Why is Zoho Mail support so lousy?

Setting Up Gmail Acct in Zoho Mail
I want to be able to see my Gmail in Zoho. To do this I am attempting to add an email account in the settings menu. Question - what is my Email ID? I tried "myname"@gmail.com - but it didn't work. Can you please provide an example of what I should use for Email ID?

Zoho Mail is stuck on loading screen
Hi, When we try to log into our Zoho Mail it gets stuck on a loading screen saying; 'Loading...[email address]', but it never actually loads. This is happening on our Google Chrome, which is the latest version to date at this time. Zoho Mail is working perfectly well on Internet Explorer and it's only happening on one computer.
