It will be good if the articles under knowledge base are in the form of videos as well. It will be good if we can assign to the new users and be able to track the progress of if they completed or not. It will greatly help efficient use of tool for team members and at the same time will help zoho community more stronger. Tools like whatfix can be used to document the videos

I am currently working on a migration and having some trouble with Products related to Deals and Quotes. So far I have imported all Deals as well as all Quotes and Products. I have been able to import Quote Line Items module and have Products (plus custom prices) related to respective Quote. What I am having trouble with is relating Products to Deals. I have a list of custom entries that identifies the ProductId, DealId, Unit Price, etc. But there is no module such as "Quote Line Item" to import
No CRM & Accounting Integration!
I did some testing of Zoho One and while I'm blown away by what you're offering for $30 per user a month, I was disappointed to see there is no real integration between these apps in the most important area for businesses - CRM and accounting. Without the ability to sync purchases, sales orders and invoices from CRM to accounting, a business is still doing endless double entry, and I don't see this as being a serious offering for anything but very small businesses - in spite of all its power. Problem with Call using Skype feature
In my Zoho CRM, using Google Chrome, next to all of Contacts' phone numbers is a little telephone icon. I am in the United States. Hovering mouse above this icon displays "Call using Skype". However, when using this feature, the phone number passed to Skype has a "+" symbol inserted to the beginning of it. How are companies tracking administrative (non-project) based time
We are considering using Zoho One (People for time tracking). Historically we have tracked time based on activities and categories vs projects. We service clients and most of our work is billed to each client. For time billed to generic, non-project based activities (i.e. attending training, going to a recruiting event, etc.) how are organizations tracking this time? Are you setting up an internal "client" with a project as "admin" that is open to everyone? Is there a better module to handle this
Combine Hours from multiple accounts/customers in Creator and then into books for an invoice?
Within Zoho One how would I add functionality that let me merge hours from different customers/clients/accounts (entered from People) onto one invoice. In CRM we have clients with parent/child relationships. Those marked as clients would need to be rolled into their parents time and then billed. As long as I have a record of the original time entered and which customer/client/account it went to I can report on it later. In other words I want to make hours as being invoiced and even if they show up
How to organize (random) information?
I am continuously researching all kinds of things online and off-line. I always have many lines open and tons of random notes. Not only is this research becoming increasingly important for my work and income, but I consider it essential for my personal development and general knowledge. Unfortunately I don't have a good system to organize all this information, or even one place to keep it. (initially the research is random: i.e. not (yet) project-based) Therefore my question to this pool of wisdom:
Need to enter client within time entry log
Is Time Entry within People the only time entry option that includes selecting a client first? All of our work is based on clients and I don't see that option in Books or Project. (I know that projects can be associated with clients but due to 100s of similar projects this is unfeasable.)
Lite Agents in Desk
I was recently talking with the Desk team and I was informed that adding Light agents in Desk is not available with Zoho One. Can you possible review this and consider changes in the future? Adding light agents would be important to my business in the coming months because I have many internal agents that would require the read only access and I would not feel comfortable or the need adding additional user licenses when I am the primary agent anyways. Dear Zoho team, We need : 1/ User must create Contact after create Account, if not can not create Account, ( or remind user to create contact for that account later ) 2/ User must fill in either email or phone number ( or remind them to do so ) Conditions in workflow , validation, ... for Account do not have Contact fields , so I can not do anything Do we need to write custom action or ... ? Hi all, have a problem that you good people could perhaps help me out with. Status: Im running a business that works really tight with the clients we have When a client signs up, we grant them access to a lot of tools that we have So we are (hopefully) moving over to Zoho in order to streamline things. When I sign up a customer I would like this to happend 1, They get access to the Client Portal in Zoho sites 2, They get invited to a project in Zoho Projects 3, They can see their status in Zoho Books

Exchange support for Outlook seems necessary
I have set up my Zoho account on my iPhone with Exchange ActiveSync. It works very well. I create or delete an event and my Zoho account reflects this seamlessly. However, the plug-in for Outlook is clunky and I have found the synchronization to be hit and miss. Wouldn't it be better simply to support Exchange on the desktop Outlook? What reason is there not to support it?

Hi Team Zoho form, I've just learned by the support, that the structure of the form can be modified only by the form's owner (creator of the form) which is not convenient when working in a team. Through my request, I would like to make you a request for improvement. How can I remove unused apps from my home screen? I've seen numerous requests for this, spanning at least three or four years now, with no solutions or answers from Zoho. This should be really simple to do. Why is Zoho ignoring its paying user's requests for this?!
Blueprint mandatory follow up task problem
I have a stage for a lead called "contact in future". If the agent chooses that stage I would like it to not only make notes mandatory but also create a follow up task. I am able to click on the "during" and "+add" and then "associated items" tasks BUT when I try to make the task or call mandatory with validation rules it does not work. They can leave a note and totally ignore the follow up task portion and the system does not give a warning and lets them continue. Any one have an idea on this?

Zoho One User Admin doesn't save Language
In Zoho One, Admin Home page >> Users, when I edit a user and change the Language value to "English" it appears to save. But reloading the page or coming back later shows an empty value next to Language.

Is it possible to put a space or remove duplicate spaces in postcode entered into Billing Code? examples of incorrect postcodes: YO223BT should be YO22 3BT or if someone typed YO22 3BT > YO22 3BT etc... If this were javascript I would use: string.replace(/(\S*)\s*(\d)/, "$1 $2"); which would put one space before the last number in the string. Is it possible to do similar in a function?
SalesIQ lists wrong user as Owner
I'm my organization's owner (see screenshot). Yet one of my colleagues is mysteriously listed as the organization owner in SalesIQ. Both he and I are listed as Administrators.

Help desk doesn't process anonymous tickets
I have our Helpdesk set up to allow users to create tickets without having an account. When a user does this, the success message appears along with a ticket number. Problem is, no ticket is created, and the user who created it isn't notified.

Zoho One: Can't manage non-admin users
Purchased 10 annual licenses for Zoho One. Nothing but problems related to this buggy platform.
