Absolutely need to turn off auto-email notifications
Hello, Our email inboxes are getting swamped by the deluge of Zoho Projects notifications about every little change. This seems to happen even when i uncheck the notification check box. The tool is great but it's spamming our team and most importantly it's spamming our clients. The last responses on this topic are from a year ago. Is there any progress with turning this mindless emailing off? At this point we'd rather have no email at all than this.
Docx / Xlsx files being cataloged as .Zip when attached to a Bug
Hello there guys, Just as the title implies we're having certain issue given that when we attach a .docx / .xlsx file on BugTracker it's being indexed as a .Zip file and when we try to open the file directly from the browser the "Default" app to Open it is automatically directed to WinRaR/7zip/WinZip which gives us an error Apart from that when we select that we want to open that file with any other App (Office in this case) the browser itself resets after we close this window/thread and we have
Link from a 'project' set up in Zoho projects to the Account it belongs to in Zoho CRM
Hi There does not seem to be an obvious link in ZOHO Projects back to the Account in the CRM. There is a link from the account in CRM to projects for the client in Projects but not the other way round. Is this deliberate, an oversight or am i missing something? thanks PK
Please Allow Custom URL Field
I was attempting to create some custom fields for projects and tasks that would allow us to enter links. For instance when a task relates to a G Suite document I would like a field for the user to enter that link. And I would like to create a link for the main G Suite project folder with a custom project field. However for some reason a custom URL field is not an option. Please consider adding one. Thank You
Custom domain and collaborator portal in Zoho Projects?
I was under the impression Zoho Projects provided a "customer portal" feature with the ability to customize the domain as well as the look. Any clarification and instruction would be helpful. Thank you.
Client user can't access bugtracker
I added a client user to my project, and he can log in and see the forum, but can't see the bug list. Did I do something wrong when I added the user, or do client users not have access to the bug list?
Email Replies to Forum Notifications not Posting
I have seen this happen a few times in the last few days where I'll receive an email notification from a forum where I can tell that someone has replied to a notification email via email (has the heading and everything) but the message is missing. Is there a bug with the email response? Is anyone else seeing this issue?
How do I reorder tasklists in a Project template?
Hi, How do I reorder tasklists in a Project template? When I look at the template in Gantt view, my tasklists in each Milestone are in the wrong order. What I put in last is first and what is first is what I put in last. Is there a way to change this without starting over and putting in my tasklists backwards so that they appear in the correct order?
How can I disassociate / Delete a client from a project
Once I associated a project with a client in CRM, when I try to Delete the contact from the project I get this message "Do you want to remove this client & client users from this company" this looks to me like it's going to delete the client from CRM. I don't want to do that. I just want to dissasociate the client from the project. What I actually want is to remove all the client contacts from the Client Users. recover wasted screen space
Yes, Zoho Projects has a clean look and feel but it’s wasting too much screen space. Just look at “Save Results To:” (upper right) stealing screen space from what could be another task like. Why do I need Chat/Channels/Help permanently occupying space (lower screen) Please consider making the UI more screen efficient.

Bugs/Issues custom fields do not sync with Zoho Reports
Hi, I have added a couple of custom fields to the bugs/issue tracker in Zoho Projects. I have setup an integration between Projects and Reports and synced the data. I didnt manage to sync the custom fields to Reports ? With other tables like Tasks and Projects it works fine, also using custom fields. Is there a reason that for Bugs this does not work ? How do you export ALL bugs?
Hello, I found the Bug's export feature on a per-project basis, but I need to export all the bugs for all of the available projects. Is there a way of doing this? I can list all the bugs if I go to the "My bugs" section, and remove the "All Open" and "Me", but the 3 bars icon on the right side does not have the Export option like it has when you're viewing a single project.

How can I export bugs from Zoho
One of our clients that we have been tracking bugs within Zoho Projects for are moving to Jira. I know about the Export function but that does not export the bugs and all the commnets within the bugs. Please advise if there is a way to export to a CSV file to then provide to the client. One additional complicating factor is that obviously we have multiple clients in our instance of Zoho and we are looking to export only one.
Resource Management
First of all there should be user level other than those that are there. For example a Project Manager and then developers and PM can choose what developers to be on which project. Also, PM can see the remainig or pending tasks for any dev or subordinate he wants. Also, there must be resource detail as to what time and date he is busy and with what task or project.

associate tasks with other tasks
I love the feature, where you can associate documents to a task. this saves us from having to upload files again in to a task. instead, we are able to just associate a document that has already been uploaded to a project, which saves us time and storage. being able to do this is important to our employees out in the field. they open a task, and see a file that is relevant to what they are doing at the moment. I think it would be tremendously helpful if we could do the same thing with tasks. allow

Pass users name in webhook
Hi, I have created a webhook in projects that calls a Zoho Cliq Bot API Endpoint. The webhook is fired by a business rule whenever the status of an issue is changed. The webhook then calls the Zoho Cliq Bot which is programmed to post a message to our development channel, to let all our developers know that the status of the issue has been changed. Hi all, I am wondering if it is possible to let Zoho project calculate start and end date of parent task from subtasks. I has created a parent task and 2 subtasks as follows: - Parent Task #1 - Sub task A (start 27/04/2016, end 27/04/2016) - Sub task B (start 28/04/2016, end 28/04/2016) Unfortunately, the start date and end date of parent task did not automatically calculate from subtasks. Print Task Report to PDF?
Is there a simple way to print a task report to pdf? The only option I see is to export to Excel, which loses outlines and is not a very good way for sharing with non-zoho users who we just want to email a nicely formatted task report. Thank You

Due Date Popup to navigate to a date/time relative to what was set in the Start Date
It's slightly frustrating when creating new tasks. It would be good if the Due Date popup screen would navigate relative to what was selected in the Start Date. In the example below, I have selected 15th/Sep as the start date. When I click on the Due Date, the popup screen navigates to todays date instead of fast forwarding to the 15th/Sep (which I think would make more sense IMO) Example
Can't add users to projects
I have done it hundreds of time but it suddenly stopped working. Adding a user to a project. Normally click users then 'add users' and start typing the person's name in the contextual dialogue box. It fills in the name for me. But now it's doesn't recognize any users. I have tried on existing projects and the same problem exists. Zoho Projects is as good as dead. I need this fixed ASAP. thanks
Teams or Departments in Zoho Projects
Hello, Wondering if there are plans to implement the Zoho Desk teams feature in Zoho Projects for task assignment? Often times, we assign tasks to a department rather than a person. Also in project templates, we don't know the specific person who will do the work, but we do know the department. Seems like if this were implemented the utilization report would also have to be by team. Looking forward to your response, thanks!

Overdue open tasks that are changed to future dates and updated are still showing as overdue.
Has anyone experienced an incorrect update for overdue tasks in Zoho Projects? When a manager changes the due date on an open task that HAD been overdue the task still shows as overdue, even though the actual due date is now “on time” or in the future. Thank you for any input!

Hi! I'm trying to create projects with custom fields via the API. I need the ID's of the custom fields, and I'm using https://projectsapi.zoho.com/restapi/portals/XXXX/project/customfields/?authtoken=XXXXXXXXXto get the list of those ID's. However, I keep getting the response "internal exception". Any idea how I can get the list of custom fields? Thanks!
