Filtering Deals by fields not in deals
Hi, I'm looking at filtering deals in Zoho CRM by field parameters that are in other modules. For example, the industry of the company related to the deal is located within the "Companies" module. Would it be possible to filter out deals by a certain industry? Thanks

Currently we use quickbooks on line but consider ZOHO accounts better. However it does not appear possible to extract P&L Cashflow or a balance sheet for different entities. Would be grateful for confirmation if this is possible. Regards Charles
Unable to see some of my active users
I have a Zoho One subscription and have a license for 5 users. All 5 are currently assigned to a user. I need to deactivate one of the users but when I go to the Zoho One admin panel and click on users, I can only see two out of the five users details. When I click on the user I want to see all I get is the "Select a user to view details" as if I hadn't clicked on anything. I've tried using different browsers and that didnt work either.
Difficulty navigating apps in Zoho One
I started with Zoho CRM Plus and there was a really nice sidebar that let me navigate between apps. As soon as I upgraded to Zoho One, I lost that sidebar and now find it very challenging to navigate with ease between apps. I'm not sure if this is something that can be addressed but the Zoho CRM plus sidebar was a great little feature that is making me consider leaving Zoho One just for the ease of use.

New User Cannot Confirm Account
Hello, I added a new user to our Zoho One account and the user received the Invitation email, however when he clicks on the "CONFIRM NOW" link in the email, all he gets is an error stating "site cannot be reached". Custom Formula Syntax Help Request.
I would like assistance with the following formula. I straight out input everything straigth from the insert fields with the exception of two values. ((${Deals.PPA USD Amount})/((${Deals.Year 1 Production})*24)*0.9814979754226656)) I get missing bracers. I also tried inserting the paranthesis in the merge fields and get the same error. Tried removing some and it gives me a syntax error.

Good morning. I'm trying to create a report based on a filtered module view in Zoho Reports, but I'm unable to make that work. Unable to verify account name or password
I have spent an inordinate amount of time trying to reconnect my Apple mail account with Zoho. I was successful the first time, then ran into a password issue and between resetting it several times, deleting my entire email account in Apple Mail and creating a new one - I keep getting the same error. The IMAP server didn't seem to respond directly, so perhaps it is on your end? PLEASE help. Thank you!

Why is there excess white space in my incoming emails?
Recently some of my incoming emails have about 2.5" of white space between the subject and the sender information. It's not possible to scroll through this so the body of the email winds up being about a quarter of the height it normally would be. This makes it pretty difficult to read. I'm using Mozilla Firefox (current version) on a Windows 10 desktop. Sometimes when I reopen the email the white space is gone but I can't reliably make it go away and stay away. What Zoho product should I use?
We are a small bespoke manufacturing company. We are currently using Asana to manage order production (customer name, order form, and tracking number), but this is inefficient. We are keeping a separate spreadsheet to report to wholesale clients their weekly sales and product shipments. I would love to have something to be able to track orders, shipments, invoices, as well as inventory. Any suggestions?

Google Email Address Login Fails in the Mac Version of Zoho One
I recently became a Zoho One user. I downloaded Zoho One installed it and then attempted to login. My login works fine on the Zoho One web side but the app doesn't seem to include federation and I tried inputting my correct Google User ID and password and it fails. The error is "invalid logon". I can't take a screen snapshot so please don't ask for one. Beautiful splash screen but then with a beautiful splash screen comes a cost - you can't gain access to anything else. Test Environment
Is there a product within Zoho One suite which a test environment is available or can be created? This would be a place where changes to Desk, CRM, Inventory (settings, modules, channels, categories, departments etc.) could be made without affecting the normal operations.
