Additional Email IDs in ZOHO One
I'm Zoho One User. Currently only 1 employee. I want to have additional email IDs for using. like no-reply@xyz.com, sales@xyz.com I do not know how to proceed. Alias is not the solution. As it is cluttering my inbox with unnecessary emails. I'm ready to buy additional email liscences.
Email gone to white on black...like Incognito. Other features are normal. Then it said Too Many Tabs...???
Suddenly my email site went from white on black...normal...to black on white. All of the features under email are black. When I shut down, reboot, etc. Everything else on the site is normal. I had only begun to send some emails and set up templates when it wouldn't let me do anything else...Too Many Tabs???? Appreciate any input.
Want to upgrade, but Zoho insists I have 2 users. I only have one (have just deleted another)

Zoho CRM: Lead 'expiry date'?
Hi, A quick question, is it possible to define an 'expiry' date for a lead in Zoho CRM? Allow me to explain with an example, imagine during a conversation/fair a lead is entered into Zoho CRM but from the conversation it's clear that the lead is in need of a solution/proposal within 2 weeks, thus an 'expiry date' would be an interesting feature - which basically should change the status of Lead to Closed of some kind. FEATURE REQUEST ZOHO CONNECT
Hi, We've been trying to solve an issue in the office and now realise it's currently not do-able. We use Office/Outlook 365 and would like to be able to sync both events AND tasks from Zoho Connect to our personal calendars to make it a lot easier to keep track of things. We have tried Zapier but its only one way - if we delete a task or complete it on connect then it still remains in outlook which isn't ideal. It would be amazing if we could move tasks from Zoho CRM onto Connect as well by dragging

Extremely Slow
The 3 people in my office use 3 different email programs (eM Client, Mozilla, Wiindows Live Mail) and all three of us are experiencing email issues, from freezing, slow to open, unable to send, and we've been having to close and reopen the program multiple times a day. It will also crash and freeze. I've found old threads that complained about similar issues. Does anyone have a fix?

Change original domain
Hi! When I first created my account within Zoho, I used a domain that doesn't exist anymore. I was able to change the old domain to the current one, but here and there I still see the old, original domain written in some places. I am attempting to import my quote data into CRM - Quote module and my import fails to identify the account. I have tried using the account name, account id as loaded, and ZoHoID number (obtained through an export of accounts). Am i doing something wrong or does it simply not function?

Creating a campaign
Hi, I am trying to create a campaign using a template to add text and images, I can do this easily however I cannot find an UNDO button or back button. Yesterday I positioned some text and an image and I wanted to change it but I couldn't and I ended up deleting the whole template and starting over. Is there an UNDO/delete option anywhere? Dear Connect & CRM team , As we can add task from CRM to Connect task , but there is much restriction such as , only 1 assignee, no comment, no timeline , no file , .... . Hi, For time management purpose, we are currently using an excel sheet to setup all meetings during a big event. We would like to use something like a shared calendar. Zoho Vault in EU ?
Hi, As Zoho One in EU, we take care to use the EU version of Zoho, so we can keep the EU rules with us. However, when logged in Zoho One (screenshot with browser EU), I notice that double logging in to Zoho Vault browser extension uses the .com instead of .eu. - Is there a reason for that? - If Vault requires the .com, does it means it's not in the EU? How can I change Zoho Vault extension to use the .eu and not the .com? Thanks

Unable to see some of my active users
I have a Zoho One subscription and have a license for 5 users. All 5 are currently assigned to a user. I need to deactivate one of the users but when I go to the Zoho One admin panel and click on users, I can only see two out of the five users details. When I click on the user I want to see all I get is the "Select a user to view details" as if I hadn't clicked on anything. I've tried using different browsers and that didnt work either.
Difficulty navigating apps in Zoho One
I started with Zoho CRM Plus and there was a really nice sidebar that let me navigate between apps. As soon as I upgraded to Zoho One, I lost that sidebar and now find it very challenging to navigate with ease between apps. I'm not sure if this is something that can be addressed but the Zoho CRM plus sidebar was a great little feature that is making me consider leaving Zoho One just for the ease of use.

New User Cannot Confirm Account
Hello, I added a new user to our Zoho One account and the user received the Invitation email, however when he clicks on the "CONFIRM NOW" link in the email, all he gets is an error stating "site cannot be reached". I would like assistance with the following formula. I straight out input everything straigth from the insert fields with the exception of two values. ((${Deals.PPA USD Amount})/((${Deals.Year 1 Production})*24)*0.9814979754226656)) I get missing bracers. I also tried inserting the paranthesis in the merge fields and get the same error. Tried removing some and it gives me a syntax error.
Creating reports based on filtered view
Good morning. I'm trying to create a report based on a filtered module view in Zoho Reports, but I'm unable to make that work.
