different files (Word, Excel, PDF, GPX). The user selects the file to upload and clicks on Update. The Please Wait message shows and never closes. If the user clicks on Close in the upper right the edit screen closes revealing the original View. The Please Wait msg is still showing. The file has been uploaded correctly. but the Please Wait never closes. This happens in both IE 8 and FF 3.5 -Herb Wexler -
HTML View code window is suddenly BLANK, but preview still shows output!
Zoho Creator Support.... please help! I was working on an HTML view and all was well. Then I got an error message about "Kindness" -- sorry I didn't note the entire error message because I didn't realize how serious it was. From that point forward I am not able to view my code in HTML view, either in Script Builder or Free Flow. But if I click on Preview, it previews correctly, suggesting to me that the code is there, but not being displayed for some reason. New Problem
So everything before this weekend was working great with my app. Its a timeclock application, and this is the error i get now when i try to clock in or out: Error details: Error occured while executing on click script. Unable to fetch data for the form variable 'null' Error occured Anyone have any ideas on this?? Nothing has changed and i have been using this app for a few months now.

"Invalid entries found..." Error When Updating with Multi-Select Lookup Field

View Print Error
When printing a view in Creator the first line of the second screen displays correctly but does not print - it is completely ignored (neither appears on paper nor do values accumulate as requested). Example : if 20 rows are displayed row # 21 appears on display screen but not on printed report. I have not tested for >2 pages of printed output. Zoho newbie
Record shows on zoho view but not when embedded
I have a rogue record that shows up in the view when in zoho but not when I've embedded the view in a webpage. I've double checked to make sure that the correct view was being embedded but there's still this one record that won't appear. I've tried exporting and re-importing the data to no avail. I've also manually entered the information. The record will appear in the zoho view but still not in the webpage. I've gotten it to appear once but it was not shown correctly. How to show Image file in browser?
Is there a way to have a direct link to an image file that someone has uploaded in my Zoho Creator, such that clicking on the link will cause the image to display in their browser (as opposed to prompting them to download the file)? Right now, I am having companies fill out the form, which includes uploading their company logo. Backup restore not working
I have just attempted to restore a backup to a new application in order to test some application changes I wish to make and am now experiencing problems accessing the original application. I performed a backup which completed OK but the restore that I requested has not completed and I am now getting "Unable to fetch data" error messages when accessing the original application ( Herringham ) that I backed up. Can someone investigate as a matter of urgency please.

Mobile Form and Japanese
I am making a public form for a school I work for and on the PC side works great. The mobile side I'm having issues I can't solve. When the customer inputs Japanese and submits, I get ??? in my email and on the Zoho view(which is private) All the feilds come displaying Japanese in the mail but it's just the user input. Hi Team, For over an year, we have been using the "permalink without login" link to ... link to our forms at ZC But, one fine morning, the same link is displaying the zoho signin box. ( after signing in, the expected form is shown) When I login to the application & view the form permalink ( permalink wihtout login) I find that the link-string has changed... Record ID Field Out of Order
I am having a recurring problem where new records get created with and ID field value that is lower than older records. I thought ID was always supposed to go upward. This has created a big headache for for numerous scripts and formulas that retrieve data from the previous record. Is this a known bug, or have I misunderstood the ID field?
Can't delete formula but can't find reference in code
I have a formula that I want to get rid of, but when I try to delete it, I get the following message: "Function can not be deleted This function is reffered [sic] in the following places Please remove the reference,then try deleting the function In action script-->" I have searched the full scripts with actions for all my forms, and can't find any reference to this function. Might it be hiding somewhere else? If this message is in error, is there a way to force deleting the function?
