Shopify integration changing Unit to lb when EA is needed
Hi all, I've reached out to both Shopify and Zoho on this and both customer supports tell me to talk to the other company's customer support. I'm working on migrating our ecommerce store from Prestashop to Shopify and turned on the Zoho Inventory app
CLIENT PORTAL (If clients can place orders directly on the portal)
Zoho client portal is excellent. Everything is there except one thing. Client should be able to place orders directly on the portal. This would enhance the portal and end users will be extremely happy. This suggestion infact came from one of our client.

Is there a way to clone items easily so that you do not need to recreate a new item with very similar attributes and values? For example, If I already have an item in my item list, and I just want to add a new variation based on this existing item, there should be an easily way to just clone this existing item, make the modification to a specific attribute, and then just save it. It would save people a lot of time.
