Receive updates when note is added?
Hi all, I desperately need an option to receive an update if/when the notes in the pipeline are updated. Too often we forget to "@" each other and record updates languish. I've tried rules and feeds and nothing seems to work!
Using look up fields in public forms
Hi i had made a lovely form for customers to leave reviews for various members of our association. The idea was a customer would use the lookup field to find the relevant member, review them and the data would come back and be stored on the crm. We do need the customers details. I understand this is not going to work in a publicly shared form. I guess i could do a form for every member but that is a pain. Is there another way. The idea is our member could give them a link or even a QR code.
Automatic on-premise login for Domain-joined Windows 10
We run an on-premise Active Directory server and on-premise, domain-joined Windows 10 clients. I know there are various ways to integrate our AD with Zoho One directory using either SAML or sync tools, via Azure AD or directly. But what I am not clear about is if any of these will allow on-premise users who are already logged in to domain-joined Windows 10 to bypass Zoho login altogether. I have seen this achieved with some other SaaS suites' SSO solution, but not sure if it is possible with Zoho's

Zoho Quote / Product - Price rounding & tax issue
Hello, I have the following challenge: Unit price of a product is 325,2 EUR per piece net. I must apply 23% tax on it. 325,2 EUR * 1,23% = 399,996 EUR (gross) In Zoho Quotes - the Products Details section, when there is a 1 unit, the system is rounding up correctly the amount to 400 EUR. However when there are 5 units...this is what the system does: 325,2 * 1,23% = 399,996 * 5 = 1.999,98 EUR (gross) This is incorrect. It should be 2.000 EUR. Is there any way to correct it? Client Portal - Can Customer add a Credit Card to a Subscription?
Is it possible for customers to add a credit card to one of their subscriptions from the client portal? It seems that if there is already a card, they can edit details, but there is no obvious way to associate a new card with a subscription. Any help on how to do this would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, Is it possible to rename the Stage Name from "Closed Won" to something else and still retain the Google Ads conversion push functionality? The help page (https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/kb/crm/integrations/google/google-ads/articles/push-data-to-google-ads#How_it_Works) states is pushes the value to Ads when "When the potential is won and closed, the potential stage is set to “Closed Won.”" but I would like to rename "Closed Won" to "Booked". How do I use Deluge to add a Contact Role to an Opportunity (Deal)?
We have a related company that we want to take contacts from and add them directly to our deal as contact roles. For example, we have a deal with the field Operator (which is a Account/Company) that links to the operator on the deal. When we add that operator to the deal, I'd like to have a deluge script that creates a Contact Role directly on the deal that for a specific person from that operator with the role "Operator". This way we can do reporting easily that shows the company of the operator
API to pull contact's photos from CRM
Hey there, We keep a list of contacts in the CRM and we would like to show those contacts as a list of profile on our website. We are planning to use the REST API to pull the data of those records from the CRM and display it on the website. However, according to the documentation of the Zoho CRM REST API, I see no option to pull the photos that we have uploaded for the contacts. Is there anyway or any workaround to do that? We would like to also display the photos that we have on the contacts. Thank
Why is there no task management and collaboration for clients?
Currently there is no task management or collaboration options within zoho or the zoho one package. This is quite poor at this stage. The purpose of zoho is to bring all apps in house instead of using many different software options. There should be a software option to share task lists and progress/milestones with clients and they can check these off as they complete them. This should be a private login. Projects is pointless as it requires a subscription for a user and when you have 100s of clients

Hello I wonder if you could help. Im looking at setting up automations within our Zoho One package but I am confused which one to use as our automation would be cross the different options for example:- If someone is tagged as something in Zoho CRM then to be sent the campaign automation in Zoho Campaigns – if they are untagged then that automation stops. We would also need to flag to the CRM owner if a recipient of an email in Zoho Campaigns responds to something in the email i.e. clicks a link

Backordering Items
We have integrated our website with Zoho Inventory. So basically stock and SKU information is flowing from Zoho Inventory to Zoho Commerce. So all items that does is not in stock in my warehouse shows as 'Out of Stock' on my website. However, I want to accept orders for SKUs that is currently not in my warehouse and backorder items from my suppliers once we get the inventory. Is this possible? In case I adjusted the stock position manually, will this affect my accounting on Zoho Inventory?

Zoho App Won't Open from Taskbar
Hi, The Zoho windows app was working great. It would open when I started my computer. But it no longer opens at all. When I try to manually open it from the icon, it goes straight to the taskbar. If I hover over it, it will show a small preview. But i cannot open it to a full screen. Restarting the computer and deleting the app and downloading it again did not work. Please help! Thanks

HI, I have some forms integrated with Zoho CRM. These forms create new registers, but also are relationed with zoho records, so I have integrated both NEW REGISTER and RELATED LIST. New register is integrated with Deals module. Related List is integrated with Contacts Module that is related with Deals. When I have a new record, I got two records in the CRM, one from the New register and another one from Related List. I need related list being activated because I want the records to be linked to the

Hi there, I need to sync contacts from only one rep. So, I chose to set Contact Owner is a criteria. There is no drop down menu matching the names of the reps, so I typed in the name, it did not work. I then chose Contact Owner Contains and added First Name of the rep. Did not work. Integrating Tasks of Desk with Tasks of Projects
Hi, We have been using Zoho projects for Projects. Each customer are considered as a Project. Recently we have started using Zoho desk. The problem is whenever we assign a task to our engineer from desk, we need to fill the same on Zoho Projects as our Project Management team and our Engineers work hours can be only managed on Zoho Projects. Hi all, I have noticed that the sales duration never changes and is always 0, even after closing the deal. My pipeline starts with Needs Analysis and ends with the Closed options. I should mention that most deals are created in the deals module and not via a lead conversion. Harry

We want to add a 'support bar' in our software where people have the search field to search for known articles. When entering certain tags the right document should become available directly.
