Import invoice with more than 1 item
My customer imports about 70 invoices every month. Since yesterday only the first item of the csv-file is imported. I have tested also the tsv-format with the sample file that can be downloaded at the import screen and I get the same result: Only 1 item is imported. Please help - this is really urgent!!! Zoho Invoice API- Customer Search - not finding?
I've been using the customer search in Invoice API successfully with some text in the Notes field, but now I need to search by Customer Name - as the docs suggest I can. However, I'm not getting a match. The name does include spaces and a hyphen if this is a problem - ie. "My Customer Name - State". The name I send is an exact match for the name in Zoho (case, trimmed) but still no joy. Ideas?
Titles for Names
Is there a way to add to the default titles for names in Zoho Invoice? Titles such as Mr., Mrs., and Dr. exist, but the list is missing at least one that I need: Rev. Since there are many possible titles that may be needed, is there any way to add these? Thank you.
Invoice detail view - go to newer/older button
Hello, Zoho team, when I open the detailed view of some invoice and want to view the next or previous one (in case I am looking for something), I am forced to go to list of invoices and then to choose the wanted invoices from this list... I would like to have the button newer/older (arrow) which would get me to detailed view directly not through the list. Same way works google mail views. Is there any way how to list through detailed invoices one after another? Thanks for your response. Lukas
Limit Staff to Draft Invoices - staff permissions on Zoho Invoice functions
I'd like my staff to basically have read only access to Zoho but be able to create draft invoices. That way they can record their work and I simply have to check and modify invoices before posting them? I also don't want them to particularly see all the reports or even be able to look at previous invoices not drafted by themselves. Surely it wouldn't be rocket science to intruduce simple permissions on the various Zoho Invoice functions / pages?
How to handle new point of Taxation rules in Zoho
I just started using Zoho invoice for invoicing my customers on services I offer. Need to add vehicle information to invoice
I own an auto repair facility. Each invoice needs full customer information as well as detailed vehicle information. I would also like to be able to create a database linking each vehicle to a specific customer. The three additional fields give in customize invoice are not enough. I am trying to transition from Quickbooks to Zoho for my invoicing needs. In Quickbooks I am able to select which of my employees booked the business so they can get paid a commission. How can I include the proper fields so all of our sales people are properly tied to each invoice and payment? When the integration occurs with Zoho CRM will this be standard?

I'd like to know if it is possible to integrate paypal and zoho invoice in this way: 1. the customer buys something on my website and click on paypal button; 2. the customer pays using paypal; 3. paypal communicate with zoho invoice that automatically create an invoice and send it to the customer I've searched and didn't find a solution, the only one I can imagine now is to use paypal IPN and interface it with zoho invoice APIs, but i'd like to find that there is a simpler and out of the box solution

Hi everyone. I have a basic question and I have looked around for the answer but I am still unclear as to how PayPal works after the invoices I send out are paid. It is my understanding that PayPal should reply to my system and inform my account that the invoice has been paid and then mark the invoice as paid and close that invoice.... I create an estimate and then convert it to an invoice. Generally I ask for 25% upfront and 25% upon completion of milestones. Is there a facility to request these payments?

Where has the Log In panel gone?
I have the following page bookmarked - https://www.zoho.com/invoice/ - from which I was able log in to my Zoho Invoice account using the Log In panel that appeared on the right-hand side of the screen. It seems the page has been redesigned and this panel is no longer available. After a bit of searching I found a Log In button on the Contact Us page. Even when I used this to log in I was still not able to view my account - I had to scroll down the page to the footer and use the link to Invoices under

New user here looks great. Problem is that it is hard to when creating a invoice to change the clients email address, we primary use email to send invoices . Guess with each new invoice I have to visit the the customer area. Any suggestions? Also the Terms area with my bank account is small anywhere else I can put it?

Acrobat no longer able to open the exported PDF
When we export a invoice to PDF we are unable to open it using Acrobat. This is a recent development as we where always able to do so. We have also tested this on two different machines.
I would like the ability to provide a supplier name for expenses in Zoho Invoice.
It would be very helpful to me if I could have a list of Suppliers (with similar information as Customers), and if I could optionally select one of these suppliers when I am logging an expense. Importing from CRM to ZOHO INVOICE doesn't bring over PHONE numbers
Importing contacts into ZOHO INVOICE from CRM doesn't bring over the phone #'s. Is this normal? Also, when I re-import, it just doubles up all the entries. It is isn't smart enough to not add duplicate entries?
Can the PDF invoice contain the Online payment URL?
I would like to add the online payment URL (that I send out in the invoice email) to the actual invoice PDF that is created. I have look at the the invoice templates and when I edit a template I do not have the place holder for %OnlinePaymentURL% I assume if add it manually it will not work? and if not can I request this be added? How to handle payment when customer paid 99.9% of the invoice
It is very common among japanese customers to deduct the banks transfer fee when paying invoices. For example, an invoice that amounts for 5,000 JPY, the bank usually charge 250 JPY for the customer when he pay the invoice. As a result I receive 4,750 JPY to my account.
