Need custom function to parse events and use parsed info to update or crate new contact
I use google to manage and schedule my events. I add meetings with contacts as "Meeting with Tolu Osinowo and James Reed". Tolu Osinowo is me so I don't need that parsed. James Reed ared the contact first and last. I will also add the contact's emal address as guest to the google cal as well as their ph to the description. These info then gt into my crm bc I share my google cal with my crm. I need a function what will 11. 1.pull and parse parse all this info for me and 2.update the contact record
Zoho-Sites: 1 contributor limit
Since there is no import function in Zoho-Sites I am stuck to having to copy & paste each and every text-block paragraph by paragraph, page by page from my current site onto the new Zoho-Site. This is a lot of work so I am trying to recruit some help. Unfortunately I am allowed only one single person as 'contributor' to work on my site on my Zoho-One/Solo-preneur account! How to link Zoho Account to Office 365 after clicking create new account instead?
I got SAML single sign on working (office 365) and as an agent I already had a ZOHO account. I messed up when it asked me to create a new account or link to existing ZOHO. Now when I login with SSO its not showing my agent page. I had another agent do it the right way and link and it works as expected. Thanks
Two Problems with the Description Field
Our ticket workflow is often like this. Client calls or emails (to a personal email address) reporting a problem. We create a ticket and enter a description. Problems: 1. By my way of thinking when we enter a description, that is an internal comment (unless we mark it public). Yet it seems there is no way to mark it internal, and Desk just starts inserting it into communications. 2. Different Contacts on an MS Word Label Page
Hi all, I have still got the problem of creating labels in Zoho CRM so I am now trying to create labels via Mail Merge to MS Word using an Avery template with 14 labels. The problem is, the page is full of the same contact 14 times instead of different contacts on each label. This must be a simple thing to do, but I cannot find anything about it, nor can I find a template with similar so I can investigate what I might doing wrong. Any help would be much appreciated. Schedule feature missing
If I click on messages in CRM in the top right or on Salesinbox there is no option to schedule emails. I find this strange since it is there in the leads section when I choose to send email. Can you add this or advise how I can do it?
If I add a subscriber back to a Smart List to trigger an autoresponder will they start receiving emails from the beginning again?
Hello, I have an Autoresponder email drip with 15 emails in it as part of our software trial. Subscribers are added to a Smart List once criteria is met. I have enabled the smart list because I want them to automatically fall out of the autoresponder drip when we're engaged towards a sale or a change has been made to their CRM record that doesn't meet the criteria for the list. WorkDrive - Allow non-users to edit docs via shareable link?
Is there a way to allow non-users to edit docs via shareable link? It says that users who have the link can 'view' but I don't see a way to make it so that they can also edit if we'd like them to. It would be really nice to send clients the link so they can make changes to the documents we send them and we're all on the same page. Especially in the cases of setting up contracts, etc. If there isn't a way is this in the road map?

Customizing Home Layout doesn't save correctly
Using Chrome, I'm having trouble customizing the home screen. After changing the size and position of elements and clicking save - the home screen comes out jumbled. It doesn't come out the way I saved it. When I go back to edit it, it looks fine. OneAuth deleted my account info when I used a second account (2nd being .eu based)
I set up OneAuth on my original US based Zoho account to try & test. It worked well for a while. I then tried to use 2fa with my EU based account. It deleted the settings for my US based account. I decided the app was not mature/stable enough and switched to google-authenticator where both accounts now happily reside. Option <Remove App>
In the admin panel of Zoho One I need to remove apps that are not anymore used or that do not fit into the business case after evaluation. Otherwise it is cumbersome for administrators to keep a clean overview of the current app stack. Deactivation is there but it would be great to remove them completely. For instance I migrated everything from Docs to Team Drive. I do not want to see Docs listed for myself and organization at all. Hence the need of removing apps.

White Background missing in Themes
Two days ago, in the middle of the workday, my email theme just changed to an all-black background while I was viewing email. I did not change any settings that I was aware of. When I go to theme settings the only choices are all black backgrounds. I have looked at our other business accounts and they still have the white background in the email and they are also available in the theme settings as well. I've attached a picture of the theme options I have under settings. I can't find any other place

Emails being rejected and ending up in spam!
We have been users of ZOHO email for the last 3 years but for the past 2 weeks for some reason our emails are not being delivered to our clients with whom we previously never had any issues. We can receive their emails but they do not receive our email. We thought this was an isolated incident but this has happened with several of our clients in the past 2 weeks to the point its started affecting our business. We have 9 email accounts on Zoho and all of them have the same issue!

A simple flow of tasks contingent of the last task ...should be pretty simple.
I have a set of 5 tasks that I want to happen for a specific module. Task 1 to happen today. Task 2 to happen 5 days after task 1 is actually completed. Task 3 to happen 5 days after task 2 is actually completed. Task 4 to happen 5 days after task 3 is actually completed. Task 5 to happen 5 days after task 4 is actually completed. Hi, I tried to use a custom domain in Zoho Assist, but I get the following message. "The feature you're trying to access is available only in Remote Support (Enterprise Editon)." Collaborating with free-lancers on a "solo-preneur" account, referral deal.
One of my disappointments with ZOHO-One is the inability to collaborate on the apps when you have a "solo-preneur" account (while it seems that ZOHO specifically targets solo-preneurs in their marketing!). This makes the entire suite less useful than it could be(!). I have a suggestion: I have a lot of free-lancers, colleges and people I work and collaborate with on a regular basis.
