Outlook Plugin (32bit) does not sync
Hello, I am attempting to use my own Zoho Calendar in Outlook 2016 (32bit). I installed the https://www.zoho.com/calendar/39746644/ZohoMail-SuiteSync.exe plugin. Logged in, it shows my team's shared calendars, but not my own. Of those team calendars which it shows there is only one where it shows the actual items in the calendar, for the others it only shows the calendar name. Also, the login-window stays open always,and after restarting Windows it does not remember my login credentials. I have reinstalled
Validation rule for special characters
Is there a way to create validation rules to prevent special characters from being entered? I want to make sure people dont mess up account names with special characters such as periods, commas, quotation marks or other junk.

Deleted message in SPAM
In one of my gmail accounts (getnickifit@gmail.com) I had an email from PayPal in the SPAM folder. I thought I was moving the message to the inbox from the zoho mobile but it looks like it was deleted. It is no where to be found--inbox, trash, etc. Can it be restored?

Using Zoho to send construction bids
We are a supplier to civil construction projects, which means we must regularly send bids to contractors. Previously, I was using ConstantContact to do this. I was able to send a set of attachments, links to documents, and more to a one-time-use list of 40+ recipients. Is it possible to do the same thing with Zoho Campaigns, in light of the GDPR regulations? The alternative is to send several individual emails, or to BCC everyone on a single email - neither of which is very attractive... Thank
Vertical Response Integration?
Is there any sort of integration with Vertical Response? I don't see it on the marketplace. What's even more concerning is that our campaigns sent out via our Vertical Response account won't copy the emails to our accounts via the BCC dropbox function. We've tested it twice with no luck.
POP issue in Email

Using zoho one and keeping email addresses free
Hello, I'm currently in the process of testing zoho one. There are some application which I need the full version, while others I don't. Here is my question... I need the CRM, Project, and Books as full version. I also use email. Is it possible to have the apps I need with one username using it as Zoho One, and have 5 mail user using the free version. In other words, if I am using Zoho One, can it be mixed with the free version as well? Thanks in advance.
How can I fetch Accounts created since a certain date?
Hi I'm using the Java API and am using the getRecords method to get BulkAPIResponse. I'd like to fetch Accounts created (based on Created_Time field) after a certain date using the API. Durations don't show in Plain task view unless start/finish dates are set
If you set a duration for a task/sub-task, this shows up in Classic mode, but not in plain mode on the task list. In plain mode you can correctly filter tasks by priority, but in Classic mode you can't. This creates an issue.

Subtask durations should be totaled in parent task
I've only recently started using Zoho Projects, but I'm very confused that sub-task durations are not rolled up into the parent task duration. Without this, it seems impossible/really hard to work out how long everything is going to take when planning a project from the bottom-up. Am I missing some way of setting the system to do this? It feels like it should be a standard function for any project planning system, doing some research it looks like people have been talking about this for over 5 years
