I have followed the instructions for DKIM record. Using http://dkimcore.org/c/keycheck I get that I have a valid core record, but Validation continues to fail. I signed up for paid business email. I am the only user at this time. I would like to have a personal mailbox and a business mailbox under the same user (myself). If I understand correctly, alias email addresses will all go to the same mailbox and will not be separate. I tried to add myself as 2 users but it won't let me add myself twice. Hi, I am a paying customer of Zoho Mail. I have a problem and need someone to help me. So I want to submit a Ticket to Support. However, when I click on Help, I arrive at Help Center and the closest option to submitting a ticket is "Customer Self-Service Portal. Okay. I click and arrive at "Welcome to Zoho Customer Support".
