Hi Zoho gurus, I have created a one question survey to get client feedback on a closed inquiry. I have generated the HTML code for the survey, which includes the required fields to be passed to the form. We have an CRM email template that is sent whenever an inquiry status is set to closed. I *should* be able to insert the HTML code generated by the survey into this email template. However, I cannot locate a way to insert HTML code of any sort into a CRM email template. Am I missing something here?
Cannot complete Workdrive Install/Login on Windows10

outlook and android email client no longer working
all of my access on my mobile devices has stopped working. no settings have been changed. I have both pop3 and imap enabled enabled but keep receiving "Could't verify account The username or password is incorrect or POP3/IMAP access isn't turned on for this account. Check your email account settings on the web, then try again." It still works on the ZOHO mail app. I have double checked and both POP3 and IMAP are enabled.

I have added Salesforce to my organizations applications from the marketplace. I have assigned a user to be able to launch the software. However, when the user brings up applications, and chooses Salesforce, it simply takes them to the URL https://www.salesforce.com/in/ . I have inserted my Salesforce Org ID and credentials, shouldn't it launch the US instance of Salesforce and auto login? Or atleast take the user to the login page. By default, it simply launches default browser and goes tro https://www.salesforce.com/in/ .
