1. I’ve created a campaign in Zoho (desktop version) named: Data Centre World Frankfurt 2018. 2. I’ve scanned my first business card in the app. 3. Saving the lead it, the app asks me where I want to save it. I chose Zoho CRM Lead (the app asks me to log in with my CRM account). 4. Once saved I go to edit and choose the campaign. I don’t create that in the app but I search the event from CRM Server. 5. The app starts loading for searching but it keeps loading with no results. I have to close

When setting up Zoho, we created some extra custom fields for the contact mailing address: Mailing Street (standard) Mailing Street 2 (custom) Mailing Street 3 (custom) Mailing City (standard) Mailing Province (standard) Mailing Postcode (standard) I can layout as shown above in the Modules/Contacts section and it displays correctly on the desktop version, however, this does not replicate in the CRM App. It seems to put the standard fields first and then list custom fields as follows: Mailing Street
"Select all" in Zoho writer app, iOS.
I'm using the Zoho Writer app on my iPhone, and it's great. The only thing I seem to be missing is the option to "select all" text in a document. This document is 17 pages long already, and I want to change the font of the entire thing, but can only lyrics select one word then drag the maker to the bottom of the screen, then scroll, then grab the marker and drag it again. Surely there's a "select all" option?
Not able to login to Iphone app
It says "invalid password" but the password is exactly same I changed the password and tried again, no luck.
Unable to log in to my phone app for Desk
Every time i click on my email ID to log in, it just keeps looking back to the same log in page. I am on android. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but it is still happening.
Compose Zoho email opens when trying to view iPhone Files
This is probably due to some setting I have on, but I can't work out which... I use an iPhone and a Macbook Pro so I have the files app on my iPhone to enable me to view files which are on my laptop (i.e. excel spreadsheets) however, ever since installing the Zoho mail app, each time I click on one of these files to view, it take me straight to the Zoho mail app and begins composing a message (the file is not attached). I have deleted the Zoho mail app to see if this is the issue and the files opened
Urgent!!! Zoho mail Mobile app not working
Hi, From today onwards the Mobile app for Zoho mail is not working in Andriod and iOS. Its showing an error Darn! Events created in the mobile app disappear after sync
If I create an event in the mobile app on my android device it will disappear after the first sync.
Dashboard on iOS doesn’t work
I have dashboards set up that I created with components that I can see fine on desktop but when I try to look at that dashboard on my iPhone nothing shows up apart from a grey “no components” Icon and words (are photo). The standard ones come up fine . Can anyone help me please as it’s driving me mad ! Thanks in advance ps I did just update to iOS 12 BUT the issue was there with iOS 11 before the upgrade
Calendar in mobile app? ever coming?
I feel like this was promised many times. is this coming? currently in the mobile app we can only see our tasks that are due today (monday) and tomorrow (Tuesday). I have no idea what tasks are due Wednesday or Thursday etc. Even if it was in list form, but separated by days of the months with day numbers that would be huge.
Android Mail: conversation view re-enables automatically
After disabling conversation view in the Android Mail app, it is later re-enabled on its own. I would prefer to have it remain off. Anyone else with this issue? Note that I haven't yet been able to determine the trigger re-enables conversation view. I attempted stopping and restarting the Zoho Mail app, so it doesn't appear to re-enable on startup.

Calendar invites (.ics attachment) missing when viewing email on mobile site
When someone sends me a calendar invite as a .ics attachment, the attmnt isn't shown when I access the email on the mobile site. In a browser on a pc the attachment is there. This means that I can't see the details of the invite on my mobile device. My device is a Sony Experia Mini Pro running Android 2.3.4. Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug? (I have added same post to 'Calendar' forum)
Custom Module Data not accessed by Zoho CRM app.
I have created a custom module for Zoho CRM but the data does not show up in the Mobile CRM app. How do i access this information because it is important when i'm away from my computer. Please help ASAP. Thank you. Boris
"Related" tab in app
Dear community We are freshly using the Zoho CRM app, and are encountering an issue: In the app, several times over the last couple of days the "Related" tab in our Leads module comes up blank, showing no info nor having the possibility to add any events or tasks. The "Details" tab is showing all proper info however. The only solution so far was to reinstall the app all together. Is this a known bug? Are we doing something wrong? It happened on several devices, both on Android and iOS. Thank
Android app - reply to ticket not working
I am trying to reply to a ticket from within the android app. I can compose the reply, but when I try and send, I get the message "Some error occurred while processing. Please try again later"
All emails appearing in iOS Mail email thread
A weird thing started occurring with Zoho email in the iOS Mail app. When I'm looking at a thread of emails, after about 5 seconds the thread will expand to include all emails in my entire inbox. Has anyone else seen similar behavior or know how to fix it? It started occurring a few months ago. Everything was working well before that time.
Dashboard with line chart are not loaded
Hi Zoho Mobile Team, I have created several charts in the Dashboard on the desktop website. When I go to the Zoho CRM App to check these dashboards, they are not shown. I find that if the dashboard has a line chart, then the whole dashboard will not be loaded on the mobile app, meanwhile, the dashboard is loaded correctly on the desktop website. Can you please have your team to check?
Zoho CRM on Android App
Hey, I have an issue with data not synching between the Android app of Zoho CRM and Zoho CRM web-based on our pc. Help? Half of one of our agent's calls today were only logged on her phone and not synched. The other half synched successfully. There is an error message that "Something went wrong" in each contact with an unsynched call which we find in "Unsynced records list".
Calendar view for tasks?
Possible to show a calendar view for tasks in the mobile app? its currently only possible to filter tasks based on TODAY and TOMORROW. I'd like to see what tasks I have 3 days from now, 4 days from now, etc - separated by day. ideally with the calendar DATE as the header.

Hi, I've been testing Zoho CRM app (android version) but I cannot change the user interface language. Unlike the Desktop version where I can change the language, I cannot do this on the app version.
Mobile App Won't Show Unread Emails
The Zoho Mail mobile app was working 100% fine until a few days ago. There was an app update, and after that some problems started. The app isn't syncing correctly and now I don't see there are unread emails. I cleared the cache and logged in again, but no luck.
on iOS app, timers record the wrong date
i just used the timer feature on a task in the iOS app, and when i stopped the task, the timesheet recorded as if it were created yesterday instead of today. I tried it a few times and got the same results. This is NOT an issue on the web app on desktop.
Feature to enable App Notifications for Events ONLY (So we don't miss important meetings)
**The ability to be notified/reminded of upcoming business meetings (events) WITHOUT all the other notifications. I've missed a couple of meetings which I've put into the CRM because I have the mobile app notifications turned OFF. I have it turned OFF because I don't want to received notifications all day of tasks etc... (especially when I am in front of my computer all day so I get the notifications there). Would this be possible?

iOS app notifications
how do we configure what emails we get through iOS and what we get through email? i'd like to get no email notifications, and all iOS notifications. It seems like we only get a handful of notifications on iOS. for instance, i dont get notifications for comments, only through email notifications. I dont get notifications when someone completes a task i assign them, again i only get it through email. this is very frustrating. Is there a place that documents what we should and shouldnt be getting?
ZOHO call logging on LG V30 phone
I have everything enabled and all app permissions enabled, however I am not getting a call log popup when I complete a call from my contacts list on my LG V30 Android phone. ZOHO support tells me it's a known issue. Has anybody else encountered this issue? Has anybody found a work around for it?

When stopping a timer, prompt us for notes
please give the option to prompt for user notes when stopping a timer. especially in the iOS app. We like to know what was done on each time. I know they can EDIT the timesheet after they stop the timer, but thats an extra step that we shouldnt need to explain to every one of our employees. Thanks!
Folder missing in app
Yesterday, via the Web interface I created a new folder to put some of my email into and moved about 8 emails into it. When I open the Zoho Mail App on my iPhone 8 and look at the folder tree, the folder is not there. All my other folders are there but not that one. When I log into my email account on the Web, the folder is there. Any help?

Hi. Pleased to communicate with you. First congratulations for that machine that is ZOHO. I have a problem and that is that what I write in the mobile app does not synchronize with the web version. The error it gives me is that the records of this view have not yet been synchronized with the server, this may be due to an interminate network situation, to design changes made to the desktop and not synchronized with the application and may need to be performed. manual intervention to solve the problem
filters and sort views
in the mobile app, when choosing a filter or a sorting method, the app will always resort back to some default filter or sorting view after leaving and returning. is there any way to keep my preference of sorting / filters for each type of screen? in projects/tasks id always like to sort by task list. on the home screen, in my tasks, id prefer the filter to default to "Today". im sure others have different preferences which makes even more sense for the app to "store" our view settings in each area

Mobile Custom Modules not showing
Should the custom modules that I have created (Enterprise version) show in Zoho Mobile ? I have all the other module showing correctly (Leads, Contacts, Transactions, Tasks, Events, Calls, Companies) and nothing else, I have created several custom modules and would like to have access to them on my mobile phone. More than 1 user login on CRM Mobile App
I’m an enterprise user and own two businesses. Having to sign out and back in so I can sign into another business account is soooooo frustrating. Please Zoho! Make a plan (Quickly) so I am able to swap/switch users/logins/organisations quickly! Please respond with an estimated time of the upgrade/solution. Mobile is growing, and this problem is going to make me concider other apps/crm’s.
Enable Notifications Button Not Working
Hello, I noticed that I stopped receiving notifications from the Zoho app on my iPhone. I double checked that notifications were still turned on in my phone settings, and they were. I went into the Zoho Mail app settings, and the Enable Notifications button is now turned off. When I try to turn the button back on, it moves back to the off position and I get the message "Darn! Please try again later". I tried this on the Zoho Mail app on my iPad and had the same result. The Enable Notifications button
Multi pick list field is not showing pick-list values in ZOHO CRM mobile app
Hi Team, Hope you are doing well. We are using the ZOHO crm app to update the system. However, after we have installed the recent update for the ZOHO CRM Mobile app on our handsets, Multi pick list fields are not reflecting the pick list values. This is creating a big issue for us, since we cannot add or update a record in the zoho crm using mobile app. Could you please let me know, how can we resolve this issue.
