Change outgoing msg name on emails from name@zoho.com for mobile application
I have a few different emails addresses(4 to be exact) and, depending on which of my companies I am dealing with I need to create a thread of emails for that particular address. On my laptop I can have my outgoing ZOHO emails read, in the "From" column, myname@company1 or myname2@company1 or myname@company2 etc. The mobile app, however, does not appear to have a utility that allow me to change from myname@zoho.com. Hi, I've installed mobile Zoho CRM on android but whatever records I added to it is not updating to the web based Zoho CRM. i.e potentials,events etc. But,whatever changes I made in the web based CRM is downloaded into the Mobile App. Are there any setting changes I need to make in order to enale two way communication between the two platforms? Will you be adding 'Products' and 'Sales Orders' to the iOS and Android apps anytime soon? Currently our sales reps use the iPad app when they're out in the field - and it's great for most things, but any time they need to check our Product details or quote prices or create sales orders they have to open the browser version on the tablet. Which is obviously not ideal. Anyway, great CRM apart from that. Hope to hear about those additions soon. Cheers, Peter
Near Me Not Working
Hi, No matter what I try I cannot get "Contacts/Leads/Accounts near me" working. I have checked that all the address info is matching between leads / contacts / accounts all looks good. It picks up the current location, just always say "No Leads found", "No Contacts Found", "No Accounts Found". Any ideas ?

Hi! On my HTC One X I would recieve a notification on my notifcation bar that I got an email in my zoho mail. However, I do not get these notices anymore on my Samsung Galaxy Note 4. I do have push messages enabled in the settings menu. I read somewhere that you need to be a paying customer to recieve the push messages on your phone through Zoho Sync.. is that the same for your new app? Thanks in advance, Mark
Mobile version Zoho CRM Contacts/Leads Near Me Mapping- Problem
It was working up until a day ago: The option to present a map of contacts/leads plotted against my location doesn't seem to be working anymore. I keeps saying that Zoho CRM has stopped, or that "Please enable Location Services in your Device settings" When I choose this, the setting are all on....and working. What is odd about this is that it was working with the non-paid for mobile fine just a day prior. The moment I got a license and went to use it.....no go. Any thoughts to help? I have already

Recently my access to zoho crm via my android cell phone is not working anymore. There is always an error (...you do not have permission to access the Zoho CRM Android Application). I tried with 2 different users and I have the same error. Can you help me? Thanks

I am testing the zoho app on iphones and would like to know if it can do the following. firstly i actually can't get onto the free trial database i have produced for testing. a message on my iphone says i don't have an account. i obviously created one. the second question is.. can i tap a phone number in the app on the mobile and trigger a call. thirdly will i be able to link the database to the iphone calendar?

When trying to edit an event - time/date in the mobile crm app it continually crashes and closes the app. I have reported before and was told to reset application that worked for a short period and we have the problem again?
Zoho email app for Android
I have a Galaxy Note 10.1. I use Swipe for typing. I use gmail and outlook email apps on it with no problems. The Zoho app has a couple of problems that need to be addressed: 1. The edit screen repeatedly refreshes, like every 5 1o 10 seconds. When it does that, it cancels any word I might be "typing" and I have to start over. Not fun trying to "beat the clock" when entering a long word. 2. After so many characters, perhaps 250 (just guessing), it won't let me enter any more text. I tried deleting
Unable to customize email sender name
Hi Team, You guys are amazing and I don't how to thank you. I have a question and hope someone in the forum could answer it. After my initial email setup, I was sending emails by the default name generated by Zoho (chakradharkmr) Later under settings, I changed Send As to Chakradhar Kaveri and it is working good from webmail. However, using Zoho android mobile app, this new name is unable to sync and it still sends mails with the name "chakradharkmr". Please let me know how could I solve this silly

[Bug] Timezones from different subscribed calendar groups don't work well
Hi, The last one now. If you are subscribed to a calendar that runs in a different Timezone, the different items will show in your agenda in their Timezone. So example; Central US time 15:00 is 21:00 in West EU time (my time). However on the mobile app, it displays as 15:00 my time. Which makes something that will happen in the future (21:00 EU time) happen on the same time as the EU time 15:00. Thank you!

AM/PM reversed on calandar dayview mobile app
Hi, I just installed the app and it looks great, thank you for making it! However I do run into one serious error and one that is merely annoying. Main issue: - AM/PM is in reversed order when selecting a random day with an appointment both in the AM as the PM zone. This is how it looks for a day with 3 appointments. Appointment 3 (0630PM / 1830) Appointment 1 (0900AM / 0900) Appointment 2 (1100AM / 1300) Which obviously doesnt make any sense. This errors holds true for every day. Second of all,

Lead sort on mobile device
Can the lead section that you view on the mobile device be sorted by business instead of owner. In many instances I am in an area and would like to recall the owner or contact prior to calling on the lead. Instead, since I cannot re-call the contact, I have to manually search through 350 leads to find the contact name.

No Permission to view a module on the mobile

Android App - Calendar Blue Dot Indicates An Event But There Is No Event
Hello there I am loving the new Android app and I believe it is a great step forward for Zoho however I believe I have an issue with the Calendar. If I look at the Calendar for October and November in the App there are many days which display a Blue Dot which I guess signifies there should be an event even though there isn't an event in my calendar. iPad not syncing with the website changes
Hi, Previously we set up customised fields on the Accounts Forms and Contacts Forms. And we used iPads to access Zoho CRM to update Accounts and Contacts properly. However, recently we edited the name and options of some of our customised fields on the Accounts Forms. However, the iPad app is not showing and reflecting the updated field names and options. New Zoho Mail App calendar not picking up Zoho Meeting events
I downloaded the new Zoho mail app (Android) yesterday. I like what is there but the app's calendar is not picking up events generated by scheduled Zoho meetings. They show on my normal Zoho mail calendar but not on the app.

Zoho CRM on iPAD and Android - No edit possible
Using ZOHO CRM from my iPAD : it tells me that "You do not have the permission to add a record" and in general that I can't change anything. Not create a potential, update a contact, etc... leads/account/contact near me don't work
Hello Zoho Team, I tried the function "leads near me" and after 15minutes only the 52% was downloaded = 21 names (my DB is about 2000 names spread all over the country so I expect to find in the radius of 10M no more than 20-50 names). In other words it is impossibile to use it because it is expected to offer a quick help while in the trafic to recover a meeting etc etc. and one can't wait 15 minutes (!) to see an aswer. Field order in mobile app
When using Zoho CRM from the browser, I see that the field order and placement can be adjusted in the modules by using "Edit Page Layout" in the settings. The mobile app doesn't seem to use the changes that I make to either one or two column layouts in the modules. Is there any way to customize the field order or layout for the mobile app modules vs. how they appear in a browser on a computer? Thanks
Logged call times are showing up differently on mobile vs. the desktop version
When I log a call in the desktop version of zoho it records it opposite of what it is logged at. Example is yesterday I logged a call at 4:38 pm on the desktop and on my mobile phone it shows 4:38 am.
