Advanced search within an advanced search
How do you do an advanced search inside an advanced search result set? For example, if I was to ask for all client records where the city is not blank. Once the result set is returned, how do I search only on those returned records to find the ones where the city is not equal to Vancouver? I tried using the and function with one search and it returned records with a city of Vancouver.

Issues with changing search results to grid view
When you do a search for a candidate/ work skill etc and the results come up it goes into the default view. When you try and look at it in grid view it looses the search. Can you fix this as your default view is useless to quickly review multiple candidates..

Changing the characteristics of a field within the Candidate record
If you have a field already defined in your Candidate record (i.e. province) and it is defined as a text field, how do you change it to be a picklist? The only option it currently provides is to change the name of the field.
How to share database

Customize Candidate Form
I have used the free version enough to decide I like the Software, however after upgrade today, I am trying to customize the candidate form and am very frustrated/discouraged at this point. I am not quite sure how to handle: Owner Source Created-on Date I was figure these were implemented to support internal features, however I see it showing up on the application itself - I think it looks very unprofessional and it would be unclear to a candidate applying (as well as myself) as to what to put here.

Buttons to "add a candidate" and other commands are way across the page. Scrolling to them is laborious.
I am scrolling across the candidate page to "add a candidate". Could these buttons be place across the top conveniently like a tool bar so that one doesn't have to scroll all the way across the page to click on the "add a candidate" and the other commands?
Candidates submitted using web form not appearing
I'm currently using the free version of Zoho Recruit to trial the app. I've embedded a candidate application form on a website (a form that is not associated with any particular job) and done a couple of test applications. The applications are now in the Recruit database but I can only find them by doing a search i.e. they do not appear when I browse candidates, nor when I use a filter for status 'New'. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong? The

Recruit + CRM
I wish to setup a customized solution for a client, using Recuit. I do do not see customization options for Recruit as there are for CRM. Do I need to first setup CRM as the base for Recruit functionality. Or, is it possible to go only with Recruit and not use CRM?

Difference in Time Zones issue
When arranging an interview between people who are in different time zones. eg. I am in London so using GMT, my candidate is in Paris so - CET, my client is in New York so - EST What is the best way to set up an interview / calender event so that all parties recieve the invite for their relevant time zones? You should only ever have to add a candidate record once. You should then be able to attach it to a client record when required / appropriate. When a person is working for a client, they are a client contact, when they are not, they are a candidate.
Client / company URL
The client record should have a field to put in the URL of their Web site, it should not be on the client contact record.

A client should be any company that you wish to track. There should be a status drop down box to identify what type of record they are. Client should not mean "client" it should mean "company". You would then stipulate whether they are a client, a prospect or source in the status drop down box. Clients become sources, sources become clients over time.

Editing Search Query
when we made a search using a query , mouse click is not able to edit the same query for next search... if we use mouse click for editing query ,by default it selects all query...so we are forced to use keyboard arrow keys to edit the old search query... This restriction slow down the process of searching...
