We are currently testing Zoho one, and are on the 30 days trial. We are currently using emails synced with IMAP in Outlook, PC based software. We are strongly considering moving all our email interaction to the cloud, as we currently have all reminders and other Outlook-based functions PC-based, and cannot be accessed remotely on the cloud. We love all the many unique functions that zoho mail offers, and they are all cloud based! But we currently use the following software that really speeds things

I noticed upon using ZOHO for months now that there are some really good features in the product. I like the idea to mandate or control fields of which ones are needed when adding to the LEADs area in the CRM. We have required our users upon inbound calls to type in the first and last name, and recently noticed that several are random characters on the last name, meaning they have filled in the proper name. Speaking to the reps, they have inbound calls from mobile users and sometime lose the contact

Copy Multi-User Field to Multi-Line Text Field via Function
I need to include a multi-user field in our Won Opportunity email notifications. Unfortunately, multi-user fields are not available as merge tags. It's been suggested that I use a function via workflow to transform the multi-user list to a text field that I can use in the email template. This is fine by me and I'm comfortable with the workflow, but I'm not sure how to write this function. Any help here would be appreciated.

Hi, When integrating a new Zoho app and creating a custom portal, I've noticed that- 1. many apps have different requirements 2. the validation checks are different 3. many of these can't be checked after setup A number of times I have set up a new app, had problems, and deleted the wrong DNS record because you can't view them once set. I've even broken one custom portal when setting up another one. Would be great if we could view the required DNS records for each app, and even better if there was

Hello. I have a problem with the ZOHO APP for IOS. When I try to update a record it says I "don't have access to edit, only view". However, when I go to web version I can edit. Seems like Data sharing settings only work in the browser version??? Thank you
Delivery note number in the invoice
Hi When im creating a sales order and then create a delivery note in zoho books I got a unique number of the delivery note. I would like to transfer automatically this number to the invoice that im creating thought the "convert to invoice" button. Until now I just added in the invoice page a customize field that call "delivery note number" and I need to copy it from the delivery note page. There is some way to do it automatically ? Thank

When setting up a webform with Visitor Tracking it adds a "chat box" along with the webform to the web page. I want to track the visits but i don't want the chat. How can I get rid of or hide the chat box?
I am confused....or outraged, can't decide...about blueprints
I just created a blueprint. But when I go to use it, it's telling me it will be applied to "tasks". I'm sorry, aren't blueprints supposed to be applied to projects....you know bc projects usually have MANY stages, but tasks only a few????? This is why CRM has blueprints for leads and not calls, tasks and events. So i created this big blueprint which has been applied to tasks, and I realize that bf I can get to the task status that applies to a particular task that is located lower in the pipeline,

Knowledge Base Logo & Display Name
I am having trouble getting our logo to display correctly. It is the recommended 200 x 40 size, but appears squished on the page. I also cannot find where to edit how our company name is displayed. It does not need to show "inc." The obvious place would seem to be Desk > Settings > Rebranding, but there's no name option there. Under Desk > Settings > General there is no "Inc". Nor under Zoho One > Admin > Organization https://desk.zoho.com/portal/loring/kb

Hello, We have many circumstances in which we are filling out tickets, or they are coming in through email, where we simply do not need a contact nor contact email in the ticket (an account reference is sufficient). Zoho Desk has been extremely slow
Since we've started using Zoho Desk a few years ago it's always been a little bit slow - at least compared to other Zoho Products and other Help Desks we've used in the past. But the last few days it has been horrible. We are all remote workers so we have different internet, computers, etc and we're all experiencing it. We have to refresh the page a lot to get information to show. Changing the blueprint takes like 5 seconds or so. It's almost unusable sometimes and it really slows down our productivity.

Flow fails with message "integration disabled in showtime"
I have built a flow to automatically add registration to a Showtime Remote Session. The flow is triggered when a Zoho Form is submitted and the details submitted are used to register the person to the session. While the Test & Debug shows that the flow works, the live flow always fails with the error message "integration disabled in showtime." Appreciate assistance in getting this integration working.
Zoho Meeting - How to change your camera or microphone after the meeting has started
I can select my camera or mic at the beginning of the meeting which is great. I already know how to do that. However, I cannot find a way to change during the meeting without leaving and returning to the meeting. The exit entrance interruption is very frustrating for an attendee, and even more so if you are the host. If the host must change mics, the meeting ends and everyone has to wait for you to exit, change mics, and start meeting again. Then they all have to log back in. Is the feature there,
Insert Records API endpoint - Activities not working
Hi, When I try to create an Activity using the v2 of the CRM API, I get a 400 INVALID_REQUEST_METHOD - or, if I change 'Activities' to lowercase, a 500 INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR. According to the documentation, it should be possible to create Activities using the Insert Records endpoint, as the endpoint claims to support all modules that the List endpoint does. Is this a bug?

I understand that Zoho projects follows the hierarchy of Milestones -> task lists -> tasks It appears that the tags assigned / associated to the milestones do not get auto-assigned to the tasklists / tasks under the milestone. Is there any way to do this in projects? It is extremely tedious to do tags association at each level.

It seems like the visitor limit for SalesIQ is only 5000 per license on Zoho One. https://www.zoho.com/one/plan-details.html?prd=zsalesiq So if you are a solo entrepreneur (or a very small team), it means that you can barely use this tool if you have a blog that is a little bit popular. Flow executing twice
I've got several flows trigged by Zoho Sign events that post messages to a public Slack channel. Every time they trigger the flows execute twice. The double executions list in the Task History as two entries either at exactly the same time or one second apart This seems only to happen with Zoho Sign events. I've tried deleting and rebuilding the flows and still get the same problem. I'd be very grateful for any ideas. Thanks

I have enjoyed bringing Zoho One online for my small business. I've tried a lot of IT tools in my day, and the breadth and integration offered within the Zoho family is awesome. One minor annoyance as I've been rolling out the apps -- there is a lot of variability in how each app configures time zones. For example, some are listed in chronological order, and at least one (can't remember which one) was listed alphabetically by city. Also, some apps account for Daylight Saving Time in the GMT offset

Hi - I've shared my app with a colleague (she is a user). After she logs in with her own credentials, zoho.loginuser still shows my details. Also I noticed she has a button to log out my profile while she is logged in. I don't assume this is normal behavior?
