Hi, I would like to create a custom field. It would automatically put the sale value. Ex: Cost Price + Custom field (%) = Sale Price 100 + 10% = 110 Is it possible with Zoho Invetory? Other questions: I have Zoho One, I have 1 parent store, 2 branches and 1 website (Ecomerce - With an API joining Zoho Invetory and Magento2). Purchase Orders, Invoices etc. should show if they are associated with a project
If you look at a Project you can see all the associated transactions. But if you are going through purchase orders or invoices etc., there is no way to even see that they are asociated with a Project. Please consider adding a field to purchase order, invoice so the user can see if it's associated with a project (should show the project name). Thank You
Docs lost synch or mis synchs
I searched on this but found nothing, so am,posting this in case other search for the same thing. Docs lost its synch. First thought was to reinstall, so first created a new archive folder so I wouldn't lose anything, uninstalled, installed the latest Docs. Nice to know it was aware of the original folder on my local computer even though the folder disappeared out of explorer after the uninstall. It was still there in some form Docs recognized. So all is back to perfection now. Don't know why zoho

Hello, the customer portal is very practical on Zoho Invoice. However, when a project contains many tasks and timesheets, it is difficult to navigate the portal. Is it possible for the user to sort timesheets by date (for example) from the portal? Thank you

Hey, I have created a bot and now I want to use the loop in that. it is like Bot asks the question for a number of guests and if we click on any of the numbers in slider then it takes us to the option such as canopy machan, jungle machan, etc. And after selecting one of the options it goes to the images and some text. Hi, I have over 100 old sales orders and around 65 purchase orders, that I need to get into the inventory system from our old CRM. Yeastar Phonebridge Integration
I have been using the trial for some days. However i am facing challenges with Zoho Phonebridge when using Yeastar S Series PBX. Phonebridge is successfully configured and enable. I can make calls from Zoho successfully. The problem is Zoho is neither keeping any record of the Outgoing Calls nor is it accepting and recording any Incoming Calls.

I need to include a multi-user field in our Won Opportunity email notifications. Unfortunately, multi-user fields are not available as merge tags. It's been suggested that I use a function via workflow to transform the multi-user list to a text field that I can use in the email template. This is fine by me and I'm comfortable with the workflow, but I'm not sure how to write this function. Any help here would be appreciated.

Hi, When integrating a new Zoho app and creating a custom portal, I've noticed that- 1. many apps have different requirements 2. the validation checks are different 3. many of these can't be checked after setup A number of times I have set up a new app, had problems, and deleted the wrong DNS record because you can't view them once set. I would like to transfer automatically this number to the invoice that im creating thought the "convert to invoice" button. I just created a blueprint. But when I go to use it, it's telling me it will be applied to "tasks". I'm sorry, aren't blueprints supposed to be applied to projects....you know bc projects usually have MANY stages, but tasks only a few????? This is why CRM has blueprints for leads and not calls, tasks and events. Knowledge Base Logo & Display Name
I am having trouble getting our logo to display correctly. It is the recommended 200 x 40 size, but appears squished on the page. I also cannot find where to edit how our company name is displayed. It does not need to show "inc." The obvious place would seem to be Desk > Settings > Rebranding, but there's no name option there. Under Desk > Settings > General there is no "Inc". Nor under Zoho One > Admin > Organization https://desk.zoho.com/portal/loring/kb

Zoho Desk has been extremely slow
Since we've started using Zoho Desk a few years ago it's always been a little bit slow - at least compared to other Zoho Products and other Help Desks we've used in the past. But the last few days it has been horrible. We are all remote workers so we have different internet, computers, etc and we're all experiencing it. We have to refresh the page a lot to get information to show. Changing the blueprint takes like 5 seconds or so. It's almost unusable sometimes and it really slows down our productivity.

Flow fails with message "integration disabled in showtime"
I have built a flow to automatically add registration to a Showtime Remote Session. The flow is triggered when a Zoho Form is submitted and the details submitted are used to register the person to the session. While the Test & Debug shows that the flow works, the live flow always fails with the error message "integration disabled in showtime." Appreciate assistance in getting this integration working.
Zoho Meeting - How to change your camera or microphone after the meeting has started
I can select my camera or mic at the beginning of the meeting which is great. I already know how to do that. However, I cannot find a way to change during the meeting without leaving and returning to the meeting. The exit entrance interruption is very frustrating for an attendee, and even more so if you are the host. If the host must change mics, the meeting ends and everyone has to wait for you to exit, change mics, and start meeting again. Then they all have to log back in. Is the feature there,
Insert Records API endpoint - Activities not working
Hi, When I try to create an Activity using the v2 of the CRM API, I get a 400 INVALID_REQUEST_METHOD - or, if I change 'Activities' to lowercase, a 500 INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR. According to the documentation, it should be possible to create Activities using the Insert Records endpoint, as the endpoint claims to support all modules that the List endpoint does. Is this a bug?

Can we automatically associate milestone tags to tasklists and then down to tasks?
I understand that Zoho projects follows the hierarchy of Milestones -> task lists -> tasks It appears that the tags assigned / associated to the milestones do not get auto-assigned to the tasklists / tasks under the milestone. Is there any way to do this in projects? It is extremely tedious to do tags association at each level.
