broken css in task view
Hi, when we edit a task the css seems to be broken when you use 2-column view and a multi select field is on the right side. Browser: Chrome, Firefox (latest).
Downgrading and Billing
Hi, I am a Yearly subscription users with 10 users of Zoho CRM. The total fees for the 10 users have been paid for upfront. After using for 3 months we need to downgrade it to 5 users as our number of users has reduced. Question: How do we get a pro-rated refund as we are no longer using the 5 users for 9 months (12 - 3)? I have sent an enquiry on this to support@zohocrm.com since 7th June 2013 and have not gotten a reply till today.

email template to prospects
Is it possible to create a series of emails to automatically go out to a prospect? When I come across someone that I would like to do business with I would like to enter their name into the system and have it automatically send a series of a few emails (over a period of a couple of weeks) to this prospect. The emails aren't trying to sell them anything, just trying to connect with them and schedule a time to talk etc. Is this possible within Zoho? Thanks,

Edit Criteria Time Settings
Hi, I was just trying to run a filter on Zoho to only search bills with a due date of the current month. Unfortunately Zoho only allows you to select 'Date' is 'Today' instead of 'this month' or current month. I could select the Date to show between a certain time frame which would return the results we want but then we would have to update those views every single month with different date criteria. If it would just show 'current mont' or 'this month' then the view would work indefinitely. Thanks
Potential Sale - Unable to enter dollar amount
There appears to be an intermittent bug when entering the potential sale dollar amount in the "Amount" field. Sometimes we are not able to enter an amount in this field. If we log out and then sign back in it seems to clear up. Please advise if this is a bug and when it will be corrected. Thank you very much

Hey Guys, We often pitch projects to our partners clients, where I have to both pitch our partner on the idea as well as then pitch to the client directly in partnership with them. I'm struggling with how to represent this in our workflow. Should I enter the end client as the opportunity/lead, or our partner? I've added "partner" as a lead source option, but I really need to know which partner specifically. I've added a partner dropdown to select the partner, but it's a pain to maintain that partner

Hi , 1) I need to get the latest modified records from the leads and contacts modules in my zoho creator application. I am able to get the required records using the CRM API (If i dnt make use of zoho creator). But i am not able to get them using zoho creator when a condition is specified based on modified time. Problem on Modification of a prospect sheet
Hello, I have a problem since this afternoon. When I view a prospect sheet in the "description" tab, no change is possible, and when I try to change then I click save, I get the following on a pop up error message: "error: null ". Dashboard Components Not Displaying
Is anyone else having display issues with Dashboard Components. When I or any of our users go to a Dashboard, not all of the graphic images in the defined Components display. The issue is random. Hitting F5 forces the page to reload and the results will be different, but not all of the Components are displaying. Anyone else seeing this problem? Thanks.

Unable to use an email template in 'Calls' section to email to a Contact or in relation to Call as an activity
Hi I created an email template as I wanted to email details of the telephone call to a contact. I went into email template, Calls, found the data I was looking for such as Call Start Time, Call Purpose, Subject, Description etc. Unfortunately I don't seem to be able to do anything with this as I cannot access the template from within Contacts or access the email of the contact or account from within Activities/Calls. A simple solution for a proper business please
Hi, I would like to be able to print out a document for my site engineers that shows the case and the customers full details etc. It would be even great if it showed pass cases. I tried to create a report but I cannot find away of only showing one contact or account. I am sure there is an answer as we cannot be the only company trying to use zoho in a face to face business.

Automation Rules in Cases
Zoho, I'm trying to write a rule for Cases that sends out a notification when the Comments field is updated. I'm able to set the Field update portion of the Rule perfectly. Unfortunately, under Rule Criteria, the "Comments" field is unavailable in the drop-down. Please make the "Comments" field from Cases available under Rule Criteria, so we can specify who receives notifications.
iPhone Leads Scan does not work well
I purchased the app and installed it. Testing it on a badge from a prior trade show, it was iffy at best. Once it did capture the name, it did not place it in the proper fields. We had and idea to use it at a trade show in August, but it does not appear to work as it should. What should my next step be? Do you need a sample scan of the badge we tested?
