Anyone been able to connect Zoho Subscriptions with NetSuite?
Hi there, We are a SaaS arm of a larger company and would like to be able to use Zoho Subscriptions to manage our subscription revenue. However, our company HQ uses NetSuite for all corporate accounting. Our CEO is reluctant for us to use Zoho Subscriptions because we don't know of any efficient way to transfer transactional data from Zoho to NetSuite. I know NetSuite has its own, proprietary API, which makes connecting systems to it much harder that most other products. Has anyone done any research
CRM Integration with Zpho Survey
Can anyone suggest how I might link more than 1 question within a Zoho survey back to a single field within CRM? Ie. If my survey is following a decision tree, and I have incorporated question logic into my flow, I would like the answers to populate back to a single Zoho CRM field, but the system states that you can only map a single question to a single field.
URGENT: Need to go back to free version of Zoho Creator
After signing up for a free 30 day trial of Zoho One, today it expired. I need some more time to think if I want to become a paying subscriber for Zoho One. However I do need to access my database on my free Zoho Creator. I tried signing in but it keeps sending me to Zoho One sign up page. Please tell me how I can get back into my old Free Zoho Creator. ZOHO Mail Appimage Will Not Launch From The Desktop
till a couple of hours ago i have been using zoho mail without issue in mint. downloaded the appimage, rightclicked, properties, permissions, check all 3 boxes for make executable, rightclicked on desktop, create new laquncher here, made launcher and it worked fine. now for some reason it simply will not run when clicked on the desktop. zoho ryns fine from the panel, but if i delete the desktop launcher and send it from the panel to the desktop it still doesn't work on the desktop. i even when into

Hi, I have read a few articles/threads on this but not quite sure how to enable our account/customer structure. I would appreciate any guidance. We have a software-as-a-service whereby: 1. Individuals create accounts that are free 2. Individuals can add 'subscriptions' to host projects on our platform. Subscriptions are either: Under the individuals name; or 1 or more organisations So, we have an individual as an 'account' that has multiple 'subscriptions', which includes 'owning' multiple organisations.
Set Custom Function to Open "Detail View" of a record
This may be an easy solution, however, I am looking to create a custom function button that will directly access the "Detail View" of the same record I'm viewing in another report. I assume this will be some variation of an Open Url / ID script? i know how to create the function, just not the particular code needed to access the record detail view. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

CRM - Creating a series of emails to brand new customers
Hi all, I'm trying to figure out how to send a series of automated emails to new customer contacts. The series is welcoming them, ensuring their successful installation, guiding them where to get more help, etc. I can't seem to figure out how to accomplish this in the CRM contacts module. I'd like to schedule the emails for 3 days after they become a customer, then 7 days, then 15 days, etc. Anyone have info on this?

Hi, we are making a custom login page that uses a xml form to take the email and password of the user and parse them to accounts.zoho.com to login. The problem is that we don't know what are the parameteres name to parse them in a query or if we can use a header and a http request to login. Send sales order status "fulfilled" from Zoho to Etsy/Shopify
Hi, Is it possible to send sales order status "fulfilled" back to marketplace (Etsy and Shopify) so I don't have to manually do it in Etsy and Shopify? In Zoho Inventory I changed Sales order status to "closed", "invoiced", "fulfilled" but it didn't get sent to Shopify (the status in Shopify didn't change). Thanks in advance!

I use google to manage and schedule my events. I add meetings with contacts as "Meeting with Tolu Osinowo and James Reed". Tolu Osinowo is me so I don't need that parsed. James Reed ared the contact first and last. I will also add the contact's emal address as guest to the google cal as well as their ph to the description. Since there is no import function in Zoho-Sites I am stuck to having to copy & paste each and every text-block paragraph by paragraph, page by page from my current site onto the new Zoho-Site. I got SAML single sign on working (office 365) and as an agent I already had a ZOHO account. I messed up when it asked me to create a new account or link to existing ZOHO. Now when I login with SSO its not showing my agent page. I had another agent do it the right way and link and it works as expected. Thanks
Two Problems with the Description Field
Our ticket workflow is often like this. Client calls or emails (to a personal email address) reporting a problem. We create a ticket and enter a description. Problems: 1. By my way of thinking when we enter a description, that is an internal comment (unless we mark it public). Yet it seems there is no way to mark it internal, and Desk just starts inserting it into communications. 2. Different Contacts on an MS Word Label Page
Hi all, I have still got the problem of creating labels in Zoho CRM so I am now trying to create labels via Mail Merge to MS Word using an Avery template with 14 labels. The problem is, the page is full of the same contact 14 times instead of different contacts on each label. This must be a simple thing to do, but I cannot find anything about it, nor can I find a template with similar so I can investigate what I might doing wrong. Any help would be much appreciated. Schedule feature missing
If I click on messages in CRM in the top right or on Salesinbox there is no option to schedule emails. I find this strange since it is there in the leads section when I choose to send email. Can you add this or advise how I can do it?

Hello, I have an Autoresponder email drip with 15 emails in it as part of our software trial. Subscribers are added to a Smart List once criteria is met. I have enabled the smart list because I want them to automatically fall out of the autoresponder drip when we're engaged towards a sale or a change has been made to their CRM record that doesn't meet the criteria for the list. WorkDrive - Allow non-users to edit docs via shareable link?
Is there a way to allow non-users to edit docs via shareable link? It says that users who have the link can 'view' but I don't see a way to make it so that they can also edit if we'd like them to. It would be really nice to send clients the link so they can make changes to the documents we send them and we're all on the same page. Especially in the cases of setting up contracts, etc. If there isn't a way is this in the road map?
