getRecords sort limitation 10000 records.
When calling getRecords on a module that contains more than 10000 records and attempting to sort by a field the return is limited to 10000 records it seems. contacts = zoho.crm.getRecords("Contacts",1,1,{"sort_order":"desc","sort_by":"ContactID"}); I am attempting to get the value of "ContactID" with the highest value. However I am only having '10000' returned. Any suggested solution would be appreciated.
Change Timezone in Zoho Showtime
Hi Our company is located in Melbourne, Australia and we last night started daylight savings (clocks went forward an hour: (+10:00) Australian Eastern Standard Time (Tasmania) (Australia/Hobart) should now be +11)). We have several showtime sessions with weekly reoccurrences that started prior to daylight savings and continue after it. All sessions after the start of daylight savings are now showing as starting 1 hour later eg. Session 1 (prior to daylight savings): 9am to 11:30am Session 2: 10am

When creating a custom attachment field for my estimate Data Type : Attachment it says we can Attach files of the following types: docx, pdf, png, jpeg. So to test this Data Type custom field I added the placeholder in my template ${estimate.cf_attachment} Then I uploaded a jpg image. But when I print out my estimate or convert it into a pdf I just see the name of the file I attached I expected to see the image or a url How is this supposed to work please? Relate a Connect Task to a Desk Ticket (Integration between Connect and Desk)
Would like to be able to lookup and relate a task in Connect to a Desk Ticket. We want to reduce the locations where our developers have to visit to keep notes on a issue or task. (We only use Project/Bugs) for large projects..but for Break/Fix we use Connect to track open tasks. Also, we would like the Desk Ticket to be related to the Connect task so Customer Support agent can see what is going in the process of resolving the issue/task.
Send emails to all Contacts associated to an Account on Account Blueprint state change
Hi, I have a blueprint that transitions an Account in various states. I want to be able to trigger an email notification that on an Account state change to all email addresses of Contacts associated to the Account. I couldn't figure out a way to do it since all email templates and triggers rely on the email and name fields to be in the Account form and not the associated Contacts form. Thanks Wing

I have IMAPed my master E-Mail info@ within Zoho CRM and share all E-mails with all of my agents. The goal is, that all agents should be able to see the E-Mail history of a Lead / Contact / Account. Custom Button causing issues with 'Created By' Field
We have a custom button made that creates a new Deal in the Deals module based on information in the contact module. However whenever it is used the 'Created By' field is always the owner of the app and not the person who pressed the create deal button. Is there a way to fix this issue? Thanks

Good morning, I created several templates for the Thank You Note, when I acknowledge a payment, but I don't see how I can select which Thank you Note to send. I have just registered a payment and the Default Thank you Note was sent. I couldn't select which template I wanted to send. How can I do that?
Don't add currency to all templates
Zoho chooses to force us to have fields when creating a template. Currency is definately one we do not need on templates that are not related to money. It forces us to have to hide the field through other functions (it can not be removed). That in turn will affect how the module layout works as other features are affected by the hidden field. Please eliminate this (and possibly other) default required fields.
Parent and Sub Accounts
Hi, How do we make the total of the sub accounts appear as closing balance of the parent account ? Right now if I goto my chart of accounts and click on GST payable, the closing balance is 0. But if I go into the individual sub accounts such as Output IGST, CGST and SGST, the correct payable value under those heads are there ?
Integrating Zoho Orchestly with Zoho CRM
There doesn't seem to be any formal integration between Zoho CRM and Zoho Orchestly which is a real shame. The only integration one can do is to modify records in Zoho CRM but what if you need to view Jobs that relate to a CRM record? It's highly likely that Jobs are going to be related to Zoho CRM records in some way and an integration field in Orchestly that points to a CRM record would go a far way. One could build your own, but if you look at the Orchestly API there is no way to search for Jobs,

Custom button - Generate new Deal from Contact record

I'm trying to streamline the user experience by creating a button that will generate a specific Deal (we have multiple Deal page layouts) and pre-populate it with Contact record information and static text. It works but only if I run the function independently. Whenever I try to map the function to a button, it stops working. Hi - I'm trying to do two things.. 1 - build a report that shows contacts in the CRM that have not been touched by sales or marketing in X number of days. Submit to client - Resumes
Most of my clients do not like the approval form and prefer to receive individual resumes. But once in a while I forgot to check the box to send email as separate. When one send the email all the resumes and attachments are bundled into one email. Would it be possible tocreate a file for the attachments for each candidate. So there are not 7 resumes and 7 degree = 14 attachments with different labels?

Is it possible to have pop up alerts to notify a user of important information about a specific account when they first access that account? Need help RE-connecting a credit card account to import transactions
About three weeks ago, Books stopped importing transactions into three accounts. Books disconnected from all three, and I do not know why. No passwords had been changed.
