A user created a couple of Events from his Android phone last week and they didn't sync with the server despite being on the office wifi. They're still showing up when clicking on the circling arrows on the Home tab. Does the app not retry the sync by itself? Any way to force a manual sync?

Android app. Screen rotation
I have only just switched from Apple to Samsung and whilst I was really pleased to see the app, I cant believe that it only works in landscape mode. I have a Tab S with a Logitech keyboard attached. Whilst this is a brilliant setup it only allows landscape orientation. Other apps "auto rotate" this app doesn't seem to which in my case makes it unusable. Am I missing something. Surely this cant be the way it is supposed to be? Please help.

Can't read pdf attachments on zoho mail on ipad
Hi, My boss has an ipad 2 that he travels with. When he accesses his zoho email on the ipad, if there is a .pdf attachment he is unable to read it. If, however, he forwards the same email to his old AOL email, he can open the attachment and read it on his ipad. He has the latest version of his pdf viewer. Is there an issue with .pdfs and the zoho mobile email app that anyone is aware of? Thanks.

Hello Zoho, An employee in my company encounters problems with the Zoho Application on his Android device. He has entered over 100 contacts and yet, when he clicks the map icon, only 2 contacts show up nearby. We tried to set the radius to maximum but still nothing happens. I am positive that the address on each contact is valid, because when I click the map icon from contact's details, I get redirected to Google Maps application, to the correct address. Cannot disable Restrict Sign In on OneAuth app
An employees downloaded the One Auth App and enable restrict sign in. Any time she attempts to sign in to desktop, an error tells her to go to the oneauth app and disable restrict sign in. She claims to have done this and deleted the app, but still she cannot login. Any suggestions? I'm unfamiliar with the app.
CRM mobile app - near me features do not work properly
I am using ZOHO CRM mobile on iPhone 5 and Android. Accounts near me - feature does not work either on iPhone nor on Android. I could not yet match a reason why it does not display any accounts nearby. Adress information is completely and identically placed in shipping and billing adress. Pressing the button displays the message both on Android and iPhone: No Accounts found. Contacts near me - on Android it displays only one of 3 available contacts within the same account which is placed nearby.

I really miss slide to unlock
#1 every time I open my ios devices I get reminded of the annoyance of the missing slide to unlock. 3 ios devices with 3 different home buttons. I really hate the press to open. also it keeps tipping over my ipads with apple covers when pressing. Also when things go fast I still end up in panic... just pressing the button again and again. dont understand why users were not given a choice between how to open. In stead I end up in fast message and widget menues... that I rarely use anyway... especially

Marking Tasks as complete on the mobile apps is too easy to do by mistake. Is there any way to remove the checkbox next to the name and put it somewhere where its less likely to be pressed accidentally? I am sure I am not the only one with big fingers out there... Over Mobile CRM 400 contacts, events, attachments, call logs created on Mobile app will not sync with the server. Also, my google calendar will not sync with the created events.
I've tried everything, but the Mobile CRM app will not sync with the server since I started using the new zoho CRM desktop platform. Error message: "Info: The records in this view are yet to be synced with the server. This may be because of scenarios like intermittent network, layout changes made on the desktop not synced with the app etc and may need manual intervention to have the addressed. Taskz on Android not loading
Hello, I just downloaded the Taskz app, and it had the "loading" screen for several minutes. I closed and restarted the app and didn't have the problem, but as soon as I added a task, it crashed. After another restart, back to the loading screen for several minutes. It's now asked me if I want to rate the app, but is frozen on that screen. I can see from the google store that a lot of people who have managed to rate it are having the same problem. Any chance of a fix, or any advice? Thanks.

Lead near me dos not displays leads on the map It is possible to choose to up to 100 ML or KM. When zooming in there is a cercle around the point on the map. I have the impression that the 100 only shows a cercle of 100 m and not 100 km or miles. I have the app installes on a samsung SM-T530 Any ideas how to resolve this problem ?
Mobile CRM not rolling tasks
My tasks aren't showing on the home screen of the CRM Android app. I have overdue tasks and none of them show up today. They only show up on the one day they're due (ie two days ago and never show again. Making it easy to forget). They don't roll over if they're not completed. Shouldn't they show up on the home screen as long as they're not completed?!
