Zoho Meetings - How to see all the meetings and webinars set by other users
Hello, I'm admin in my organization, but I can't see meetings or webinars set up by other users. I was testing this with my friend who is also and admin. Is the reason -->admin can't see other admin meetings? What I need to do to see meetings set up in the whole organization. Regards, PJ

See All Meetings
Is it possible to see all of the meetings that I am invited to within the Zoho Meetings platform. Currently, I can only see the meetings that I am the presenter of.
Conference Room login
Hi does anyone have a solution where I can allow any user to start a meeting from a common (boardroom computer) without having to log into ZMeeting everytime? I know they can join a meeting, however, if the presenter is in the room, they have no way to start the meeting without either their laptop or logging in. How have you solved this issue? Thanks

Meeting host does not receive an update if he cancels the meeting
Hi, I noticed that if the meeting host cancels (Deletes) the meeting, the participants receive a cancelled notification but the meeting host doesn't. Can this be fixed?

Missing On-Hold Music when Someone Calls in Prior to the Meeting Starting
Is there a reason that when someone calls into Zoho Meeting from their phone and enters their phone number and pin that they get a "welcome" message but then they just enter a conference line with no on-hold music? Shouldn't there be some type of notification like "Welcome, your meeting should start shortly"...Then play some on-hold music until the next person joins?
Phone conference number and video options
How do I get the phone conference information to be available for my meeting participants? When they enter a meeting, they are only provided the option to call in from the computer. As the presenter, I have a phone call options - I'd like that to be available to all participants. Also, when using voip - is there an option to disable the computer's video? Thanks -Chris

It would be really nice to be able to select a few dates/times and sent it to a number of people and have they select what times they are available.
Share Recordings with Team Members
Currently the Share button in Recordings just gives a link. We should be able to easily share with team members. Add a dropdown to the Share button with "Share link" and "Share with team members" Sharing with team members should open a user and group selector Display the Share icon next to recordings that I have shared with others Click on the icon to prompt to remove sharing Add a "Shared Recordings" tab to the Meeting dashboard which lists all of the recordings shared with me by others Thanks!

Dear Team, We have a webinar on June 10 with 245 registrations. We are expecting the number to increase. As the current limit is 250 attendees, we would like to know whether you will be increasing this limit and when that update will happen. Error in Registration Notification Email

I reported this months ago...I just downloaded the Zoho Meeting desktop app for Windows, and the old OAuth method disallows the Windows 10 app from working...making the desktop app unusable if you login via Google. Video feed panel needs to be adjustable
When screen sharing is enabled, the video feed occupies a portion of the screen of the participant making the screen share smaller. This is worst if no one transmits video, as the participant just sees a number of black boxes occupying the screen. The video feed panel needs to be adjustable or retractable, so that one may choose to keep both or remove the feed and increase the shared screen size.
Iphone users cant join meeting
Is anyone else seeing that iphone users cant join a meeting? I have a couple of internal users who arent able to join meetings today, where before yesterday they had no issues. The error they are getting is "meeting not yet started"
Change Presenter before meeting, original presenter is unavailable to change
I am curious to know if there is a way that a manager or admin user can alter the presenter on a scheduled meeting. With the nature of our business, it is possible an employee may be unable to attend work, and we can find no way to change the presenter on their scheduled meetings. Being unable to change the presenter means that we have to send our clients a new meeting invite and hope they realize they need to join the new meeting and not the old one. Thoughts on this?
Can you share screen and show camera at the same time?
Hi - is it possible to for the meeting host to share the computer screen AND show the camera at the same time? This is for a webinar where the computer screen will demo some software while the webcam shows the hardware being programmed. Matrix comparison of features meeting vs webinar....
Hi, I have hosted 2 x 25 attendee webinars and can't decide if they should be meetings (it is for a user group). I was looking for a side by side comparison of features / restrictions between the two. Does this exist? It is a semi formal meeting with one presenter doing a talk. Ideally people would ask questions as and when, but I tend to have to mute their mics.
Thumbnails or speaker in larger frame.
Multifeed video is great and works well. To make it even better, it would be useful to quickly see who is speaking. When you have 25 thumbnails on the screen, it can take a moment to see who is talking. So, 2 options: . thumbnails as it is at the moment but with the speaker being highlighted . speaker in larger frame and thumbnails on top or below Thank you!

I use Zoho Calendar. When I first used Meeting, all meetings were included in Zoho calendar automatically. It doesn't seem to happen anymore. We we have it back?? :-) Thank you!

Error with Multiple video feed for Meeting
Please i am having issues viewing multiple video feeds when meeting is going on, However all i can see are black boxes of the participant. It was confirmed that all participant enabled their camera on their devices. Kindly find attached screenshot for your attention. Kindly help resolve this issue.

Make shared screen full screen
It would be nice if the end user could make a shared screen their full screen size and overlay the video feeds so that the screen size doesn't get shrunk down to show the other attendees camera feeds during a presentation. We've had complaints from end users that the screen is too small to see the presentation when camera feeds are on.

I have a client who is looking for a video conferencing service. He likes that on Zoom he can see all the participants videos feeds across the top of the page. When he has more than what will fit on the screen, there is an arrow to scroll to the next set. Is that a feature that Zoho has as well?
Slow Video/Audio
Hi guys, Recently, due to the Outbreak, our usage of Meeting has increased with our customers, but unfortunately we will only use it for maybe a few minutes before defaulting back to Zoom or Mobile calls - they Video/Audio is just so slow and laggy. Really upsetting as we've also paid for a premium version, and we cannot get any value out of it.

Essentially, I would like to use Zoho to host a webinar. I send those interested to a landing page where they could pay for a (preferably unique) webinar link. From what I read, Zoom has this feature. Unfortunately it is linked to PayPal. I am living in Turkey where PayPal is banned. Does Zoho have this feature? And is it linked to PayPal? Thanks in advance
