Automated Email Workflow based on no responses
I posted this to Zoho One community but thought I'd try my hand here to get some help for this novice user :) I’m trying to see if/how the following scenario is possible in ZCRM. We manually send an email proposal from the opportunity/deals module. We want to send series of follow up emails workflow if no response. IF we get a response (simple reply back to the email) at any point though, I'd like to automatically stop the workflow. I’m curious how others have set this up. Thanks for your insight!

Setting price margins within Quotes
My organisation is looking at ways of bringing their quoting to Zoho. We currently buy a range of products from a range of vendors. We then apply a margin as a percentage to all products (barring labour), which varies quote-by-quote depending on whether the project is commercial, domestic etc. etc. In moving this to Zoho, I've populated the product module with the prices we buy items at, and set up the quotes module. However, I can't seem to find a method to apply a percentage margin to certain products

Hello, We are using email signature management solution to use the email channel in order to communicate around our events, content, webinars etc. More than that, it's also a solution for use to "control" our salesrep signature and have a consistent visual. Today, it's really hard to manage that in Zoho, as admins. Taxable - Non Taxable Items
I'm having trouble using the Taxable non taxable feature. Mainly because in the US Tax is set by region, not by product. The way im trying to add Tax is by using the the Tax field in the Sub Total Section. I do this because the Tax should be applied to all products in the sales order, except the non- taxable items. Hi, When we create accounts with multiple addresses one being a parent, Is it possible for the parent to have a contract within the desk and all the child records honor that contract? Use a function to access the Contacts "Account Name" field from a Webhook?
We are trying to sync contact and account records with an external system. Unfortunately, I discovered the contact record lookup field 'Account Name' which associates the contact to an account is not one of the available fields in webhooks. I'm not sure why, but I know it has to do with it being a lookup field. It contains a value when set so I'm not sure why you can't access that fields value!? So what are the workarounds? has anyone experience of using zoho for education/training/coaching for students or clients outside of their company? What I'd like to do is set up a way we can upload documents and resources for different student types but with so many products available from zoho - crm, projects, surveys etc it seems difficult to get an answer from their support team as they each only work with one product. Change region where zoho stores its data
Might not be the right forum category but I do not know where to put it. I am from The Netherlands and a long time ago added an account. Now I read that if you sign up through zoho.eu all your data is stored in Europe. Which is what I want. Is there a way to apply this change when you initially signed up through zoho.com? Or is deleting and signing up the only way to do it. I like to hear what is possible.
Adding a component to Dashboard error message
I am trying to add a component to my dashboard but keep getting the error message: "You do not have permission to view this dashboard because: 1. The corresponding module or field may have been disabled in your profile settings, OR 2. The module could be listed in the Unselected Tabs section in Setup > Customization > Modules > Organize Tabs." I have organized my tabs, tried everything but cannot get the component added. But last week it let me add one! So very frustrating. Any ideas?

Deal Closing Date Automated to 30 Days Out
Hi, its a little annoying when every time I create a deal I have to predict a closing date. This is especially frustrating when I would preffer to set it 30 days out and there is no easy way to do it. Can something be created to resolve this issue?

hello, this is my used case: When the DEAL is WON, I want to generate automatic number which will be saved in the custom field I created. The custom Field Name is ProjNum. I cannot use the Zoho autonumber field because I only want to have autonumber when the DEAL is WON. Autonumber should be activated only when Close Won.

For anyone that's used Zoho Inventory and Zoho Books together (or, honestly, used any of the Zoho Financial Suite), you know that the integration between the two is fantastic. They're essentially two sides of the same coin, and all updates in one are instantly reflected in the other, because they draw on the central Zoho Finance Suite database. Is it in Zoho's roadmap to create similarly well-connected systems between other parts of the Zoho One suite? CRM-Financial Suite immediately jumps to mind.

Where do you get timely support?
My company is evaluating Zoho One and this community forum has helped a little but where can we get timely support during the evaluation period? I have sent questions to support and not had answers within a week. This creates an issue as we're trying to complete an evaluation within the 1 month trial period but already a week with little progress. My concern is that whilst the Zoho One offering seems great value, will we be required to spend vast amounts of money for adequate support? Thank you
