% in Pipeline
Hi. I am using Motivator. The % is showing up in the Dashboard as a % of targets but the Potentials page has 0% for every stage. How do I get it to reflect the pipeline in the CRM? Thx Matthew
Information will not sync
The information will not migrate over to the motivator. How can I resolve this issue? The thin red bar on the top just keeps scrolling.
Data not coming from CRM
No data seems to be syncing in from CRM - the KPI's are not showing anything and they should
unable to set correct kpi
Hi, For kpi's using date fileds i find that i can only use options like "before" or "after". We need to know how many times a date field has been populated and i don't know how to do it. For example, our trainers set at what date they train a customer. we need to set a kpi that tell us how many customers have been trained on the current or last month. thanks
Filter fields not working
Hi, when we create a kpi, on the filter fields, if you select the option "contains" it doesn't let you write anything. i've even tried to paste text there but doesn't work either. thanks
Add badges
How about adding a "Badges" section. Agents could earn badges, that would optionally trigger a prize, and collect these badges on their Zoho Motivator interface, visible to other users in the organization. Badges are created by the organization admin by setting the criteria (ex. Number of sales on total period > 1000, Number of calls handled > 10000...).
KPI aggregated from existing KPIs
One of my KPIs is Sales Won / Leads Owned. Is there a way to create such a KPI in Zoho Motivator? More generally, it would be great to allow KPIs that would be aggregated from existing KPIs I would define my global KPI as a calculation based on : - Number of Sales Won - Value of Sales Won - Number of Potentials Owned - Number of Leads Owned - Value of Leads Owned It would be great to allow the creation of such a KPI in Zoho Motivator!!!
Back button does not work!
In https://motivator.zoho.com/settings, the back button on top left only goes to https://motivator.zoho.com/settings.
% in dasboards
Hi, What do % that appear on dasbords really mean? Does it compares figures from last month? is the same period last year? Can set this in anyway to have this 2 options available? Thanks a lot
